Billing output - addition of a new field to komkbv3 / kompbv3
Hello,
I have a scenario like this. The invoice should be automatically printed based on the accounting indicator value. But the accounting indicator field (BEMOT) is not there in the comm structures KOMKBV3 / KOMPBV3.
How to do this?

You have the include a Zfield in the structures KOMKBV3 , KOMPBV3and KOMGBV3.
Once that is done, you have to move the accounting indicator field to these structures using the user exits in includes MV45AFZZ and RV*AFZZ(I dont know the inlcude exactly) The user exit is something like
USEREXIT_MOVE FIELD FROM VBAP_XXXXX to KOMKBV3_XXXXX.
If you talk to your ABAPer, he can include this field to the new field you are appending in these structures.
Once these things are done,
You can create a condition table using this field also , and then you can see your outputs being created based on this field, as per your master data settings in VV33.

As per screen shot you may see for EE#9941 there are 2 Leave requests.
So in the leave details the selection drop down menu option or any other way should be display 2 lines.

I tried but system not recognizing the field Material number from billing item level.
Please guide me how to add Material number for item level with other fields form Header for creating new Output access.

select 'Field catalog: Messages for billing documents'
new entries and enter MATNR.
However after this you will have to get the help of ABAP i suppose (for making this new field accessible for creating condition table).

Our requirement is when employees apply for overtime using Employee Self Service, there should be an option of choosing the Reason for the Overtime so that this becomes as a reference to the approver in decison. Please let me know the in which table is referred to for addition of a new field either from technical perspective or from functional point of view. Let me know the steps if possible.

Below is process of adding filed to catalogue in Pricing..
Follow below procedure as its same as condition technique...
Add a field to a new condition table in Pricing (Condition Technique):-
I will explain you the process with below example...Please follow steps in below sequence-
Try to add the filed from the field catalog. In case the required combination field is not there, you can add the field through the following process to filed catalog and create the condition table. It is most common that one or other time we need to use this function while configuring multi tasking & complex Pricing Architecture.
Here I'm giving a simple guide to add fields to the Pricing Field Catalogues:
For example you want to use field PSTYV ('Sales document item category') that is included in structure KOMP ('Pricing Communication Item') as a key for a condition table.
When you create a condition table (Transaction V/03), however, the system does not propose the field in the field catalog.
Condition access, field catalog, allowed fields, KOMG, KOMK, KOMP, KOMPAZ, KOMKAZ, PSTYV are the other terms which we need to know about, to add Fields.
Reason and Prerequisites:
For technical reasons, field PSTYV was included in structure KOMP, however, not in structure KOMG ('Allowed Fields for Condition Structures').
Proceed as follows:
1. Call up the ABAP Dictionary (Transaction SE11) and create data type ZZPSTYV. Choose PSTYV as a domain.As a short text, you can use, for example, 'ZZ - sales document item category' and as a field label, you can use the field labels of PSTYV.Save, check and activate your entries.
2. Call up structure KOMPAZ in the ABAP Dictionary (Transaction SE11) in the change mode and make the following entry:

ZZPSTYV ZZPSTYV
Save, check and activate the change you made.
3. Note:Because of the change in structure KOMPAZ, field ZZPSTYV is now known in structures KOMG and KOMP because structure KOMPAZ is included in both structures.
4. Call up Transaction SPRO. Navigate to 'Sales and Distribution -> Basic Functions -> Pricing -> Pricing Control' and execute 'Define Condition Tables'.
Choose 'Conditions: Allowed fields' and include ZZPSTYV as a new entry.
5. Note:Now you can use field ZZPSTYV as a key field when you create a condition table Axxx.
6. Supply the new field you defined by including the following source code line in USEREXIT_PRICING_PREPARE_TKOMP:
MOVE xxxx-PSTYV TO TKOMP-ZZPSTYV.
In order processing you find the user exit in Include MV45AFZZ, and in billing document processing you find it in Include RV60AFZZ.
Consider that you can also use this note as a help if you want to use other customer-specific fields as key fields in a condition table.
For header fields, use structure KOMKAZ instead of structure KOMPAZ and
USEREXIT_PRICING_PREPARE_TKOMK instead of
USEREXIT_PRICING_PREPARE_TKOMP.

Addition of New Fields to CG36VEN Transaction - Import of Vendor MSDS

I have a business requirement for addition of New fields (text field and check box) in the CG36VEN transaction (Import vendor MSDS) in SAP EHS.
(Something like in the attached screenshot )
Are there any User Exits/Enhancements points available for the same? (we tried checking but couldn't find any).
If no, should we copy the function group into a custom function group and make the changes?
Please suggest the best way forward. any pointer are really appreciated.

