Bug in new IOS

I have iphone 5S and when I updated my ios my contact list stops to work correctly. Now is very slow.
So, I buy a new iphone 6. and the problem CONTINUES ! I make a new account in apple store, and works ok, but I added new peoples in my contact list and de problem returns.
I searching for a soluction, but I need someone of apple for to fix this bug.

oh ok ok, I got it.
My when I press the button info in Recents, or edit some contact, or save some new contact, I need to wait almost 10 seconds for to see some informatino. Usually this action is instant right, understand?
But I discover this problem, I created new account. When I synchronize with my MacBook pro, the problem returned and I can only solve formatting my iPhone.
Maybe I have some favorits that's creating this bug. Now I create a different account only for my iphone.

IOS 5.1 bug or new iPad (3) faulty?

Hi everyone,
I just got new iPad (iPad 3rd generation and iOS5.1) and this is my first iPad ever. I was reading Apple iOS 5 manual (downloaded from Apple support site).
Practicing while reading ... when I reached to this point: the manual says double tap on Home button, multitasking bar shows up, flip to the left to see music controls, also Screen Orientation Lock on far left.
I did that, also got music controls, but on the far left, it was a volume control button, clicked on that button, it showed a speaker crossed out... please see acttached picture.
2 problems here:
1. It's not Screen Orientation Lock on far left of multitasking bar, it's a Volume control button.
2. click on that button will show a speaker crossed out ... but nothing happened, screen not locked, volume not muted.
Picture attached is screen capture (Press Wake/Sleep + Home button at the same time), upper part shows the manual that I was reading, bottom part is the multitasking bar.
Is that a bug of the iOS 5.1 or iPad unit fault? Please let me know so that I can return it right away?

There nothing wrong with your iPad, and it is not a bug. You can switch the function of that control and the side switch in Settings > General > Use Side Switch to. Whatever you set the side switch to, the control picks up the other.

New ios safari and mail app bug!

after installed the new ios 7.0.2 safari crashes and is slower. even more serious is the problem with mail app which now is useless!! are they gone to fix this serious problems or I lost the most important apps of my device?

Try:
- Reset the iOS device. Nothing will be lost
Reset iOS device: Hold down the On/Off button and the Home button at the same time for at
least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears.
- Restore from backup. See:

- Restore to factory settings/new iOS device.

I have installed the new iOS 5 on my Iphone 3GS and my bluetooth connection doesn't work anymore. Does anybody have a solution?

there seems to be a bug in iOS5 with regards to Bluetooth. THere are a lot of threads in here on this. We're all waiting for Apple to fix this...

Will iPhone users be required to update to the new IOS 7?

From what I've read so far the new IOS doesn't attract me and I'd like to keep the existing IOS. Is this going to be possible? Thanks much.

No one will have to upgrade when it is released if they don't want to. It will not be available until this Fall after extensive testing to get as many bugs out of it as possible.

Okay, I did a 'reset all settings' in settings and problems fixed. Hope this can be useful for others.
Edit: it appears that when the assistive touch is on the autolock function won't work while in the home screen, but will work if opening a app. I hope Apple fixes this bug in the next update.
I tried what he said and my auto-lock's working again - so, I turned off my Assistive Touch. Hope Apple fixes this bug soon,

Airplay stops working at backround. new ios problem??

i have ipad 2...
i Updated my ipad's ios and i found out that when im streaming video from youtube or videostream to TV.. i cant multitask enymore.. or the airplay video will stop playing. is this a new ios bug or FEATURE? and is there coming a fix for this or...? for me this is a BIIIG problem...

I powered Apple TV down, then plugged it back in. That brought back my ability to connect with AirPlay.
It's a hassle, but seems to be an Apple TV issue.

Backup and restore your software via iTunes. If the problem continues, restore as a NEW device. If this solves it, that means there is some corruption in your backup file. If the problem is still there, you should take it to the Genius Bar at an Apple Store for evaluation.

Texting problem. Glitch with the new iOS 6.1 update

I just previously updated my iPhone 4S to the new iOS 6.1 and now when I open my texting app it is just blank. I can receive text messages but there is not way for me to send any. I have a verison network so I don't know. I have called the support line and went through so many steps to try and solve this problem but no one has a clue what's wrong. I'm pretty sure is a bug or glitch in the new update.

Start with something easy and see if it helps.
Quit the Photos app completely and reboot the iPad. Go to the home screen first by tapping the home button. Double tap the home button and the recents tray will appear with all of your recent apps displayed at the bottom. Tap and hold down on any app icon until it begins to wiggle. Tap the minus sign in the upper left corner of the app that you want to close. Tap the home button or anywhere above the task bar.
Reboot the iPad by holding down on the sleep and home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 seconds until the Apple Logo appears - ignore the red slider if it appears on the screen - let go of the buttons. Let the iPad start up.

Help! My InDesign app is no longer operable in the new ios.

My InDesign app was submitted to Apple ten days ago. Then the new ios came in and guess what?? My app no longer works!! yes, I just did that this morning. But now I get a kind of odd splashpage bug; where, as the app is opening on the ipad, I get a quick view of a vertical, stretched portrait-version of the splashpage before it goes on to the main app. Any ideas on this one??

I am frustrated with the new IOS 7.0.2

After I upgrade to the new IOS 7.0.2 All my contacts where gone.
My favorites give me only numbers, with no names.
I stop sync long time ago because ICloud triplicate or quintuplicate all my contacts.
Last night I install IOS 7.0.2. on my wife's iphone. Guess what? I'm getting all texts on my iphone and my wife don't get her texts. How I can just separate the accounts?

No nothing helped. My first question was about the mirroring onto an Apple TV. Second was about skipping songs by double clicking the home button to access the music player/iPod built into the phone/iPhone. Another concern I have about the new update is Bluetooth. Every time I get in range of an item that's been already paired to my, I have to reconnect, by going into settings and looking for it though Bluetooth. I never had any of these problems before with apple. I was always a happy costumer ever since the first generation iPhone. I'm not trying to be negative nancy but I sure hope apple fixes these issues. And the final question is do you know anything about what's happening on fixing out the bugs. I'm sure you guys are getting tons of complaints.

TS3672 4s texts on new ios 7 are incomplete or mixed with old messages

Hi All. I just downloaded the new IOS 7 software. I've had 2 different incidents where the message I sent was not what was received on the other end. In one case, the person received part of an old message I had sent them mixed with part of the new message I had just sent. In the second incident (just happened), the person only received the last half of my text. Are others having this issue? Is it fixable on my own or is it a bug that needs fixed by Apple? Also wonder if it's model specific (4S). Help?

Sorry, if your backup is corrupted, you can't use it.
Since the old phone was on ios 6 and the new phone is on ios 7 that is the compatibility issue.
did you ever import your pics to your computer? IF you did then you can use itunes to sync it back to your new phone.

Downloaded new iOS for iPhone 5. Now the handset is running hot, keeps freezing on different screens, won't charge on official charger ( only charges on crap poundland one) and battery is loosing 1% every two minutes!

I have done a factory reset at 45% battery. After the reset it's still hot and at 35% now
