BC online shop tables not divs?

Hi everyone,
I am making a bc template from scratch to learn how to work with bc. I am making a online shop and bc displays the products in tables
<table class="productTable productSmall"><tbody><tr><td id="catProdTd_9019550" class="productItem">
  <div class="shop-product-small clear">  <h5><a href="/red-wine/sample-product-1">Sample product 1</a></h5>  <div class="image"><a href="/red-wine/sample-product-1"><img id="catsproduct_9019550" src="/images/Catalogs/Redwine/bottle_thumb.jpg" alt="Sample product 1" border="0"></a></div>  <ul>  <li class="price">Price: <strong>€25,00</strong> </li>  <li class="stock">In stock: <strong>15</strong> </li>  <li class="quantity">Qty: <strong><input id="Units_9019550" class="productTextInput" name="AddToCart_Amount" type="text" value="1"></strong> <input class="productSubmitInput" name="AddToCart_Submit" type="submit" value="Add to Cart" onclick="AddToCart(296732,9019550,'',3,'','',false);return false;"></li>  </ul>  </div>
</td><td id="catProdTd_9019582" class="productItem">
  ..some more code...
</td><td id="catProdTd_9019566" class="productItem">
  <div class="shop-product-small clear">  <h5><a href="/red-wine/sample-product-5">Sample product 5</a></h5>  <div class="image"><a href="/red-wine/sample-product-5"><img id="catsproduct_9019566" src="/images/Catalogs/Redwine/ValpolicellaTrim_thumb.jpg" alt="Sample product 5" border="0"></a></div>  <ul>  <li class="price">Price: <strong>€45,00</strong> </li>  <li class="stock">In stock: <strong>15</strong> </li>  <li class="quantity">Qty: <strong><input id="Units_9019566" class="productTextInput" name="AddToCart_Amount" type="text" value="1"></strong> <input class="productSubmitInput" name="AddToCart_Submit" type="submit" value="Add to Cart" onclick="AddToCart(296732,9019566,'',3,'','',false);return false;"></li>  </ul>  </div>

