Batch compilation, how to see errors?

Hi.
We have about 2000 reports, and we compile them using a batch script, basically doing:
$REPORTS_INSTANCE/config/reports/bin/rwconverter.sh userid=msvexport/export01@delta batch=yes stype=rdffile dtype=repfile compile_all=yes overwrite=yes source=$1
We used to have logfile=x.txt on previous versions, but on 11.1.2, it is deprecated. What is the best way to see which reports failed to compile, and if possible, what what the compilation errors?
Thanks in advance.

Hi,
After you run your script, you execute show errors.

  • How to see Error Messages in Queue

    Hi All:
how can we see/check the Queue in XI. Suppose I created one Queue in XI, and sending 10 message to XI. Because of some reason lets say Mapping Error occured in 5 messages and 5 are successfully sent. Now how can I chek these in
    Queue rather then in MONI.
    Thanks
    Farooq.

    Hi Farooq,
Allow me to elaborate your question a bit ...
What is important here is what kind of Quality of service you are using .
Say for instance of if it is EO then ..
you can see the error in in moni ...and you can click on the queue name there ...
and it will take you to aapropriate queue ...where you can drill down further and see the reason of failure.
And if your QOS is EOIO ...then any failure in a single message will not allow the subsequent messages to get processed ..
There you can drill down to the actual message .....which has failed ..take appropriate action ...(deleting it from the queue)..
unlock ,reactivate the queue if needed..
so that the subsequent messages get processed..
    Regards,
    Deepak

  • How to see rows  errors not loaded by interface

Hello, I have a simple interface, I am loading data within same oracle database from one schema to another schema.
But I see 3 rows less.
Can some body please advice how to see rows that are not loaded, what was reason etc.
    Thanks

    Hi,
You can also see it within ODI by opening the Model --> right-clicking your target datastore -->Check --> Errors...
It shows you the table E$_ table for this specific datastore. For each rejected row, you will see the whole set of columns plus the reason of the rejection.
    Hope it helps,

Is it possible to see how many COGI errors I have cleared in previous month and in which transaction I can able to see that record?

    Mukundan,
Refer Below SAP Note 1868084 - FAQ: Transaction COGI
    Question:
Is it possible to log the actions in transaction COGI?
                  Answer:
SAP Note 309050 provides a modification but it can only be used temporarily. Also refer to SAP Note 1894587 in this context. It provides a report for displaying and deleting the data records in the log table AFFWPRO.

  • Taglib Displaytag : how to detect errors at compilation

    Hi all,
Displaytag works fine but I would like to know if it's possible
to detect errors before the execution : for example, if I modify the property of the column "mesure" by "mesures" it will not work because getmesures will be called but it doesn't exist. The problem is that I will see the error at the execution of the jsp but not at compilation
Is there a solution for the tag lib Displaytag to see error at compilation?
    Here is the code :
    <display:table name="list***" pagesize="5" requestURI="/****" class="main">
                             <display:caption>MES CONTRATS D'EXONERATIONS COLLECTIVES EN COURS</display:caption>
                        <display:column class="center" property="mesure" title="Mesure" />...Thanks for your help

    thanks for your answer.
Is there an other solution to detect error in displaytag?

  • Unexpected Signal : 11 occurred. How to see the reason??

    Hi,
I saw there where other questions about this, but I didn't get how to see the differences between the possible causes of this error
I see at the bottom of the following trace that some part of the heap is running over (from space of new generation) is this a correct assumption of the reason for this error?
If this is the reason I'll have to find a way to increase the heapsize. The problem doing this is, that the app is started by a precompiled binary. Is there a way not to pass the heapsize by the -Xmx param but to write it in some VM config file, so it will be used, even when I can't pass params??
    Thanks a lot for replies,

    Hi Gabriel,
Yes if I am doing this I can see at the top the document partner.
But normally in the 2 bottom Window "Detail for SPL" it does show the
    the details the matched term.
But here it does not show me the match terms. It shows only
    empty window Detail for SPL".
So the question remains where can I see the matched terms?
    Any suggestions?
    Thanks

  • RH9 Batch Compile Failures

I have a batch file set up to batch compile numerous projects one after the other for RoboHelp 9. The output is CHM format. When doing the compile, usually at least one project fails to completely compile and the log file shows only this information:
Adobe (R) RoboHelp Project Command Line Compiler version 9.0.0.228
Copyright (C) 2006-2007, Adobe Systems Incorporated and its licensors. All rights reserved.
    Project: C:\TechComm\SPIRIT\source\projects\directd\directd.xpj
    Layout: ssl_directd_hdi.
    Output: C:\TechComm\SPIRIT\output\help\directdhdi.chm.
    Scanning project for compilation....
    Scanning finished.
    Warning: No baggage file description.
There are no files attached to the project. The baggage file contains some CHMs that were used for remote links, but they are not included in the project.
Additionally, if I recompile this project using the batch file, it will build fine. How can I stop these initial failures? It's not just this project, but others will randomly not generate and the log file shows the same information.

    Thanks for your suggestions.
Matt, I have tried "Mass Compile" and it is nothing to do with the FPGA. It just opens all your VIs, resaves them, and relinks them to their subVIs. This helps with some cross-linking issues.
Bruce, the behavior you describe is what I would have expected initially. However, it seems like I do have to recompile all the subVIs. Right now I don't see anything changing on the FPGA side if I recompile my FPGA shell VI, but not my subVIs.
It makes some sense that compiling the FPGA shell VI would not automatically recompile all the subVIs - the full compile including all subVIs takes about three hours, as compared to less than an hour to recompile the shell VI alone. So there is a strong reason to want subVI compiles to be independent of the shell compile.
    Thanks,
    Dave
