BPM Not found

Installed Oracle VMBox - no problem.
Then installed SOA & BPM Development VM in the VMBox - no problem. Have run JDev, built simple SOA composite, deployed, tested - no problem. All, to this point works as expected.
However, when enter the URL http://localhost8001/bpm/composer or select the BPM Composer button, comes back saying it cannot find BPM (Error 404--NotFound). What has to be done to run BPM from the virtual install?
Thanks - Casey

Hi Casey
Open your config.xml file from your bpmDomain/config folder and see if you find these 2 entries. Just search for "composer" word. Looks like there are 2 composers: soa and bpm, with urls like shown below. I tested and they both opened fine and I logged in with domain admin username/password:
http://soaserverhost:8001/bpm/composer
http://soaserverhost:8001/soa/composer
If you do not find these entries, then for quick testing, see if you can manaully deploy these 2 modules from below location. If found, then look for any errors in the log files.
  <app-deployment>
    <name>composer</name>
    <target>soa_server</target>
    <module-type>ear</module-type>
    <source-path>/myhome/Oracle/Middleware/Oracle_SOA1/soa/applications/soa-composer.ear</source-path>
    <deployment-order>315</deployment-order>
    <security-dd-model>DDOnly</security-dd-model>
    <staging-mode>nostage</staging-mode>
  </app-deployment>
  <app-deployment>
    <name>BPMComposer</name>
    <target>soa_server</target>
    <module-type>ear</module-type>
    <source-path>/myhome/Oracle/Middleware/Oracle_SOA1/soa/applications/BPMComposer.ear</source-path>
    <deployment-order>384</deployment-order>
    <security-dd-model>DDOnly</security-dd-model>
    <staging-mode>nostage</staging-mode>
</app-deployment>I did not do anything special for composer to work. Just create a BPM Domain with bpm facets, select Enterprise Manager and thats it.

That error means you don't have rights to the Mailbox your trying to access. In Exchange by default the only user that has access to mailbox is the owner of the Mailbox, Exchange Administration rights does not grant you access to another users mailbox. You
need to either specifically grant rights to each mailbox using Add-MailboxPermissions or use EWS impersonation where you can impersonate the owner of the Mailbox see

  • BPM Error in Transformation Step: Interface Mapping not found

    Hi,
Can you help me on this? I have a tranformation step in my BPM that combines a request and response message of a previous Send step to create a Source message for the next Send step. However, on my transformation step, I got the mapping error in workflow log: Interface mapping http://gl.euhreka.com/learning/skillsoft/catalogSy.YGLXI_OM_MergeRequestAndHandleResponseAB_To_PollFo (SWCV=DF8549309ECE11DFB58DF3570A341E0F) not found
Do you have any idea about this error? My mapping program is working fine. I also checked if the container elements assigned to the transformation steps are correct.
Can you suggest of other way on how can I achieve on merging 2 messages (request and response) and set it to the Request for another send step?

  • Studio- Group Component in BPM ObjInter Call result Class Not Found

My problem involes behavior in the Aqualogic Studio Workspace.
I have an BPM object "Project" which has a group of BPM "Job" objects within it. They are grouped and my expectation is that i can add jobs to the project with the "+" or "-" . I'm assuming this is pretty standard OOTB behavior.
This works perfectly fine when I "run>" the screen flow (BPM Object Interactive Call) and I can add and remove job items.
When I run the application on the Workspace within Studio I get an error indicating that the class used by the job is not found.
The task could not be successfully executed.
    Reason: 'java.lang.ClassNotFoundException: java.lang.ClassNotFoundException: xobject.Common.CommentCollection$CommentGroup'.
My gut feeling is this is a problem with the Workspace because I check the system/catelog*.jar file and the class is definitely there along with my other classes.
As you can see, it is not finding the BPM group within the Collection.
I've done complete "Clean" of the project as well as deleting everything in the <workspace>/<project>/system folder.
I'm pretty sure this worked on my first run through. Is there any reason why the workspace would start "not finding" classes inside other classes?
Edited by chimeraM at 04/22/2008 5:24 PM