  • Online Shop Problems Pre-Ordering N97 in UK

I cannot find any other forum, and I seek to make this as public as possible because the way loyal customers are being treated by Nokia are think are wrong. If Nokia see fit to remove this post without sorting these problems, then fair enough.
I am disillusioned with the Nokia UK Online Shop and its practices. My experience has given me a bitter taste of Nokia and I consider that the whole operation needs an overhaul to gain confidence.
When making an order, especially a pre-order with a company that has a global reputation like Nokia, I expect several things. Firstly, to be kept informed as to the status of my order, stock availability and expected delivery date. I would expect a pre-order should get more priority over existing orders. I expect Nokia should aim to get every order if not delivered, at least shipped for the release date. I expect when enquiring about my order, to be given information especially when there is only a week to go until release.
There seems little point in making a pre-order when I can order from elsewhere quicker.
On 13th June 2009, I placed my order for a White Nokia N97 under order reference number CNLXXXXXXXXXX.
The Nokia UK Online Shop does not provide details at point of order about expected release dates, quantity, or shipping dates. I would expect Nokia to know about their own products first. The idea that Nokia are operating without any form of forward planning or logistics is quite amusing.
Shortly after I placed my order, I received an email advising that the phone has an anticipated shipping date of three to four weeks. This made me nervous and wondered whether there was a problem with the White Nokia N97 – after all, there is no information on the website.
On 15th June 2009, I phoned Nokia to enquire as to the status and was advised that there is nothing wrong and that the phone is “due” to be released on the 19th June and I should get my phone sometime after that. Unfortunately again, with less than a week to launch, Nokia did not have any firm information to hand either about their own products or their own systems.
Firstly, it seems Nokia don't know their own stock movements. Secondly, the fact I have to wait until after the 19th to receive the phone makes a mockery of the entire pre-order process and really does invalidate the whole premise when we have to wait beyond release.
Nokias own blog also guarantees that when you pre-order, “it will be shipped direct to your door from the production line so you'll have it the same day it hits the store in your country”. I highlight the relevent point here.
Receiving the phone AFTER it hits the stores is not the same day. When I pointed this out to Nokia customer service, I was advised:
“The N97 is due to be released on 19th June. If you bought it from a shop, you would have to wait for it to go from the production line, to a warehouse, then to a subsidiary warehouse before being sent to a shop. Hopefully therefore you will get yours before this.”
This is patronising and clearly an incorrect comparison given that the phone should be shipped from the factory. It twists what was in the blog which guaranteed delivery on release day, a guarantee broken in the US where I understand customers had to wait several weeks to clear the back log. This is very bad PR.
There were still a few days left before the 19th June. I relaxed a little and waited patiently for my credit card to be billed. Users on the forums were also showing concern especially when websites such as Expansys.co.uk and Play.com started guaranteeing dates and providing arrival times.
The fact that others can make promises and provide information where Nokia cannot, illustrate my point beautifully. Nokia do not have any information to suggest that users will even receive their phones by the 26th June.
By 3pm on the 17th June, my credit card had still not been charged and my order had not been updated. Users on the forums including a couple of users who had ordered yesterday, were receiving credit card charges and emails advising that their Black Nokia N97s were being fulfilled and shipped. At least for these, it looks like they will be receiving their devices in time.
I phoned Nokia once more to see if there was any problem with the White handset. I was again assured that there was no problem and that it is first come first served. But I had little to no reassurance as to when another batch of phones would be received and processed. It seems no one actually knows, least of all Nokia. If someone who ordered after me received their phone before me, I would be rightly angry and upset with Nokia.
I asked whether it would be worth swapping my order contents from the White N97 to the Black N97. I was advised I cannot make a change to my UNPROCESSED order without it being moved to the back of the queue.
I feel that Nokia have taken advantage of its loyal customers and strung us along by not providing any real information. If I had ordered an N97 from the Expansys website today, I could have had my phone tomorrow and for the same price as Nokia.
What advantage has pre-ordering given me? I haven't got my phone, my order hasn't been shipped, it hasn't been allocated, my credit card hasn't been charged. Nokia don't know when they can fulfil my order. By choosing Nokia, I have had no order tracking, no information, broken promises, no guarantees, delays and a substandard service. Worst of all, Nokia cannot get my pre-order to me quicker than Expansys.
Therefore, in summary, I make the following requests:
1)Make a pre-order count for something. A pre-order should get to me on time and get to me before it is released elsewhere. Otherwise there is no point of pre-ordering from Nokia.
2)Provide an “Expected Release Date” on your pre-order pages – when there are two different versions of the same product, users have to guess as to the availability of both.
3)Provide an “Expected Shipping/Arrival Date” on your pages – if you have two different products and I don't care about colour, I should be given the chance to order the one that will be in stock first!
4)Don't make promises that you cannot keep, no matter how informal they are.
5)After being found out, do not back track and pretend it means something else. Get the problem rectified by means of either meeting the deadline, offering a free gift, or offering an apology or explanation.
6)When I phone to find out when my order will be fulfilled, please, have some information available about your own phones and processes.
7)If you have two different versions of a product available and one is available first, let me switch without incurring penalty.
8)Give me a better service than other websites. If you cannot ship them quickly enough before the release date, you are either not shipping early enough, or not shipping quick enough.
In relation to my order, please tell me whether there has been a problem with the White N97, why those who ordered Black N97s on 8th June and 16th June are getitng their orders fulfilled and I am still waiting, and please tell me when I can get mine. Please also swap my product for the N97 Black if this will resolve any bottlenecks.

Your complaint will not be seen by the people who run the UK shop here.
You need to use the "contact us" link if you want the correct people to see your comments.
I do agree with most of what you wrote as I have been let down twice in the past by the UK online store for pre-orders.  Their customer service is uninformed, unhelpful and resort to telling lies.  For those reasons I do not use them.

