BT Premium email and sub accounts

I used to have bt broadband. My email address and the sub accounts set up with it continued to work after I stopped having BT broadband.
Then I got an email saying that if I wanted to continue to use the email address, I would have to get premium email. So I set up a Premium email account for my primary email address.
But when I tried to set up a Premium email account for the sub accounts this was not allowed. The error message said that it could not be permitted as they were not primary email addresses.
Do I need to set up the sub accounts separately or will they just work if the primary email address is set up on Premium email?

    Yes, depending on your services you'll need either a "repoint" or a "scrub." You will have to contact Verizon's tech support to get it done though. They have options available on their Contact Us page.

    The bank main account is the account where u can find all ur bank transactions at the end of the day and statement of which u can generate as Bank statement at the end of the day.
    Bank sub acounts are the GL accounts created in FI-BANK module where we keep all the open transactions which are still not clear.
    I will give u One complete scenario
    My bank account is ICICI ( main bank acoount)
    My sub accounts are -
    Cheque issued clearing account ( maintened as open item basis,line item display)
    cheque Deposited Clearing account ( maintened as open item basis,line item)
    when u receive the cheque from Customer ---
    <b>Dr - Cheque Received clearing account
    Cr - Customer account</b>But Blance is in that account till u deposite in ICICI and ur cheque get cleared.how u will com to know that it is cleared?when u get the confirmation from the bank or the statement u get.
    then u will post another transaction to clear the sub-account. entry is ---
    <b>Dr - ICICI Main bank account
    Cr - Cheque Received clearing account</b>So u can now check the balance in <b>FBL3N or in FS10N</b>now there is no open itme in the bank sub account.rather it is clear and the balance in the main bank ( ICICI) is increased.
    Similarly it happens with the cheque issued clearing account ( from vendor side)
    while creating the GL account u need to be very careful in <b>numbering the GL</b> account as it will affect while mapping in confuguring the manual bank statement.

    Masking in configuration -

    You can keep the same Apple ID for purchases, but set up her own iCloud account for email and syncing.
    You can easily and effectively use the same ID for purchases.
    What you do is use the apple ID you have been using for app/book/movie/music purchases. In Settings > Store, make sure you are using your usual apple ID.
    Then, set up an icloud (@me.com) account for you on your phone, and one for your daughter on her phone. In Settings > iCloud, make sure each of you are using your new iCloud accounts, and not your Apple ID.
    Also, in Settings > Messages > Receive At, make sure you are using your iCloud accounts
    This way, all of your purchases are using one account, and you can effectively use iCloud.

    And there is nothing you can do about that except SAVE all of them and when you change the connection Protocol to IMAP or Exchange Active Sync you might be able to copy those emails back into the folders for the new connection protocol and have them all show up on the Outlook.com server.
    The company I work for change their email hosting service to Office 365, basically Outlook.com, and I need to move all my current emails from the old hosting service to the Office 365 email system. I did that by saving all of them to Local folders on my computer then Copying them into folder I created for the Office 365 email system. They all appeared in the Office 365 Outlook webmail system and then they were available to multiple devices.
    It was a Long Drawn out process and had some hickups but in the end I didn't lose any emails.

  • Ordering Premium Email and BT ID

    Hello,
    A few days ago, I received a BT email informing me I had just 30 days to keep my btinternet.com email addresses, either by switching ISP to BT Broadband or signing up for BT Premium Mail.
    I have a primary email account and several sub-accounts (used for 10+ years), so will plump for Premium Mail but am confused about the ordering process.
    It appears to require a 'BT ID': 
    1) If I already have a BT ID (we have a BT landline), should I use this?
    2) If yes, should the BT ID Username (email address) match the primary email account? 
    (my existing BT ID username/email is a sub-account of my primary email address.)
    3) Alternatively, could I create an additional BT ID (just for Premium Mail) or would this cause a problem? i.e. are multiple BT IDs at the same address allowed?
    (I did speak to somebody in the Indian Call Centre - 0808 100 6778 - but they were not able to assist).

    I went through the screens to order Premium Mail and entered:
    - Start Order: Login Details = primary btinternet.com email address
    - Personal Details: Contact Details = existing 'BT ID' username (i.e. a sub-account btinternet.com email)
    - On reaching the 'Billing and Payments' screen - setting up a 'Direct Debit'
    The screen rejected my Joint Account Name as it contains an ampersand (&) symbol, e.g. 'A & B SURNAME'
    This is strange, as I thought '&' is a commonly used symbol for joint account names? 
    At this point I cancelled out of the order.
    So:
    1) Can I pay for Premium Mail with a different bank account (single holder) to the one used for my existing BT phone line? An earlier screen had stated that 'any monthly charges will be added to your regular BT bill'
    i.e. does 'myBT'/Billing allow different BT services to be paid from different bank accounts?
    or 
    2) Can I enter a slightly different account holder name on the DD screen to get through the validation? e.g. 'A AND B SURNAME' (rather than 'A & B SURNAME')

  • Why can't Primary and Sub accounts be accessed on the same page?