Our team is trying to complete a 2 week POC (hence the Urgency) on a BEA Aqualogic business model (ALBPM) system for a simple workflow which would allow us to create a Project (object), associate many Jobs(objects) to the Project, Associate Components to the Job and Comments to the Components. We simply want to have simple string attributes within. We are using BPM Objects to represent these objects and after designing these data objects and beginning implimentation we ran into an issue.
We are 1 week into the project and are gated with an issue in displaying the Project, Job, Component and Comments objects in the Screenflow using the OOTB Presentation system.
Here are the symptoms of our probem. We are are getting a "ClassNotFound" exception from Studio Workspace when we try to add elements to the repeatable elements in our objects. The class that is not found is usually some embedded class that we are not even trying to display but is referenced by the class we are running presentation upon.
We are using "groups" (glorified arrays) which allow the BPM Object Presentation to easily create repeatable line items (they have built in presentation pieces for order, add, remove, etc) so that we don't have to write custom JSP presentation for each BPM objects.
We feel that since the BEA Aqualogic system provides the framework for grouping objects and forming this relationship, it should be able to support instantiating these objects and running these inside the workspace. We're also able to instantiate these within Studio and they work. The issue happens when we run the process in Studio Workspace. Studio Workspace is when the application reports "ClassNotFound" exception. (We checked the Jar file, they are all there and the class is there and any non-complex class gets found and utilized by Workspace)
Is there anyone with experience able to tell if this is a Studio Bug? Is there something simple we are missing? Has anyone been able to use ALBPM Presnetations to display objects that have embedded groups within Studio Workspace?
    We are on
    BEA AquaLogic(R) BPM Studio

  • Current server is the coordinator and transaction is not found

    Hi,
We're using Weblogic 8.1 SP3. We have a single weblogic domain and 2 clusters in it. EAR1 is deployed in cluster 1 and EAR2 is deployed in cluster 2. EAR2 is compiled and created using j2ee.jar and not weblogic.jar.
We have a MessageDrivenBean which is CMT / Required in EAR1 calls a BMT Stateless Session Bean in EAR2.
A new transaction is begun in the BMT SB method and commit or rollback is called based on exception. A RuntimeException is thrown back to the MDB in case the transaction is rolled back in Bean Managed SB.
Sometimes from the Bean Managed SB the following exception is thrown:
javax.transaction.TransactionRolledbackException: Current server is the coordinator and transaction is not found. It was probably rolled back and forgotten already.

I'm seeing a similiar problem on our servers recently and thought I would add my problem as well. We are using Weblogic 8.1; don't know which SP is in production. We have an EAR file with an SB EJB that puts messages in a queue. The EAR is deployed in a cluster along with the queues. The errors below occurred in 3 of the 4 WLS instances in our cluster. This happened during a peak period and lasted for several seconds in Production.

  • LIBOVD ERROR  - "validateContextToken: workflow session was not found for given context. Create a new workflow session with token"

    Hello everyone,
    I have the following scenario:
We're using "Oracle SOA Suite 11g 11.1.1.7.0" (Patched w/ 17893896) mainly for a BPM/Human workflow composite. Former, we were having the error bellow:
<Mar 16, 2015 1:13:03 PM BRT> <Error> <oracle.soa.services.workflow.query> <BEA-000000> <<.> Verification Service cannot resolve user identity. User weblogic cannot be found in the identity repository. Workflow Context token cannot be null in request.
    ORABPEL-30511
When that error ocurred, no one was able to use the system (BPM/Human Workflow).
I opened an SR, and after some analysis from the support, it recommended me to set up "virtualize=true" in EM, and restarting the domain. Then it started logging the following:
    connection to ldap://[10.200.10.57]:7001 as cn=Admin.
javax.naming.NamingException: No LDAP connection available to process request for DN: cn=Admin.
Looking up on support KB, I found this note Doc ID 1545680.1 and increased from Max size of Connection Pool 10 to 200. That did work successfully! Problem now is that the <SERVER>_diagnostic.log is being filled up with the following error:

One important point is that we're using only the embedded WLS ldap. So I am not 100% sure if we should be using the virtualize flag=true, once all docs I read point out that this should be done when using multi-ldap providers.
Also, I only got this error in the "diagnostic.log".
Although, no user has complained about using the system, I really want to work it out. Anyone has any suggestions?
    Thanks in advance!

I have moved your thread from Certification to SOA Suite to get proper assistance.
    Thanks,
    Lisa

  • ERROR: exception symbol "09732" not found in resource file

I am trying to get a client to work with workflow services. I get 'ERROR: exception symbol "09732" not found in resource file' in the output when the method queryTasks is excecuted.
Jdeveloper 10.1.3.4 and SOA Suite 10.1.3.3.0
    Any ideas?