  • Replace table codes with useLi in BC module template online Shop Layouts

I am having a problem in BC module template > online Shop Layouts:
Trying to get rid of Table Codes that inserted by BC system with List or possible Div
    Contact with Adobe BC tech support, they suggest use this useLi tag in my online Shop Layouts. After I implement the codes below, and it doesn't work. The table code is still there on the front page:Here is the code that I implement in the module template: {tag_productlist, useLi (true)}
Below is the front page codes, you can see the table is inserted by BC system:
    <table class="productTable productSmall"><tbody><tr><td id="catProdTd_9074914" class="productItem">
    </td><td class="productItem"></td><td class="productItem"></td><td class="productItem"></td></tr></tbody></table>
How could I remove the table that insert by BC System? Please help!!

    Hi there,
You need to look at the tag information properly,
    http://docs.businesscatalyst.com/dev-assets/reference#!/tag-reference/e-commerce/online-sh op-overall-layout.html
You will see it has a lot more components to it, you need to have the commas correctly, if you do not want to specify one of the components you just leave it blank.
    EG - {tag_productlist,3,,24,Alphabetical,true,true}

  • Buffer table not up to date when searching shopping carts

    Hi Friends,
This is probably a common error but could not find specific note or forum threads to my specific issue.
We are on SRM 5.0 Extended Classic with SP level 15. There has been no org changes or user changes.
when existing user tries to pull shopping carts using OLD PO and Template with a time frame, there are no issues and List is displayed to the user. But when the user deselects everything and just selects 'Including completed shopping cart' checkbox and does a search, dump happens with Buffer table not up to date.
I am not sure if combination of timeout error and/or trying to retrieve all his shopping carts ever created buffer issues. Please advise. Atleast user is not new or changed in the org structure. User can shop normally, but not pull all SCs that he created since his first shopping cart.
    Please advise
    Thanks
    Rao

    Dear Rao
Go to Tr:ST22, get the dump log details, from there you will find where the error occur, as well as the callstack, Eg, which
FM, form ,has been called before the error occur. Set BP  there , so you can proceed debug.
This dump could happen  if there are some data is missing for this SC, in this case, FUNCTION 'BBP_LINK_GET_OW'
    might interesting.

Hey, i bought an iphone from online shop as a used phone and its locked by orange france, i contact them to unlock it but they refused, they said that we regret to inform you that we'r not able to unlock second hand phones? I need your help please. Its not fair , apple should figure it out
    Regards,
    Orange

This is no different with any carrier locked phone. Getting a carrier locked phone officially unlocked is the responsibility of the carrier, not the cell phone manufacturer. A cell phone manufacture cannot unlock a carrier locked phone without the carrier's authorization.
An iPhone sold as officially unlocked when new can be used by others as a second hand phone, and the same with any carrier locked iPhone that can be unlocked by the carrier, and many carriers offer it.

  • Tables not printing?

I'm having problems with tables in my printed documentation.
If I include my online header and footers (which are formatted as
tables in the topic template), the conversion to Word works as it
should. However, if I hide (use conditional build tags for) the
online header and footers, any tables and any topic text that
precedes the tables do not convert.
    Here's what I've done:
    1) I've generated Printed Documentation with no conditional
build tags applied. Everything comes through, including tables. My
styles map as they should. The only problem is that my online
headers and footers (which are defined in the topic template) show
up at the top and bottom of every converted topic, which is not
    what I want.
    2) To get rid of the online headers and footers, I marked
them as "online" in my topic template. When I generate the printed
document, I set the Conditional Build Expression to "NOT online."
Again, the styles map as they should, but many topics are
incomplete. I figured out that topics that include tables are
converting incorrectly. Specificially, all topic text before a
table is missing, all table text is missing, and any text after the
table is unformatted. As soon as a new topic without a table
appears in the Word file, the formatting is fine.
    3) To test whether the online header/footers were causing the
problem, I removed the topic template from a topic that had a table
and regenerated the printed documentation. Sure enough, the table
in THAT one topic converted correctly.
I suspect that the problem is stemming from some sort of
nested table issue between the table in the header of my
document(which I'm attempting to suppress with conditional text)
and the tables in the body of my document. How can I get my topic
tables to convert while still hiding the tables in my headers?

