Can u Plz let me know , is there any bapi or function module to update few fields of a standard table using an internable.

There is no FM / BAPI to update directly to any SAP tables . SAP won't suggests to develop a FM/BAPI like that , as it will cause some data inconsistency problem .
We have to search and find BAPI's/ FM's for requirement specific if not exists then need to think about the alternate options (LSMW/ BDC etc..)

Function module for updating COBRB table

Hi,
Is there any function module to update the entries in COBRB table.
I have already tried the following but it's not updating ithe entries:
1) k_settlement_rule_fill : get the objnr from PRPS and use it for CORBA and COBRB
2) k_settlement_rule_delete : using objnr only
3) k_posting_rule_insert

Need BAPI or Function Module to update MAEX Table

Hi Experts !!
I need to update the MAEX table in mass level through a batch job.
Updating the table directly is not recommended. So, a BAPI or a FM would have helped.
One more thing, if I update it through a BAPI or FM, will the change history log in MM02 or MM03 be maintained automatically by SAP ?
Also if I directly update the MAEX table, how to maintain the change history log ?
Below are the fields which I want to update.

Those FM are update FM (check with SE37) called at end of transaction after checking data validity and must not be called alone in a customer program, using those FM is not better than direct SQL update of database (or you actually want to duplicate SAP standard checking and find every update FM to call, wrong idea usually)
Read also 1710449 - Transaction MM17 (Mass Change) or BAPI BAPI_MATERIAL_SAVEDATA does not support update on database table MAEX. So nowadays the correct solution is the use of Batch Input

Bapi function module to update PRPS table

These ZZ fields are specific to your application, use the EXTENSION parameters.
Look in BAPI_PS_INITIALIZATION documentation, there is an explanation how-to fill specific fields.
For the BAPIs used to create and change project definitions, WBS
elements, networks, activities, and activity elements, you can
automatically fill the fields of the tables PROJ, PRPS, AUFK, and AFVU
that have been defined for customer enhancements in the standard system.
For this purpose, help structures that contain the respective key
fields, as well as the CI include of the table are supplied. The BAPIs
contain the parameter ExtensionIN in which the enhancement fields can be
entered and also provide BAdIs in which the entered values can be
checked and, if required, processed further.

Procedure for Filling Standard Enhancements
Before you call the BAPI for each object that is to be created or

o   VALUEPART2-4: If required, the continuation of the data part

customer-specific fields. By structuring the container in this way, it
is possible to transfer its content with one MOVE command to the
structure of the BAPI table extension.
Note that when objects are changed, all fields of the enhancements are
overwritten (as opposed to the standard fields, where only those fields
for which the respective update indicator is set are changed).
Therefore, even if you only want to change one field, all the fields
that you transfer in ExtensionIn must be filled.
You have to use these parameters in BAPI_BUS2054_GETDATA as well as in BAPI_BUS2054_CHANGE_MULTI.

Creation of function module for updating the ztable

I am sending the requirement for ceation of function module for updating the ztable.
Requirement----
Table Updation rule (New record)
While creating a new record the calling function will export the following to the table handling function.
Table field     Probable Values
ZORDERNO------->     Sales Delivery no in case of sales orderShipment no in case of transfer order
UNAME----
>     User ID
ZORDTYPE----
>     SALEOR in case of sales orderTRANSF in case of transfer order
ZREFDOCNO----
>Sales Order no in case of sales orderPurchase Order no in case of transfer order

>Delivery no in case of transfer order
The table handling function will calculate the following fields

>Running serial number (incremented by 1 for each new record)

Before inserting a new record the table handling function will always check if a previous record exists for the same order / shipment no. if record exists the function will not insert a new record.
Table Updation rule (Status Update)

Do you have to create/update new record in Ztable through Function Module ?
or you need to write FM only for validation?
Any how, you need to create a Program with Input values for the fields of Ztable, and for rest of fields the Value can be calculated based on input as per your requirement.

U can use HR_BEN_CREATE_PLANS internally it calls HR infotype operation as specified by suresh.
Suresh : If there are approximately 3000 records to be updated on regular basis do u think is it better to use BAPI's or BDC

Standard BAPI or Function Module for FB01posting

Hi Experts,
My requirement is as follows.
Invoice details would be sent across from Middleware to SAP and for which I have developed a Custom Remote Enabled Function Module. The Function Module needs to post the data using FB01 Transaction.
I had planned for recording a BDC for FB01 and post the data, however, we are on the verge of getting upgraded from 4.7 to ECC 6.0. To avoid problems that we might face for change of screens in ECC 6.0, I would prefer using a BAPI or Function Module for FB01 posting, if available, instead of BDC.
Data coming from Middleware are as follows.
HEADER:

BKPF-BUDAT : Posting Date
BKPF-XBLNR: Reference (Invoice#)
BKPF-BLART : Document Type

You can use RFBIBL00 program for FB01 postings. Go through the program help on how to use this program.
This program requires a file to be on application server in a certain format.
You may also refer the program RFBIBLT0 on how the file format should be.

BAPI or Function module for WAHD2

Hi all,
Is there any BAPI or function module to update consumption values in the t-code WAHD2 ?
I found one WAHD_DISPLAY_CHANGE but when I executed this, it is opening another page where we can edit the values like in the t-code. So I am not sure how to use this inside my program.
Please share your valuable thoughts on this.

Are there BAPI or function modules for creating posting address and budget address? We are currently use BDC program and T code FMBSPO_MULT (Posting address) and T code FMBSBO_MULT(budget address), but it is a very slow processing because we have thousands of funds centers.

I just want to create price condition info record to purchase order.
we create price condition through tcode MEK1/MEK2/MEK3.
it is more different from tcode ME11. it doesn't need to input purchase group, tax code etc.
but I can't find the BAPI or function module for this tcode.
does anyone know it?

Bapi or Function Module for Change request Management status update

Hi,
Do we have any Bapi or function module to change the status of Change request Management.
Ex: If the status is in To Be Processed i have to change that status to Authorized using any Bapi or FM.
I have tried with the BAPI crm_icss_change_request but its not updating the status.
Do you have any idea on this???

the function module is 'SOCM_STATUS_VALUES'
you can find an example of usage of it in the program CRM_SOCM_SERVICE_REPORT
