Blackberry deleted my Blackberry Messenger App from My Phone and Won't Let Me Re-Download It!

A few days ago, my Blackberry decided to mysteriously delete the Blackberry Messenger application I had downloaded on my phone. When I go to Blackberry App World, it shows that the BBM Application had been installed and will not let me re-download it. I have checked every folder on my phone and simply cannot find the app. Please help! I just want to BBM again!

Try reinstalling BBM by going to www.blackberry.com/bbm on your BlackBerry Browser.

You can't delete it. Look on all your screens and inside all your folders. If you still can't find it go to Settings>General>Reset>Reset Home Screen Layout. This will restore the home screen to its original configuration but may move other apps around to do so. (You may want to take some screenshots of your screens first so you can recreate your app layout.)

YOu did not properly deactivate your CC. Delete the SLstore and PCD folder stuff.

As Dah•veed said, you can delete an app on one divice, and still have it stay on another. The syncing only applies for downloaing apps when you have "Sync Purchases" enabled for the App Store. This goes for the iTunes, iBooks, and Podcasts apps as well.

Delete synced photos
In iTunes, locate and click on your device.
Click Photos.
Choose "Selected albums" and deselect the albums or collections you want to delete.
To delete all synced photos, deselect "Sync Photos from" and, when asked, click "Remove photos."

AlexCarey, I've been having issues purchasing recently and place a number of calls to the support team. On Oct. 5th, and on my own decision, I went into my itunes profile and re-entered my credit card expiration date and security code. (Notice, it is not displayed for safety measures.) Today, I received an email from Apple support verifying if I made changes made to my account. For the heck of it, I logged back into itunes; click "Buy". It's working again after three days of failure. However, diagnosis still displays "Secure link to itunes store failed". Very confusing state of affairs, lately. See my post on "Itunes dilemma"

I just purchased a new iPhone and it told me to plug it into iTunes, I did. Now when I am trying to get on to iCloud to get all of my data from previous phone, it won't let me. I keep getting my old apple ID

I just purchased a new iPhone and I am not able to get into my iCloud. When I plugged it into my computer, I used iTunes to get my phone up and running. Well it gave me my old apple ID as my info. Now I cannot get into anything because I don't remember my old password and when I go to the website to recover my password it is of no help cause I don't remember any security questions(over 8 years old) and that email account don't even exist anymore. Now when I go to try I cloud on my new phone all it keeps doing is trying to verify my old iTunes and won't let me use my new apple ID to sign in it keeps sAying to type in my old password from my old apple ID that I just don t have. Can anybody help me?

So your'e saying it lets you open the app from the app store? If so, that means it's on your phone somewhere take a better look at your homescreens. It will only let you open an app if it's been previously downloaded to the phone.

Cannot delete a third party app from my iPad ... it has frozen mid-download and is not going anywhere fast !

I have a 3rd party app that will not delete. I've tried via iTunes and the App Store but to no avail. I've hard reset my iPad, signed in and out with different Apple ID's but the app remains frozen (mid-download) and I can't get rid of it to reinstall it afresh. Any suggestions ? I bought an app from the app store and have played it a few times since, but today it opens goes to loading screen then closes itself after about 30 seconds. I have deleted the app from my phone and then reinstalled it but it still has the same issue.

Mac deleted all of my pictures off of iPhoto, and won't let me import pictures off of iPhone

I went to look at my pictures in iPhoto and it says "to get started with iPhoto, do any of the following". I've imported pictures off of my iPhone many times and have looked at them in iPhoto numerous times, but now they're all gone. Then I tried to import pictures off of my iPhone and it says that an error has occurred when importing a picture.

How do you do that?
One of two ways:
1 - launch iMovie and connect your iPhone. The iPhone movies will be displayed in a window so you can select and import the one you want.
2 - connect you iPhone to your Mac and launch Image Capture. Select the movie you want and import to the location of your choice (for movies the Movies folder) and import from there into iMovie.

You're right, it would have been covered under warranty. But because of the user damage, chances are there's a 200-something dollar fee . If you explain to them that it had a defect previously, they might replace it for you at no charge. **MIGHT**. But they would have to believe that it had a defect previously.