I managed to resolve my dilemma late yesterday when I applied
my online condition tag to just the rows in the table, not to the
entire table (using View > Tag List). Leon, I suspect you were
right that the conditional tag wasn't properly wrapped around the
TR codes. As soon as I did that, I could generate the printed
documentation correctly -- the online headers and footers did not
appear and the tables and topic text converted correctly. But, for
some reason, one of the 103 topics in the printed documentation
still includes the online header and footer. I checked and it used
the same template and there's nothing apparently odd about it--yet
every time I convert, that one topic comes through with the online
    header/footer attached. Very odd.
As for the other comments about online headers and footers
not converting--I guess I'm just lucky! When creating the topic
template, I simply used the View > Header and View > Footer
menu options. The header consists entirely of a table (repeats the
name of the book and our corporate logo at the top of each topic).
The footer is just text (links to a standard copyright statement).
While I was unintentionally able to convert to printed
documentation, they ended up within the body of the Word
document--not as the header and footer in Word. So there was no
    advantage to having them.
Here's a copy of the HTML of my template heading. Peter, let
me know the best way to send a sample project.
    <div placeholder
    id=header

    bit of text.)

  • Creating Online Shop

After a steep learning curve, and help from the forum, I have
    my clients new site up:
    www.entwyne.com
Next step is to fill the product pages.... I need to create
    an online shop...
The hard part is making it so my client can update, ad new
products and include a Paypal button.
I want to do something simple like this:
    http://www.mariecristine.com/?&mp=Default&class=inventory&id=SP71&cid=SP1035
Anybody know of some easy online tutorials?
Or a little program that takes the pain out of it?
    I have explored
    http://www.plogger.org/ ... and
    Photoshops automate web photo gallery.
Not sure they are quite right for the job.

    Hello,
The page you showed as an example of what you want to do is
    simple in layout
    only.
What makes it work is very complex.
It involves Server Side Language and a database. Essentially,
    an
    application.
There is also a "back end", which is the administration part
    of the website
where the client can add new products or photos, edit
    descriptions or
prices, delete products, add stock, control shipping charges
    and so on.
Take a look at webassist.com (their eCommerce suite) or
    Cartweaver.com for a
    solution..
Check out Cartweaver's demo of the admin section for an
    example of what your
client would need to update and maintain the store.
    Click around through the menu.
    http://www.cartweaver.com/demos/php/basic/cw3/Admin/
Essentially, all the forms are for the client to add to or
    edit things in
the database. Server Side Language defines how this works.
To go back to the public side of the site,
You need the list of products to show so people can click on
    one to get a
"details" page with a bigger photo, more information, an add
    to cart button
    and so on.
Briefly, VERY briefly, this is one way things happen:
There is a menu list of products for sale on the home page of
    the site.
This list comes from the database. It's in the database as
    the client used
the admin section of the site to define what products he or
    she has.
A Server Side Language (SSL) takes the information from the
    database, and
"draws" the menu on the page.
So, one of the products is rings.
You click on "rings", in the menu and a "product page"
    displays.
Again, the information on the products page comes from the
    database.
Your client used the admin section of the site to enter all
    of the ring
types into the database and to add photos.
Now, when this page opens, the fact that you picked rings
    defines how this
    page is built dynamically.
(There is not a separate page for all products..that would be
    insanely
manual if there were a lot of products.)
The SSL pulls all the ring names and short descriptions out
    of the database,
and builds a table on the page big enough to hold
the number of rings. It inserts the link to each ring's image
    into each
cell, so the image will display on the page.
It then adds a link to each cell, so the user can click on
    that and get more
    details about the ring.
Now, you click on a certain ring.
    A "details" page opens.
Information about this specific ring is gathered from the
    database and drawn
    onto the details page.
A bigger picture, a long description, an add to cart
    button.....
Again, there is not a different page for each product. There
    is 1 details
page, and the SSL creates the page dynamically (on the fly)
    based on which
product someone wanted more info on.
    Lastly, you want this ring.
You click on the "Add to Cart" button.
A cart view opens showing what is in the cart.
This, too, is built by the SSL using the database.
You can proceed to checkout, or continue shopping and add
    more things to the
    cart.
    It is complex.
Luckily, applications like Cartweaver and Webassist can do
    most of the work
    for you.
They build the admin section and all the dynamic pages.
You just "style" things to match your site.
You will need to get familiar with setting up a testing
    server on your
computer, as you can't test SSL pages locally without one.
I know Cartweaver comes with great instructions on how to do
    this.
I would assume WebAssist does as well, I've heard their
    support is great.
    Time to start reading!
    Take care,
    Tim

