Hello Expert,
I have a problem with authorization in MDG-F.
I want to create Account with Collective processing. After, entered Entity type, Edition and Chart of account, Blocking message "Data model 0G: No authorization for entity type Account (Company Code) - activity Display" is displayed.
But, i checked in PFCG transaction, for this user profil, activity are : create or generate, Change and display. So, for me , it is correct.
Please, check screen shot below :
Blocking message :
and in PFCG transaction
Could you help me to solve this point?
Kind regards,
Heri RAOELISONHi Heri,
the system behavior is correct. The account in company code consists of three entity types:
1) COA - Chart of Accounts (Type 3)
2) ACCOUNT - Account (A-Segment, related to ECC table SKA1, Type 1)
3) ACCCCDET - Account in Company Code (B-Segment, releated to ECC table SKB1, Type 1).
3) includes 1) and 2) whereas 2) includes 1). If you grant authorization only for 3) but not for 1) and 2), you cannot do anything.

Why does iTunes not give an error message for wrong type of movie file
I just spent an hour trying to get iTunes to import a movie type which it doesn't understand. Why on earth does it just fail silently instead of giving an error message about incompatible file type ? It was my own stupid fault, but I am so used to getting quirky errors in iTunes that I overlooked the obvious and started going up blind alleys. Is there some preference somewhere that can change this way of working.
Have you tried downloading the apps on your computer and syncing?
The message means what it says. Yu do not see the "artwork" for the app. -
Change settings of Movement Type 343
Hi MM gurus
I created a copy of mvt type 343-> 943 I know this mvt type is for changing from blocked to unrestricted, where can I change the settings of the mvt type so it only makes a virtual change from unrestricted to unrestricted (Both unrestricted meaning no change).
I need this in order to create a PCN, once I use mvt type 943 with MB1B system will create PCN and I then I can go and process with LU04 this PCN and create a TO for all this components.
To achieve this I also created a copy of 309 wich I calles 909 which I will link properly, but now I am stopped because the nature of my copied mvt type is to go from blocked to unrestricted and I need to change this.
Any ideas on how to changes this please?
ThanksHi Jurgen,
The reason I want to create extra PCNs is to convert those into TO's so this way, MB1B with my copied mvt type would serve as a multiple TO creation transaction, the reason I need this is because I want to transfer materials from one storage type into another storage type ( from RM to production) but not in total quantities, I want to transfer in smaller quantities, say the order is for 100pcs and I need materials A, B, c, and D 100 of each, I need to send to production storage type 5 of each material with one TO (or please suggest another method) and say 2 hours later transfer again 5 of each material and so on.
This is a simple example, and creating 4 transfers per movement wouldn't be a problem, but my real process has over 100 material each product so its veyr difficult to manage 100 TO's each time I send materials to production storag type.
Any suggestions on how to handle this?
Thanks and regards

Creation of new movement type and transaction code
Hi
As per my business requirement i want to create new movement type 911 in 1M and how to assign to transaction code MIGO and if possible can some body can guide me with configuration.
With regards
G Narendra kumarHi Narendra,
1 . To copy a movement type,
select the field Movement type and choose Continue. The dialog box
Define work area appears.
2. In the dialog box Define work area, enter the movement type you want
to copy in the From: field. In the To: field, enter the name of the
new movement type you want to create. To go to the overview of the
selected movement types, choose Continue .
3. Select the movement type you want to copy, and choose Edit -> Copy
as.
Overwrite the selected movement type with the new movement type
(beginning with 9, X, Y, or Z) and copy all dependent entries.
The system copies all control indicators from the reference movement
type to the new movement type.
4. Copy the reversal movement type and enter it in the view
Reversal/follow-on movement types.
5. In SE38, execute the program RDDKOR54 and then give the entry T156 as table name and again execute. Check if the entries 9,Y, and Z* are available in the namespace.
Thanks

Finish good material not showed with 131 movement type in mfbf code in REM
Hi experts,
I am working in Repetitive manufacturing process, I have 6 operations in rate routing from which 6th operation is mile stone.
When i confirm last operation through MFBF, system shows components list with movement type 261 but finish material is not showing with movement type 131. The document no. is generated at the time of saving but in displayed document FG shows with 131mov. type and component list with 261.
Setting for REM are as follows
1. control key- pp03
2. production versions- maintained with standard REM profile
So my question is how can i see FG material in MFBF screen along with componets list ? What is the settings for this or any development is there ?
Regards,
Nitin NerkarNitin,
System behavior is not wrong. What i understand from Backflush is, Back flushing is nothing but automatic goods issue. System will automatically posts the goods issue when you confirm the operations. You have no need to make manual issue. It will reduce the effort.
Backflushing is automatic accounting (Goods issues - 261 mvt) of material consumed for production, at the time of confirmation.
When you use auto goods receipt indicator then at the time of confirmation system will do auto GR. In normal discrete mfg scenario, when you are doing confirmation when you click on GOOD MOVEMENT tab you will get GI as well as GR with movement type.
But in REM scenario you doing MFBF (REM Backflush) means This activity executes multiple activities in a single step, such as: finished product goods receipt, backflush of component materials, posting of costs to cost collector and creation of material and accounting documents. When you are doing MFBF and clicking on post with correction tab it will show you what are the components going to backflush, and that is ok. Here you are not going GOODS MOVEMENT tab to display GR.
I think this SAP system std behavior.