if you check the normal process to upload "pdf" files using SAP standard import you are able to create additional data (using a SAP standard class; but you can change that using a custom specific class) by standard without the need to "modify" screens etc. . I would prefer to do the upload in a "document" class and not to ESTDH as the use of a class is standard; but yes you can use append fields in ETSDH (or use custom driven own table); In e.g. DOC-X and similar interfaces you can download then the data from the class (e.g. as in your case for "reuse" in a different data base). PLease check SAP online help or the many threads which are related to the topic of "mass bulk download of pdf SDS/MSDS files (e.g. Bulk MSDS Download))
The "correct" (best solution depending on the real customer needs) solution depends a little bit on your further use of the "on top" data which you would like to upload (and the potential risk that after e.g. 6 months user would like to get a third, fourth etc. checkbox inthe screen).
E.g. the two check boxes could be implemented as "identifiers". The "pro" of this solution is this:
a.) you can execute easily inquiries in EHS database
b.) you can extract the identifiers easily (e.g. as part of an output variant or other similar options (combination of ALE with XI/PI)
Second option: you can generate an own EHS class as part of the property tree; then you can use as well inquiry options (and ALE or other options to download the data).
As mentioned before: the "best" option (near to the SAP standard) is to use a customer exit in Cg50 (check e.g. Customer Exits in SAP EHS MANAGEMENT
and these two exits as mentioned there:

One "disadvantage" of the transaction CG36VEN is that you can upload only one document in one run. Using the exists as mentioned you can generate a more "user friedly" option to do mass uploads as well (based e.g. on key files (similar to the "Standard option" but more user friendly)..
Using this option you are as well flexible to use own customer document classes (e.g. you can/could define per "document type" one class; e.g. for REACH exposure scenarios you can use a different class in comparison to SDS upload.
A well known shortfall of transaction CG50/CG54 is the limitation in the available search options. You could not select reports based on the "check" boxes in your screen (therefore if you use "append" fields for ESTDH there is very limited option available to sue an inquiry standard SAP function to select reports of a specific type)
Therefore in most cases it is better to change your process or your approach (how you would like to store the data); e.g. to store the check boxes data on spec level (e.g. as identifier) and then by using CG02 "switch" to CG54/CG50 transaction (which is now easily possible) to check the reports (and content of the reports).

Cause and prerequisites
The fields must be located in table GLPCA (for actual) or GLPCP (for plan).
For Release 3.0F, you should ensure you have applied Note 62511 first.
Solution
To include a field in the actual line item report, proceed as follows:
Call the ABAP/4 Dictionary (Transaction SE11) and display table GLPCA. You can then find in a line the field name and data element for the field you want to include.
Return to the initial screen of the ABAP/4 Dictionary. Now change the structure RPCA2. If the structure does not yet contain the field, you select Edit -> Insert field; enter the field name and data element. Do not insert the new field at the beginning of the structure but in the rear half of the structure.
Then save and activate the structure.
Now call the ABAP Editor (Transaction SE38). Change the source code of program RCOPCA02. Insert the lines set out in the attachment in FORM routine FIELDCAT_FILL. When you do this, replace SGTXT by the field name of the field. If you normally want the field to be displayed when you the access the report, delete the line afield-no_out = 'X'. You should note that the place where you insert the lines influences the position of the column in the report list.
To include a field in the Plan-line-item report, carry out the same procedure except with table GLPCP, structure RPCA8 and program RCOPCA08.
Note: Pls check if these 2 fields are available in any of the layout versions you have available with the transaction.

Add new fields to selection screen for standard billing dule list in CRM

I have one issue with standard program ,tcode is /BEA/IPMI01.
SUB: Adding few new fields like IP to selection screen AND few fields to output list.
As this is a standard program (tcode: /bea/ipmi01) , i searched for BADI,EXITS but couldn't .
Can any one help me how to handle this with out cloning the standard one.
I got some information but succeed.

You may be able to create an append structure to the standard output structure/table. Go to SE11, open the structure and click on append structure.

Now I tried to re-execute the transaction MB51 but not able to see the Tcode2 on the output screen .

i'm in the process of making a similar change,
copying to a ZPROGRAM is not so difficult, but as i told you you have to add your new field to VBMTV structure, and copy the includes that you need to change,
P.S. Note, when you copy you have to change some SELECT statements where
it's selecting from T180V table based on sy-repid, you hav to change sy-repid to SAPMV75A, as there's some configuration done for this.

Addition of new field in VA02 and VA01 in additional data tab B
Hi,
I have added a new field called delivery date to additional data tab B in both tcodes va01 and va02. Now, while creating or changing a sales order, if the Sales group is I00 then this field should be filled up mandatorily. For va01 and va02 i have done all the required coding where all this is done on pressing the save button when we are in the additional data b tab.It would throw an error message if the date is wrong and a wrning if it is empty (provided sales group is I00). I did the coding in 4462 screen.
My requirement now is that if somebody doesnt go to the 'additional data b' tab n try to save the Sales order then also it should throw a warning or error stating that delivery date field should be filled up. Where exactly should i place the coding now? if it is screen 4900 then can someone suggest me at what place should the coding be done.

Seems you have added the fields at item level in sales order and for this you must have appended the additional fields
in vbap table. So to validate these fields you can use USEREXIT_CHECK_VBAP available in MV45AFZB user exit include.
The fields you appended will be available in vbap structure, add your validation here or even in USEREXIT_SAVE_DOCUMENT_PREPARE available in MV45AFZZ which is called before saving the sales order.

Addition of new field in GL sort key

I have inserted a new field VBELN: Billing number in Choose sort fields in IMG for S: GL accounts. Then i have created a new sort key in tcode OB16 with this field VBELN & entered this new sort key in a revenue GL.
However in the accounting view of the invoice, the assignment number is blank.