    I have a Primary email account and also a sub account.  I normally use Windows Mail to access my email.  In Windows Mail, I can read emails sent to either account, and can also send from either account.
    The only time I go to the Webmail page is when I am traveling and can't access my home computer.  In Verizon Webmail, I can only check the account I log in with.  It's very annoying and time consuming to log in, check one account, sign out, and then log in to check the other account.  By the way I use the same password for both accounts.  Is there anyway that this can be changed?  It should at least give us the option to add a sub account on the same page as the primary account. 

    If you are wanting the messages to come to the same account, an alias would serve you better than a sub account.
    If you really want all of the mail to be in one inbox, set your sub account up in the primary account to be accessed via pop3, or set forwarding on the sub to the primary. That would cause all of your mail to be accessible via the priamry login, but you would still have to log in with the sub to send from that address.

  • TS4006 I recently changed my email and changed accounts to work with it but Ipod touch 5 won't fully accept the change.

    Most of the apps accepted my need my old email and password email and password. However some of the more important feature's still rely on my old email and password which no longer works so as a result neither do those festures. I was advised to preform a hard reset but I can't cause it needs premission from my old email and password so im stuck. I tried going into the general settings to change it from were its set there but it refuses to let me tampor with the email the device is set to. Is there anything I can do?

  • Email on Sub-Accounts

    I have had issues with every sub-accoutn ai set up since getting FIOS in Nov or 2012.  For each sub I had to open multiple tix with Vz to try and resolve.  I am down to my last sub-account that I can not sign in with.  Am I doing something wrong signing in or in the setup?  SHould I try to delete and readd the account?

    Hard to say if you're doing something wrong until you tell us exactly what you're doing, and how you're doing it.  I recall setting up all 9 sub accounts without issue, and they worked as designed from the start.  Please comment.

  • EMAIL AND CALENDAR ACCOUNT STATUS ISSUE / BUG OS 10.3.1

    I found an issue / bug which is really frustrating me!
    Phone:      Blackberry Q10 (SQN100-3)
    OS:           10.3.1.1565
    Mail:          IMAP
    Calendar:  Google Calendar
    Last week I updated my BB Q10 to the new officially released OS 10.3.1
    Today I noticed that the connection info / status for email accounts and calendars (Settings > Accounts) wasn’t indication correctly.
    In the Accounts menu it shows “E-mail” below the name of my email account and “Calendar” below my calendar account to indicate that my Q10 is connected to these accounts. But when I turn airplane-mode on it still shows E-mail and Calendar without being connected to any of these accounts.
    Strangely when I turn on my phone while in airplane-mode the Accounts menu shows “E-mail” for my email account and “No Connection” for my calendar account, obviously without being connected to my email account. But when I turn of airplane-mode I receive emails and new appointments but the Accounts status for calendar still shows “No Connection”.
    Apparently the account status is not updated while using my phone, it shows the status at startup. This is very annoying and I am unable to check whether I am connected or not to my email and calendar while not in airplane-mode.
    In OS 10.2.1 the account status worked correctly and was updated (connected / no connection) while using my phone.
    Anybody else with the same problem?
    Is this already a known issue / bug?
    Anyone an idea how to solve this issue?

    My wife and I have the same apple ID and when I set up Icloud it insist on us recieving the same email and contacts even though hers is entered under her email???

    You can use the same iTunes.  The only minor issue is app updating.  Each purchased item is permanently associated with whatever ID was used to obtain it.  IF you choose to update an app from inside iTunes and your logged in to the "wrong" ID, it's necessary to log out/in to update the app.
    It's easier if you do your updating directly to the iPad and let it sync the updated items back to the iTunes library.  There is no need to log out/in but you do need to know the password.  In my case, both passwords are deliberately identical to make things easier for us.
    On the other hand, the sync operation does not care what ID was used to obtain the app.  All apps (and music and movies and TV shows) are synced without regard to the ID that was used for the purchase.
    Be careful with TV shows.  Apple offers a lower-cost upgrade to get all shows from a given year.  However, the dollar cost of the upgrade is based on the shows purchased with whatever ID you're currently logged in with.  Simple solution - get all shows from a specific series with the same ID.