Compiler generates errors for reference types
Help. I am new to java, and learning the semantics, etc. When I compile simple programs (ie, the constructor uses primitive data types ONLY), there is no problem. But when I use a reference data type, it does not compile. here is some sample error code:

Any thoughts??Yes, I am sorry that I did not include that information. I have Vehicle.java in C:\sunjava\windows_labfiles\mod02\exercise2\version3\solution, which compiles with no problems - there are only primitive types included. I never heard of this specific scenario for liveCache usage in the past 7 years working in SAP support on the liveCache component.
Might be useful if you provide some more details (documentation, notes, links) that describe this usage scenario.
In any case you will need to have a liveCache version that is compatible to your application ABAP coding.
The error message you posted indicates that your liveCache version does not fit your application version (or vice versa).

Be precise, please. Which installation guide? There are hundreds of them - not THE installation guide.

Already did.

Well, the liveCache needs to be integrated into the LC10. You'd do this in transaction SM59 - but as you've followed an installation guide, this would have been covered in it...

The only thing this tells us is: the liveCache instance itself apparently comes up and writes out the standard log files.
That's it.
As I already tried to explain, the problem seems to be the dependence between your application and the liveCache version.
Usually I'd recommend to open a support message for this, but the colleagues would (hopefully) ask the same questions as I did.

Hi ...
pass thedate by a parameter list
but transform the date into char
with to_chat(the_date,format)
in report's query you will may do like this:
select ..... where query_date = to_date(the_parameter,format);
the formats must be the same.

Error for visual ADF from xml code behind
Hello all:

When I was using faces-config.xml to create JSP and JSPX page, the ADF component control suddenly diplayed abnormally, Only to show the tagbox like form, html, head, body and so on in Design view, sometimes even nothing to display,.But when I restart jdeveloper, some page would be OK again, others still can not be show normally. I checked the code behind the page.there is nothing wrong, because these codes are all auto-created.
Thanks to advance
Bonnie([email protected])I have solved this problem.
Because I added a filter into web.xml. It seemed that this would be complied while in design model. After I removed it, it's OK! -
Inspection lot generation for 343 movement type.
Hi,expert,
My client's requirement is to generate inspection lot when a specific type of material is transferred from block stock of a storage location to unrestricted stock of another storage location i.e. movement type- 343, can anybody please explain how to generate the inspection lot and what are the settings, master data to be maintained? thanks in advance.
rgds
rajibHi Rajib,
In first place you need to have Quality infor record for material and vendor create through QI01 t code.
QM must be activated for mvt type 343 in SPRO --> QM --> Qual Insp --> Insp Lot Creation --> Inspection for goods movements.
Check the box "QM Proc. Active" in Mat master in Quality tab.
Activate inspection type 08 in mat master.
Then do the transfer posting you will get mat doc number.
Go to display mode of mat doc,
You will find Ins lot number created in Quantity tab at item level of material document.
Thank You,
Anand K -

Can any of u throw some light on the various movement types that are used in SD module.
hi
The movement type is a three-digit key used to differentiate between goods movements in the R/3
System. Examples of these goods movements are goods receipts, goods issues or transfer postings
It plays a central role in Automatic Account determination. Together with other factors Movement types determines which stock or consumption accounts are updated in Financial Accounting.
We will use the Standard Movement types of SAP..
In case as per the Business requirement if you want any new Mvt type..
then you need to COpy the Standard Mvt type in OMJJ
Please find below the list of movement types
Movement type is the movement type + 1 (reversal of 101 = 102).
101 Goods receipt for purchase order or order
If the purchase order or order has not been assigned to an account, a stock type (unrestricted-use stock, stock in quality inspection, blocked stock) can be entered during goods receipt.
If the purchase order or order has been assigned to an account, the goods receipt is not posted to the warehouse, but to consumption.
In the case of non-valuated materials, the goods receipt is posted to the warehouse, although the purchase order has not been assigned to an account.
Possible special stock indicators:
u2022 K Goods receipt for purchase order to consignment stock
u2022 O Goods receipt for purchase order to stock of material provided to vendor
u2022 E GR for purchase order or order to sales order stock
u2022 Q GR for purchase order or order to project stock.
Goods receipt for subcontract order: at goods receipt, the consumption of the components is posted at the same time (see movement type 543)
Goods receipt for stock transport order: at goods receipt the transported quantity is posted in the receiving plant from stock in transit into unrestricted-use stock (stock in quality inspection or blocked stock).
103 Goods receipt for purchase order into GR blocked stock
you cannot receive goods into goods receipt blocked stock for stock transport orders.
Possible special stock indicators:
K, O, E, Q
105 Release from GR blocked stock for purchase order
Movement type 105 has the same effects as 101.
