Authorization for Cancelled AOL Accnt

Some of my music I bought through an AOL account that is now cancelled. However, when I try to play that music, it tells me that the machine isn't authorized for it. When I try to authorize the machine through my .MAC account, it reports the machine has been authorized, but it still won't allow me to play it. It just goes back to the original message saying that the machine isn't authorized.
How do you get out of this so I can play the music I have payed for?

You didn't create a new account did you?
You don't need a new account.
You can change all the info in the iTunes account.
This will keep you from having songs in a bunch of different accounts.

Read thru and you can send an email at the bottom of the page.
Let them know you have a .MAC account already and want the old AOL songs converted to this .MAC account.

Because now if there is 3 level release (ex: E1, E2 and E3) and status release PR already final (E3), user level E1 still can cancel release status in PR and all release status will reset even if follow up document such as PO already created for that PR.

    But, That checks only release code. Not the activity ( Release or Reject)

  • Cancel a SD invoice error message "no authorization for transaction FB08"

    Hi Gurus,
    I am trying to cancel a SD invoice and am receiving the error message " no authorization for transaction FB08" is coming. Never has this happened in past, i have checked all the security authorizations also and they are in place. Accounting document status is showing as not cleared. Also, as per my understanding cancellation of invoice happens through VF11 which does not calls FB08. Please point out reasons as to why this could be happening and the possible solution thereof.

    Once you got the error screen, immediately after that goto T code SU53 and expand all link. Take the screen shot and send it to your BASIS team to provide you proper access.
    Yes you are correct cancellation is done through VF11 but sometime some programs internally calls other T codes.

    Delete them from your library including files, the go to the iTunes Store and select "Purchased" from the Quick Links side bar on the right. Go through all the tabs to download again for free

  • Error at RSSM ( Generating authorization for RSANPR)

    I have the following trouble when executing the program RSAN_PROCESS_EXECUTE in a process chain.
    The error message tells that I need authorization for the authorization object RSANPR  and for the activity  16  (Display).
    When I run RSSM informing "RSANPR" this error occurs:

    Diagnosis                                                                 
    An application log entry is to be made for sub-object GENERATE of the object RSSB_BW_AUTH. This sub-object is, however, not maintained for object RSSB_BW_AUTH.

    The program had to be cancelled."</b>
    I just have to include RSSB_BW_AUTH in SLG0?
    And what about this "activity  16  (Display)"?
    Any ideas?

    Hi,
    In SLG1,i saw this error message:
    "InfoObject/field 0RSAN_APPL does not exist in the system"
    and
    "InfoObject/field 0RSAN_PR does not exist in the system"
    I checked this two infoobjects and they realy doesn´t exist.I couldn´t find them in business content or in SAP Help ..
    But this objects are part of RSANPR, that is standard ...
    Any one have ever used APD sucsessfuly with process chains?

  • Excise Invoice Tab is not display in MIGO for Cancelled document

    Hi,
    We are execuating the incoming excise cycle then in MIGO and J1IEX.It is perfectly working.But in case of cancellation the excise tab is not dispplaying in MIGO.We are using option "Only Capture and Both Capture & Post".Whatever the excise captured and Posted , it is updated in Excise Invoice tab in MIGO.
    As per my understanding the excise tab should come for cancelled doucment also.

    You are correct it won'y come for 102 but it will come for 101.But it is not coming for 101 .It is not coming when we cancelled the document.

    check following point
    1) tax code in PO ,all excise condition should be there
    2) Maintain chapter ID material combination in J1ID
    3) Maintain Vendor and Plant excise details in J1ID

  • Accounting Document not posted for Cancelled Invoice -error in FI interface

    Hi,
    When I create a billing document then an accounting document gets created automatically in the background and then when I cancel the billing document no accounting document gets generated and the field Posting Status in header Detail of Billing document updated as "Errors in Financials Interface.
    I tried to release it for Posting via VFX3 but failed due to below error message in Log:
    "Incorrect doc.no.: 4900000005. Select document number between 3000000000 and 3099999999"
    I have checked the Number range assignments to the Invoice type and Accounting type.
    The number range is same for both Invoice type (Y0F2) and Cancelled Invoice type (Y0S1).
    The Accounting document type (RV) is also same for both the cases. But it is working fine for Y0F2 (Acounting document generated and cleared automatically). But not working fine for Cancelled Invoice (Y0S1).
    Can anybody please help me find out a solution to the issue.

