Business agreement - Edit payment conditions in Customizing

Hi Guys,
I am getting below error when i am trying to create business agreement from CRM IC.
Error - Edit payment conditions in Customizing
I have completed all the required setting in CRM as well as in ISU for business agreement creation as well as replication.
Can someone suggest some solution
Thanks,
Nitin

Hello,
If you create a business agreement in IC WC you have to maintain the
customizing "Creation of Business Agreement"
But it may be the case that you maintained only payment relevant
parameters for customizing node
"Allocate Payment-Relevant Parameters to New Business Agreements"
for payment type "By Automatic Debit". In your case payment type
"By Invoice" may be needed and may not be maintained.
Please add this in customizing via the path: Master Data ->
Business Partner -> Business Agreement -> Creation of Business
Agreement.
Please also make sure you use a BP with role "Sold to Party" when
creating business agreements, as this is needed.
OR
See
Master Data -> Business Partner -> Business Agreement -> Creation of
Business Agreement -> Allocate Payment-Relevant Parameters to New
Business Agreement
In this customizing table check the country is maintained
I hope this information is helpful.

Olivia

  • Business Agreement Creation Error

    Hi All,
Thanks to you all for giving prompt responses to my questions.
Today we are getting some error while creating a Business Agreement in CRM Web UI.
We are using CRM 2007 and ISU as a back end.
I am using IC agent as a business role and while creating a business agreement, I m getting an error message as "Edit payment conditions in Customizing".
Has anybody faced this type of error message?
Helpful response will be definately awarded.
    Cheers,

    Hi Denis,
Thank you for your provided link.
Further question according to this setup guide, the template for contract account for Replication mapping table. I have below questions:
    1. What is the contract account no should I put in the table TFK_BUAG_REF?
    2. We do not required to replicate the account determination ID (Contract account) to tax determination ID (CRM). Do we still need to maintain table TFK_MAP_KOFIZ_SD?
Appreciate if you can further help on these.
    Thanks a lot.

  • CRM 7.0 / IS-U: adding custom fields to Business agreement for replication

    Hello Experts!
We're working on replication of custom fields from IS-U to CRM 7.0.
Can you help me with clarification of my understanding of these questions..?
    1) CRM/IS-U mapping tables for buag_main:
Business Agreement(BUAG_MAIN) is a BO in CRM that corresponds to CRM table CRMM_BUAG and to Contract account in IS-U table FKKVKP.
Table FKKVKP were enhanced with some z-fields,
so we are going to enhance corresponding CRM table CRMM_BUAG (or CRMM_BUAG_H) with that new fields..
But we see that these CRM and IS-U tables have far not the same field structures..
So, the question: Which crm and is-u tables i should look, enhance and replicate for Business agreement?
    2) Access to Business agreement with possibility to add custom field:
I couldn't find in Web UI where i can directly edit profile of Business Agreement..
I've found just access to assignment block "Business agreement" on Account's profile overview page..(Role ServicePRO; Account details).
There I used AET to add custom field..but I faced with problem when the 1st popup appeared: there was no enhanced object "Business Agreement"..
Also in role "Utilities IC Agent" i've found "business agreement" profile but there I don't see buttons for adding custom fields..
So, the question is: Where I can access Business agreement profile to enhance it with custom fields for replication with IS-U?
    3) CRM/IS-U data exchange functions:
I tend to use tcode CRMC_BUT_CALL_FU:
for CRM inbound event of BUAG object  - FM CRM_BUAG_MWX_PROCESS_EXT_STRUC..(as template).
Question: Am I right that it fits my requirement to replicate custom fields from IS-U to CRM?
Please tell me if you need more information..
    Looking forward to your answers.
Thank you a lot in advance!
    Kind regards,
    Evgenia

    Hi Gobi,
    Thank you for advice. But:
I've created fields not by using AET - I used documentation that Nicolas suggested me above.
I've enhanced tables and structures that were mentioned there with my z-fields for both sides (CRM and ERP).
Also I looked CRMC_BUT_CALL_FU for CRM Inbound BUAG_MAIN - corresponding standard FMs are marked for call.
    Any ideas?
    Thanks in advance.
    BR,
    Evgenia

  • Advance payment Condition in PO

    Dear all,
Could any body say,is there any provision to mention Advance payment condition in Purchase Order. Please advise at the earliest possible. For suitable answer points would be assigned.
    Regards,
    NSB

