Between Windows 7 & Windows 8, I have purchased 8 PCs and 14 OS in just over a year. Each one fails in the exact same sequence of systems. I have paid for windows remote support for full year and have gotten competent tech 2/18 times. In the 2 cases
that the level 2 tech knew as much as I did about issue, they were unable to fix. Not that it would have done any good since any new OS, any new hard drive, any new PC is immediately corrupted, but I was promised two sets of windows 7 & 8 64 bit OS, 8
Home Premium, 7 Professional Plus.
The malware simply exploits MSFTs glaring weaknesses, particularly UAC, allowing every corrupted drive, folder, file and registry key greater security than owner and anti-virus/antimalware software can ever attain. These files cannot be removed using command
line, in safe mode, by taking ownership or by any of the suggestions in the 12 page, "how to frustrate customers and avoid addressing actual issue" sub-titled, "When your a monopoly, you don't need to provide service". Every msft tech ignores
the real world with grayed out buttons, denied access, permissions that may have worked theoretically but have never, will never work in real world. only in "WindowsWorld". I could and have gone on much longer at the rage and helplessness cultivated
by a company who had a chance to do things right but decided that $ spent on serving customers doesn't get you to hang out with Bono nearly as much as throwing the $ saved by not providing any reasonable service to customers who made YES-YOU MR. & MRS.

Now, if there were a way to destroy 1) home group 2) the worst idea in tech. ever, the UAC 3) the MMC. msft might be able to come up with something close to XP, the last OS worth a shit made by msft. Instead msft support-oxymoronic as that is, reprints the
same shit that does not and has never worked, like 1) simply change permissions 2) simply take ownership of object or folder or 3) simply re0-install the same OS that has yet to work once and see if that helps-oh, we've been told a million time by customers
that, :"IT'S THE UAC, STUPID? WE CAN'T DELETE MALWARE THAT HAS reduced are owner permissions to standard and allowed malware, decades ahead of msft technology becausae hackers don't waste time changing CEOs to take turns inventing phones, tablets
etc.  Once, please listen to your customers Bill. We already hate the technology that you force us to buy because there is no alternative. Are you, Paul, Steve, or whatever CHIMP is currently being overpaid as CEO actually that stupid to think anyone
would buy technology of any sort where there are alternatives when we are disgusted with the software we need to buy because there are no alternatives? Are you that divorced from reality?
Does this sound more like venting pent up bitterness with a few questions thrown in? YES IT IS. Why, because in the past 16 months I've spent twice the revenue my home based company has made on your technology and THE MOST EXPENSIVE POSSIBLE SUPPORT FOR
THAT IN HOPES THAT 100000 MONLEYS HAVE THE POSSIBILITY OF COMING UP WITH HAMLET. Unfortunately, I've bought as much of the monkeyshit as I could afford, paid your techs who guaranteed their service but who have hung up on me, lied to me or just been unable
to fix what your engineers make. Of the 18 times I've gotten through to support, IU've called 5x that much but msft puts enough roadblocks between itself sand its customers that only the most desperate are willing to suffer the indignity of being a msft
customer. I'm not even counting the  third multiple of my annual revenue I've spent on 3rd party security. That works just enough to find the 80 corrupt files and 118 corrupt registry keys but like everything else, is then paralyzed by that UAC serving
to protect system files corrupted beyond belief, along with the MBR and UAC which, thanks so much, are the two areas corrupted the most but untouched by any re--installation of the OS so when your well paid techs recommend, I think we're going to wipe the
drive and mail you a new OS. I simply hang up. Having been lied to 4 times about the same 2 OS. Having to spend hours upon hours trying to re-activate msft ofc over the phone because it's removed with the weekly disk wipe. Getting told, Mr. Smith, we are not
going to allow you to activate these programs anymore. To which I politely respond. I understand. I have nothing better to do than to stay on hold for an hour and wait another hour for you to verify my info so I can spend another hour downloading the same
Office programs IU've installed 20 times in the past but had to do so again because your OS is so shitty. Sorry if I've inconvenienced you. It's just that I've spent $8,000 on PCs this year, an additional $800 on OS (because msft never sent the OS they promised,
about $500 on security, almost $1000 on PC repair & hundreds of hours not using but figuring out how to keep from losing the files I've so painstakingly put together after the last time I lost them and BTW I want to be writing this letter at 4:00 on a
Saturday as much as I want to buy msft devices across the board.
So besides that, iuf you can suggest anyway that I can shred the UAC, send the homegroup into an alternate universe or in anyway get the finely engineered UAC to protect my PC instead of my MF malware, I'd be truly indebted. I even bought a MAC but the industry
I'm in does not make Mac compatible software, I had to boot camp Windows in to run it. Like everywhere else it goes, there went the neighborhood, bootcamped windows got corrupted just as fast as freestanding windows does. It even destroyed the partition separating
Mac from Windows software. BTW, the MAC has worked perfectly through 3/4 of the pcs and OS I had to buy and watch get infected without being on internet and only having security software from cds install onto it. Is it evil or is it msft or is there a difference.
I finally had to spend an extra $1,000 on a hosted version of the software I use for work so including expenses caused by Windows instead of just Windows expenses, I've my expenses exceeded  revenue by 550% in 2012/2013. Unfortuantely,unlike msft,
I'm not in violation of the Sherman act, again unlike msft, I feel bad ripping off mu customers and besides, they wouldn't understand if I told them I wasn't going to do anything about their issues, I was going to Davos with Bono and a few other effete

Thanks for the reply. I already turned it off in both Safari and Spotlight preferences. However the problem persists. The process still runs, and from time to time it decides to leak all the memory as well. I really can't understand what the reason might be.
To be clear, in Safari-->Preferences-->Search-->Smart search field-->"Include Spotlight Suggestions" is un-checked. In Spotlight preferences all three "Spotlight Suggestions", "Bookmarks & History" and "Bing Web Searches" are un-checked. Process still runs under Spotlight as can be seen here:
After the last post I let it run for a while when it happened again, and below is just before i terminated it. Look at the memory usage!
