Azure marketplace "not available in" united states

I tried to use the Azure Marketplace and got the error, "The subscriptions you selected are not currently available for purchase in your region. Additionally, the Marketplace is not available to users with some Enterprise Agreements or Azure in Open
subscriptions. For more information, click
here."
I am in the United States in New England. Are they incorrectly inferring my location from IP? I'm a customer of Frontier (because they bought my AT&T U-verse division).
I'm not sure what an "azure open" subscription is but I know I don't have an enterprise agreement. I just have two separate, normal pay-as-you-go subscriptions.

It appears to me that your subsciption for Marketplace might be set to an un supported region. I request you to follow the steps below to change the region:
1. Go to this link and login with your account.
    https://datamarket.azure.com/account
2. Click the EDIT button
3. You should now be able to select the correct country/region for your account and click save.

    I need to use the generated data source 80PLANTM to create transformation rules for a DSO, but I find that the datasource is available in Modified State (Active Version does not exist). Since this is a Emulated 3.x DS, I am unable to activate it.
    Also I don't see a NW04s DS available. We are on NW04s SP 7.

    DataSources (R3TR RSDS) are not activated automatically during their replication if they are not active already.
    This seems to differ from the behavior during the replication of 3.x DataSources (R3TR ISFS).

    When you activate a DataSource (R3TR RSDS), the system generates the Dictionary objects, the transfer structure in the BI system and the source system, and the Persistent Staging Area. This is a fixed part of the object generation that ensures that data can subsequently be loaded to the Persistent Staging Area. A transformation does not have to exist for this purpose.
    This type of process was not used for 3.x DataSources: With 3.x objects, data could only be loaded after a 3.x DataSource (R3TR ISFS) had been mapped to a 3.x InfoSource and the relevant transfer rule had been activated. This means that this type of process also required an explicit and manual step to generate the Dictionary objects.
    If all replicated DataSources (R3TR RSDS) were activated automatically, the system would generate a large number of mostly superfluous Dictionary objects. In addition, the replication would take several hours, for example, when you connect a new source system with several hundreds of DataSources.
    Solution
    Before loading data or creating a transformation, manually activate the DataSources (R3TR RSDS) that are really required.

  • Had to close Verizon FiOS account due to move out of state and not available in new state.

    Does anyone know how to retrieve your email folders once Verizon has shut down your account?  I was in the middle of forwarding my files and I got shut out at 1:15 AM.  I've spent hours trying to save my files and I need them desperately for my home business.  Any suggestions????

    Step 1: Remember in the future to back up needed files before cancelling service.
    Step 2: Contact Verizon and have them enable your account again. 99.99% of the time, they won't do this unless you order some form of service. You can try calling back in repeatedly until you find an agent that's having a good day and will enable your account on the spot, or try asking for a supervisor, or ask to order something cheap, like dial-up or Verizon Your Domain.

    I cannot get service for ESPN 3 on the watch ESPN app on Apple TV as I have direct tv as a TV provider and ESPN does not contract with them.  I tried ATT u- verse as apple suggested but that is not available in NY state.  Any suggestions?

    If your provider does not offer the channel you cannot use it.

  • Paris, Je t'aime available in New Zealand but not the United States?

    I would like to purchase and download the movie Paris, Je t'aime to add to my iPhone and iPad, however, the movie does not appear to be available in the US store.  It is available to purchase in the New Zealand store.  First, am I able to purchase media from other country's iTunes stores?  Secondly, why is this movie not available in the US iTunes store?  It seems the US would have just about all the media available.  Are there any work-around to this?  I apprciate and help!

    I have an iPhone 6, iOS 8.1, Region is set to United States.  The common problem with Apply Pay not being available seems to be the region being set to something other than United States.  In my case, the region is set to United States.  Any other suggestions?

