    Hi guys !
I just bought a motherboard model B85-G43 GAMING. And I almost have no audio =(
    I tried:
    - Install  the driver that came with the CD;
    - Downloaded and installed the latest driver from the MSI website;
    - Downloaded and installed drivers from realtek website.
Nothing works... I'm desperate ! I can't find a solution... PLEASE, if anyone could give me a hands up.
    Really appreciate !

What would exactly be "RMA the mobo"?
it means to send the board back to reseller or msi for repair/replacement

  • MSI B85 G43 Gaming slow downloadspeeds

I've got the B85 G43 mobo, with the Killer E2205 Gigabit LAN controller.
I've tested my connection 5 times with Speedtest, and barely got 10Mbit up & 10Mbit down. I then tested it from the same site, same room, same cable even, on an older PC, and the results were higher.
When I check the speed in Network Center it says 10Mbit on the new PC, and 1Gbit on the 7 year old PC.
    What I've already tried;
    - Reinstalling drivers official site
    - Disabling everything with 'Killer' in its name from startup & services
    - This tutorial
    - This tutorial to turn it into a Qualcomm
Getting lost here, I've had a lot of hope but download speed always stays the same. Atm I'm downloading BF4 but at a whopping 1MB/s, that takes about 10 hours, really sad. On my old PC I'd get 5 MB/s or even 8 MB/s, which is perfectly acceptable.

I'm now using these drivers, together with forcing it to run at Full Duplex 100Mbit. And it works!
I also bought a new switch, just to be certain. The previous Switch supported 10/100 Mbit, this one 10/100/1000 Mbit. My speed has gone x 10 though, thanks to the drivers (I think)

  • MSI B85-G43 Gaming vga issue

HI. I just bought Gigabyte GV n65Toc 1gi. When i tried to install the vga driver i got error messege that says: cant find compatible hardware.
So i checked board explorer and the pci slot is empty. Meanwhile the vga is "running", the fan is working, leds are light.
I've already updated the bios and everyhting but its still "empty" .

you have to ask Gigabyte, as this card is not MSI one
we can help with MSI products only

  • [MSI B85-G43] Windows freezes watching videos

    Hello folks,
My computer is freezing when I watch streams on Twitch and sometimes on Youtube too.
It also happens when I watch movies using Media Player Classic.
I can play games for hours and the system never got stucked.
    Can somebody help me?
    My specs are:
    MOBO: MSI B85-G43 GAMING LGA
    PSU: EVGA 500W 100-W1-0500-KR 500W, 80 Plus
    GPU: EVGA GTX 970 FTW
    RAM: DDR3 Corsair Vengeance CMZ8GX3M1A1600C10B 8GB 1600MHz
    Processor: Intel Core i7-4790k 4.0GHz 8MB 4ª Geração LGA 1150
Ps. Sorry for bad english, it's not my main language. :D

I was using Windows 8.1, but I formatted my pc and installed win 7 professional.
The problem happens on both OS.
When I get home I'll try to remove my GPU and test only on Intel HD 4600.
In other forums, I told that my Intel HD was not showing on "System Device's", they told me that it's normal, since my motherboard only uses the GTX, but I don't know. In my opnion, this video/stream it's Intel HD responsability.
I also read something about i7-4790k voltage on the BIOS, but I don't have no clue about what voltage it should or should not be. There are some people that had this problem becaus Intel Turbo Boost too, when I get home I'll check that too.

  • Re: B85M-g43 Gaming VGA problem

    How about my B85-G43-Gaming?

Latest for the board is C23
Make sure this is your board:
    http://www.msi.com/product/mb/B85-G43-GAMING.html#download
If so: >>Use the MSI HQ Forum USB flasher<<
Option 1 and point it directly at attached archive, do not extract the files.
If the issue is still occurring, following the posting guide so we know what equipment you have and a better description of the issue: >>Posting Guide<<

  • Z87-G43 gaming HDMI/DVI ports not working

    Board: MSI Z87-G43 gaming edition
Bios: American Megatrends Inc. V10.3, 03/12/2013
VGA:   AMD Radeon HD 7970/Samsung SyncMaster P2770
    PSU:   Corsair CS750M
    Intel Core i5-4670K
    MEM: 8gb
    HDD: Plextor 240gb SSD
    OS: Windows 7 64bit Professional
Can't figure why they don't work...I checked my CPU and it's supposed to support integrated GPU. HDMI and DVI work on my videocard so I know it's not a monitor issue. I believe my motherboard chipset drivers are up to date. Any ideas?

you could try to set it to IGD in your BIOS to get the Integrated only working (find a option in your BIOS that is set to PEG and change it to IGD and see how it goes)
NOTE: if you find that settings see if it has a both option!