  • Officejet 8600 missing parts of online shopping cart orders I receive

My new networked Officejet 8600 is selectively printing parts of an online shopping cart whose orders I print out. The order shows perfectly in the 'preview screen" but certain parts of the order, such as the city, are blank spaces.
Also, when testing other online pages, they  come out fine. Don't know what to do! Please help. The shopping cart company blames the printer.

I found and corrected the issue.
A BADI Enhancement Spot ME_PROCESS_PO_CUST was implemented. The Method IF_EX_ME_PROCESS_PO_CUST~PROCESS_ITEM was modified within this Implementation. The focus of this upodate was to Modify the ROUTE information within the SHIPPING information in the PO Update Process (PTV Internal Table within  ABAP SAPLMEPO). Unfortunately, the ultimate update of this internal table destroyed the UPDKZ indicator, which signifies when the EKPV record is to be created ('I') or updated ('U'). The update ultimately did not create the EKPV record.
Once this METHOD and the above SAP Enhancement (MM06E005 - EXIT_SAPMM06E_012 - ZXM06U43) were corrected, an STO Modification (creation of a new Item) ALWAYS creates a Shipping Tab (EKPV record).

  • Buffering table not up to date error message when creating a Cart

    Hi Folks,
We are getting a 'Buffering table not up to date' error message when attempting to create a Cart. The error message only happens to the one end user ID only with the others not getting this error, therefore suggesting that my SRM org plan set-up is correct.
Has anyone come across this previously and what checks are available in the system to resolve this? As mentioned, the attribute check is okay and I have also removed the user ID from the SRM org plan and reassigned again but this has not corrected the problem. We are on SRM 5.
    Thanks. Mike.

Please advise on this problem.  When I try to check the Approval Overview tab for these two shopping carts.
    I got a dump.can anyone help me.
    Information on where terminated
Termination occurred in the ABAP program "CL_BBP_ES_EMPLOYEE_MYS========CP" -
         in "IF_BBP_ES_EMPLOYEE~GET_RL_UNIT_IDS".
The main program was "SAPMHTTP ".
In the source code you have the termination point in line 35
        of the (Include) program "CL_BBP_ES_EMPLOYEE_MYS========CM008".
The termination is caused because exception "CX_BBP_ES_INTERNAL_ERROR" occurred
         in
procedure "/SAPSRM/IF_PDO_DO_APV_EXT~GET_AGENT_DETAILS" "(METHOD)", but it was
         neither handled locally nor declared
in the RAISING clause of its signature.
The procedure is in program "/SAPSRM/CL_PDO_DO_APV_EXT=====CP "; its source
         code begins in line
        1 of the (Include program "/SAPSRM/CL_PDO_DO_APV_EXT=====CM00E ".