    The error message F5151 refers to the number range of the FI document.
    Please have a look at the note 1259505: FAQ: New cancellation procedure in SD, which covers this issue in detail.
    Question 5:
    Q5. What is the FI document type, generated by the cancellation ?
    In the old cancellation procedure, the FI document type is always
    determined in SD, and passed to FI (the same when a normal invoice  -
    not a cancellation -  is transferred to accounting).
    In transaction VOFA there is the field 'Document type' (TVFK-BLART).
    If this field is filled, then the FI document will have the document
    type maintained here.
    If TVFK-BLART is empty, then the FI document will get the default
    document type 'RV'.
    If the new cancellation procedure is performed, the FI document type is
    always determined in FI, based on the document type of the FI document
    to be reversed.
    In transaction OBA7 the FI document type has assigned the field 'Reverse
    document type' (T003-STBLA).
    If it is filled, then the FI cancellation document will get the document
    type maintained here.
    If T003-STBLA is empty, then the FI document cancellation will get the
    same document type as the cancelled FI document.
    Notice that an unexpected FI document type can cause the error message
    F5 151.
    Example:
    F2 invoice 90000001 was released, creating an accounting document with
    document type 'RV'.
    This F2 invoice is reversed by the S1 billing document 70000001.
    In customizing of SD there is:
    Billing Type    Document Type
    F2              RV
    S1
    In customizing of FI there is:
    Document Type    Number range   Reverse Document Type
    RV               00             AB
    AB               01             AB
    The FI number ranges (object RF_BELEG) are:
    No  From number    To number   Ext
    00  0090000000     0099999999  X
    01  0100000000     0199999999
    Different situations can occur, due to these customizing settings of the
    FI document type, caused by the type of cancellation.
    If the new cancellation is used:
    The FI document type 'RV' has 'Reverse Document Type' = 'AB'.
    Document type 'AB' has number range '01' set as internal.
    So the FI document will have its own number included in
    100000000-199999999.
    There is no issue.
    If the old cancellation is used:
    The cancellation billing type S1 has no 'Document type' maintained, so
    the FI document will get document type 'RV'. It has number range '00',
    set as external number range.
    So the FI document should get the same number of S1 billing document.
    But the S1 billing document has number 70000001, not included in the
    interval of number range '01'.
    This will cause error F5 151.

    Is there any way to set authorization for opening & closing of posting periods in OB52?
    My scenario:
    I have 2 company codes - A & B assigned to 2 different posting period variant - say PPA & PPB.
    The user belonging to CoCd A should not be able to open/close posting period of CoCd B and vice versa.
    Is this possible through any authorization settings?

    Please go through the following:
    You can assign authorization groups for permitted posting periods. This means that, for example, some posting periods can only be opened for particular users within monthly or annual closing. You can only assign the authorization group at document header level and it only affects period 1. The authorization object is called F_BKPF_BUP (Accounting document: Authorizations for posting periods). Read the corresponding chapter on "User maintenance" in the "Assigning authorizations" topic.
    "User maintenance"
    Due to the modular authorization concept of the system, you can define authorization profiles which are tailored to the workplace of your employees. You can, for example, assign authorization to a workplace in the Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable or General Ledger Accounting areas.
    By assigning authorizations you define which business-related objects your employees are allowed to process and which editing functions are allowed.
    In the following activities for authorization management, you must carry out the following for employees who are to work with the system:
    Assign authorizations
    The authorizations are assigned by specifying permitted values for the pre-defined objects.
    Define profiles
    In the SAP system, authorizations are grouped together in workplace profiles. Therefore one or more profiles must be allocated to the individual employee in the master record.

    Hello experts,
    Is it possible to limit the authorization to make purchase requerisiton of some materials or material groups depending on the user?
    I heard that it is possible be able to update some materials using the authorization M_MATE_MAT and including them in the material master, material group and user. But this also works for the creation of purchasing documents (PR,PO,RFQ,...)? Do I have to include this authorization for all the materials? If they do not have I understand that works for every people.

                 actually Authorization works at the object level, i.s if you have provided the authorization for the user to makePR with certain Material Grp, then if you dont define that grp in the PO role, but still user will get the authorization from the PR role.
    why you want to allow the user to make the PR of certain Mtrl Grp for which he should not be making the PO.
    or let a different Body take care of the other mtrl Grp.

    1) How many composite provider we can build up inside of one workspace that we can go by Tcode ---RSWSPW ?
    2) After activating the workspace it shows in RSWSPW ,but this workspace/composite provider will be available in Info Area(in RSA1) or some area else from where we can see this ?
    3) Now our requirement is like that -- we have to provide some workspace for SD power user ,Finace Power user & Marketing Power users, in this situation how can we put authorization in bw workspace like SD power user should not see the FI Power user's & Marketing Power user's Workspace rather than his own workspace ?
    4) In our requirement, we are going to produce some bex query on top of bw worksapce composite provider . For creating this query ,we searched provider by puting provider name directly in serach option , but is there any option to search the bw worksapce related composite provider by putting info area name in query search ?
    5) In another senerio, we gone to create BO AA OLAP report on top of bw workspace composite provider but in source option we cant see the provider ,infact we could not search the composite provider in search option in source selection ----   do i need to navigate any step in compostie provider to make it enable for BO AA OLAP creation on top of composite provider ?