    Try a reset: Simultaneously hold down the Home and On buttons until the device shuts down. Ignore the off slider if it appears. Once shut down is complete, if it doesn't restart on it own, turn the device back on using the On button. In some cases it also helps to double click the Home button and close all apps BEFORE doing the reset.

  • Why Would iTunes turn me off and not allow me to Purchase Content while outside the United States?

    I have been living outside of the USA for 7-months.  I have been purchasing and viewing content that is stored in my iCloud again without any issues.  Today, while attempting to purchase a movie I received an error message saying that I need to contact Support.  I chatted with a rather robotic Support Representative and after a 10 minute review of my account he stated 'all looks good on my end' then, he asked me to hold on for an additional few minutes and said that he could not tell me the reason why my account was 'frozen' but referred me to the iTunes terms and conditions.  I repeatidly asked what was wrong and he refused to answer me.  After a heated back and forth he referred me to Paragraph B in the terms and conditions and it states that content can only be used while in the USA or its possessions or territories.  I told the chat rep that I live in two countries and was curious how I would fix this situation.  The rep was mum and would not reply to me.
    Does anyone have any feedback?  I am unsure what the big deal is. I am paying for content and simply viewing it while traveling.  Why would Apple insist on such a requirement in this very global world we live in.

    They are part of the US store's terms (terms that you have agreed to) :
    The iTunes Service is available to you only in the United States, its territories, and possessions. You agree not to use or attempt to use the iTunes Service from outside these locations. Apple may use technologies to verify your compliance.
    (Other countries terms  will be similar)
    It's like that at the requirement of the content providers, they want control over where their content is available - each country therefore has to have its own store and you have to be in a country (and have a billing address in that country on your account) to use its store. That applies to both buying new content and redownloading past purchases.
    Have you not got a copy of all of your downloads on a backup ? There is no guarantee that any item will remain in the store for redownloading (you are only guaranteed one download of any item), a rights-holder could remove an item from the store at any time.

    I have saw the same problem on Brazil. There has some comments about this issue, you can refer to it:
    Microsoft owns large ranges of IP addresses which are typically registered in Redmond, so usually Azure IP addresses around the world show up as being
    physically located in Redmond when using these types of tools.
    It's more or less an issue with the way our IP are registered. They all "belong" to Microsoft in the US and Brasil
    IP locator tools like whatismyip are sometimes incorrect. Some will give the real location, some will give the location of the ISP, etc …
    IP geo lookup tools typically rely on a static database of IP address range registrations.
    It's a Microsoft issue in the sense that we may publish the correct location for our datacenters
    (eg. Amsterdam should locate in Europe and not in Redmond…) – but it's also a 3rd party tools issue.

    The Apple (Republic of Ireland) online store has the unlocked Iphones 4, 4S and 5 for sale. They are dear but worth it. I ordered the unlocked I phone 5 last week. That said, retail Apple Stores do and will not carry the Iphone line instore. They do however sell some accessories for all Iphones but thats as far as the Irish retail stores go.
    Its obvious to me that the Apple sales strategy for the US is different to the Irish one, so your retail stores may carry the unlocked versions at some point in the future.

    Unfortunately that device does not have FaceTime.

    There are 3 ways to get custom art into the Artwork box:
    copy/paste
    drag-n-drop
    Add from a file location.
    In various iTunes releases, it is common that one of the the three is broken.  Try one of the others.

    Can you post the exact message you get please. As far as I know, there is no "Bavarian" store (unless you are talking about an import store with merchandise from Bavaria).
    Are you trying to go to the Mac App Store (for Mac OS) or the app store for iPhones, iPads, etc???
    And, we need to have more information: what Mac computer or i-Device are you on? What version of the OS?

    Restore the device and set it up as new.
    Either plug it into itunes and select restore under the summary tab, or (post ios5) go into settings, general, reset, erase all content and data. When either asks to save a backup, you dont have to....hit No etc..
    This will bring the ipad to the start screen like you just bought it and erase everything.