  • Extended Classic Scenario - SHC: Buffer table not up to date

    Hello all,
I'm working in SRM_SERVER 550, SAPKIBKT11, and having issues using BACKEND PURCHASING ORGANISATIONS and the Extended Classic Scenario.
According to SAP note 944918 the following indicator should not be required to be set:
Supplier Relationship Management>SRM Server>Cross-Application Basic Settings>Activate Extended Classic Scenario --> extended classic scenario active.
I did set the Backend Purch. Grps Responsible indicator, and I did create organizational units specifically for the backend purch. grps.
We need to set the main part of all SHCs to ECS, but when I do set the indicator in customizing to "extended classic scenario = active", I get a dump in my web environment: 'buffer table not up to date'.
What is causing this failure in my SHC?
I tried to implement BAdI "BBP_EXTLOCALPO_BADI" (method DETERMINE_EXTPO) like described below here: without the line bbp_extpo_gl-bbpexpo = 'X'., I can continue and create the SHCs. Problem is though: all SHCs will get marked as Classic Scenario. So, to make sure the SHCs will always get marked as ECS, I have added this line in the BAdI. Unfortunately this immediately results in the 'buffer table not up to date' error in the SHC itself, as soon as I try to open the details of the new item.
Hope you help me out here?? It doesn't seem to be related to the BAdI, but somehow the system doesn't allow me to mark SHC items as ECS.
    Thanks & Regards,

    Hi Prashant,
    Thanks for your quick reply!
Note 1085700 is about Short Dumps when creating or changing a contract. I am trying to create a Shopping Cart, without a reference to a contract. BAdI BBP_DOC_CHANGE_BADI is not active in our system.
    Any other thoughts?

  • Shopping cart (not a u201Climitu201D) can not be found in Sourcing Area!!

    Issue:
Shopping cart (not a u201Climitu201D) can not be found in Sourcing Area to create a new PO, if the associated PO has been deleted directly at Header level.
But, shopping carts (not a u201Climitu201D) can be found in Sourcing Area to create a new PO, if the associated Pos have been deleted at Line Item level first and Header level next.
Hence, POs can not be deleted at Header Level directly, but only at line item level first and header level next.

    Hello Uma,
If PO is deleted at header level then SC can be found in sourcing cockpit only if for a SC
    1. SOURCE_REL_IND = X in table BBP_PDIGP and
    2. Quantity should not be completely consumed by the PO in table BBP_PDIGP.
Check these 2 parameters for your SC in BBP_PD.
When we delete PO at header level SC quantity is consumed by the PO and thats the reason it will not appear in sourcing cockpit.
You can also go through the logic in report CLEAN_REQREQ_UP, you will find these details. This report decides whether SC should appear in Sourcing cockpit.

  • Shopping cart not getting released after SSR-SPS upgrade

    Hi all,
We are facing an issue wherein the shopping cart doesnt get released at the final step. All the approvals are taking place correctly.
when i test in the BOR BUS2121/SetReleased method , i am getting an error 'Buffer table not up to date'.  Messaeg number BBP_WFL/052.
I searched the forums with the above error and it meantioned to check the user parameters like printer etc. The user parameters are all correct and all the carts are getting errored out.
Has anyone else faced this issue?  are there any notes that we can implement to correct this issue?
    Thanks,
    Soumya

    Hi,
In our case the problem was solved by executing the manual steps in note1233774 - Custom fields are not transfered to the historical version.
The three missing entries in table BBPD_COMP_FIELDS were causing the SC, POs and Contracts to fail in our SRM 5.5 system. It seems that when we upgraded the system, SAP/SRM didn't provide the required table entries to support the changed code.

    Hi,
The invoice is in functional / local currency.I queried the tables:
    - ap_invoice_distributions_all and
    - ap_accounting_events_all .
I can see that all distribution lines of our invoice have three event codes:
    -Invoice
    -Invoice Adjustment
    -Invoice Cancellation
Only invoice distribution lines with Invoice Adjustment code have a status flag of accounted while the others have status of created.
    I tried the following:
from Help-> Diagonistics -> DEBUG. I ran the request Payables Accounting Process and found that there are two line with line type as Invoice Price and Exception : Invalid Acct and their account column is empty.
I could not match the report with neither the application nor the tables as I could not find a row with same AMOUNT and same LINE TYPE : Invoice Price.
how can identify I the records with wrong account?
    Please help...