Although the versions 10.1.3.4 and 10.1.3.3 are close and should be able to use 10.1.3.4 JDev for most 10.1.3.3 development, the human tasks is the one exception. 10.1.3.3 had a few bugs fixed therefore the jar file used in JDev 10.1.3.4 may not be compatible with 10.1.3.3.
I would either use JDev 10.1.3.3 or upgrade SOA Suite to 10.1.3.4

  • Fact Not Found Business Rules Error

    Hi
I am encountering the following fault while executing one of the condition of the rule. The other condition works fine. Can anyone please tell me the reason for this error, I have asserted the fact with values and also am not getting any errors in the Business Rule Validation Messages, so i am not sure why I am encountering the following error.
<bpelFault><faultType>0</faultType><operationErroredFault xmlns="http://xmlns.oracle.com/CustOraBR4/CustOraBR4_DecisionService"><part name="payload"><errorInfo xmlns="http://xmlns.oracle.com/CustOraBR4/CustOraBR4_DecisionService"><errorMessage>Fact not found in the rule engine working memory, rule session execution failed. The rule session 360002 failed because an instance of the fact com.oracle.xmlns.bpm.bpmobject.data.bruleoutput.BRuleOutputType could not be found in the working memory of the rule session. This is most likely a rule modeling error. The decision service interaction expects the fact instance to exist in the working memory of the rule session. Check the rule actions in rule designer and make sure that a fact of the expected type is being asserted. If the error persists, contact Oracle Support Services. 360002</errorMessage></errorInfo></part></operationErroredFault></bpelFault>

    Hi,
Just checked my old backup file and you are right. It does not have the business rules. One reason I can think of is they are not part of UJFS structure and in fact uses a table driven. All the rules can found with the tables UJP*.
You can print them into html and copy into an excel. From there I think you have to manually copy into the target system. If you are using transport route, you do not have worry as the transports cover the table driven rules with the required config in the UJT_TRANS_CHG table.
    Thanks,

  • XI error: Object not found in lookup of RfcAFBean

    Hi Forum,
In a scenario, I have a BPM, which makes a synchronous call to R/3 for execution of a rfc enabled Function module, while doing so, it gives an error as a response, which i can see in the MONI:
<b>com.sap.aii.af.ra.ms.api.DeliveryException: Object not found in lookup of RfcAFBean</b>
what can be the reason for the error? and how can it be avoided?
    pls help

it might be a cache problem, run the CPA cache and check.
ir, id cache the data here also.

    Hi
Are you using wli process control?
That uses wsdl and could cause the issue.
I also saw couple of internal bugs CR264315 and CR288904 on the same issue on 9.2.
Since this is a wli issue could you post in the wli newsgroup to get more answers http://forums.bea.com/forum.jspa?forumID=2047 ?
Also you can open a BEA support case at http://support.bea.com and an wli support engineer would help you. Please refer to the Cr numbers above in your support case.
    Thanks

Anybody have any clue why this should happen? We are on WLI 8.1.2 and Solaris 9. Any help is appreciated. Thanks!

No, actually is a first transport that we tried to do, is a new installation.   The basis team create a track like follow:
DEV - CONS - TEST - PRD, where CONS and TEST are the same server with the same parameters.   I dont know if this is a mistake.
    thank u for your response,

    hi all,
i am doing the scenario file to rfc to file without BPM .
I am facing the problem in my sender communication channel. that is
Error: com.sap.engine.services.jndi.persistent.exceptions.NameNotFoundException: Object not found in lookup of RequestResponseBean.
i have checked all spelling by reading sdn post . but still i am facing the same problem.
    help me regarding this.

    Hi,
->The bean which you configured at the communication channel level under Module tab is case sensitive.
-->Please check the module name once again and maintain the proper name and try it.
this scenario works only if your SP>=SP19(3.0) & SP>=SPs10(7.0)
In Receiver Communication channel you have to specify
    Processing Sequence as
    1      AF_Modules/RequestResponseBean   Local Enterprice Bean   1
2      CallSapAdapter                                     Local Enterprice Bean   2
    3      AF_Modules/ResponseOnewayBean  Local Enterprice Bean   3

3         receiverChannel                                FileReceiver(Your Receiver communication channel name)
    3         receiverService                                    BusinessServive_RCVR(Receiver Business serviece)