    Hello NSB,
The invoicing plan is a facility that allows you to schedule desired invoicing dates for planned procurements independently of the receipt of the relevant goods or performance of the relevant services. It lists the dates on which you wish to create and then pay the invoices in question.
You do not wait each time for the vendor to submit an invoice for goods supplied or services performed, but can have invoices created automatically by the system on the basis of the data available in the purchase order and then release them for payment to the vendor.
Integration: When you save the invoicing plan, data is passed on to purchase order commitments, and to Cash Management and Forecast.
Prerequisites: To be able to work with invoicing plans:
You must maintain certain settings in Customizing for Purchasing under Purchase Order à Invoicing Plan, such as the following:
    Invoicing plan type
    Date categories
    Date descriptions
    Date proposals
The PO item must have account assignment
You must use Logistics Invoice Verification
If you wish to use automatic settlement for periodic invoicing plans, automatic invoice creation must be agreed with your vendor. Eval. receipt sett. delivery must be selected in the vendor master record.
SAP recommends working with the order type FO (framework order).
An extended validity period and a "reason for cancellation" are defined in the header of this type of purchase order. The specified validity period is adopted for the invoicing plan.
If you work with standard purchase orders, you must maintain the date determination rules accordingly in Customizing, since there is no predefined validity period that can be adopted in the invoicing plan.
Features: The following two types of invoicing plan are available:
    Periodic invoicing plan
    Partial invoicing plan
    Periodic Invoicing Plan
The periodic invoicing plan can be used for regularly recurring procurement transactions (e.g. rental, leasing, or subscriptions).
It facilitates the largely automatic creation and payment of invoices within the framework of the invoice verification process. The periodic invoicing plan uses evaluated receipt settlement (ERS) program functionality.
In the case of the periodic invoicing plan, the total value of the PO item is invoiced on each due date.
Example-  A monthly sum of $600 is charged for a leased car (represented by an item of a PO). This sum is invoiced and paid on the last day but one of each month.
In Customizing for Purchasing, you can define whether the dates are to be maintained manually or whether the system is to suggest invoicing dates according to the specified rules.
Partial Invoicing Plan: The partial invoicing plan can be used for the invoicing of high-cost material or projects involving the procurement of external services that are to be subject to stage payments (such as plant construction projects, or the invoicing of individual stages of a building project following completion in each case). You can also flag due dates in a partial invoicing plan as dates for advance payments.
The amounts corresponding to these dates are then not taken into account in the sum total of the invoice items because advance payments are set off against later invoices. In the case of the partial invoicing plan, the total value of the PO item is broken down and spread over the individual dates of the invoicing plan.
A purchase order item relates to building project no. 1 with a total value of $900,000. 33.3% ($300,000) of the total value is due to be invoiced and paid on completion of the first phase of construction, a further 33.3% ($300,000) on completion of the second phase, and the rest ($300,000) following completion and acceptance of the 3rd and final phase.
In the partial invoicing plan, you wish to maintain the invoicing dates agreed with the vendor yourself. Therefore there is no system support in the form of date proposals.
However, if you wish to have due dates suggested by the system as an entry aid, you can reference an existing plan when creating a new invoicing plan. Date proposals can then be adopted from the former.
Hope this helps. pelase assign points...

  • Problems : Payment conditions replication

  • Payment Term in customer master to be given restricted access

    Hi All,
    My client has a requirement...
Payment Term in customer master should be editable only to authorised persons...for all others it should be in display mode...
do we have any user exits to achieve this???
or any valuable inputs/suggestions will be awarded marks...
    Prasad

    Dear Prasad,
You can acheive this in standard.
Go to IMG>Logistics - General>Business Partner>Customers>Control>Define and Assign Field Authorization Groups
Maintain Customer field groups and maintain the fields(KNVV-ZTERM)  in the Group fields.
Go through the help file you will get the detail process to acheive this.
Also if in your company person creating sales area data(Sales Personnel) and person maintaining company code data (FI Personnel) is different and suppose if you want only FI people should be authorized to Maintain and change Payment terms then you can make Payment term field greyed out for T code VD01/VD02 and make it editable in XD01/XD02.
This can be done in TCode OB20 - Transaction dependent screen layout.
Hope any of the solution can be worked around to acheive ur requirement.
    Regards

  • Payment block in customer/vendors - how to clear

    Hi there,
We have a situation where we have a customer, who is also a vendor.  When we receive a remittance from the customer, sometimes they deduct the vendor invoice from the remittance.  Because of this we always post invoices to this particular vendor with automatic payment block - so that we do not pay them in error.  i.e. the payment crossing in the post!
When we receive payment from the customer, we use transaction f-26 and by selecting more add the vendor to the payment file, however we are not able to allocate the vendor invoice as there is a payment block against it.  We know how to take the payment block off,, but this means coming out of F-26, unblocking and then going back in.
Does anyone know of a single transaction that will allow us to unblock a vendor invoice and allocate to a customer payment?
Thanks in advance (hopefully with fingers crossed!)
    Jackie

you can do it in F-26
    Go to process open items.
    Go to "Edit"
    Go to "Select more"
Change the account type to "K" and enter the vendor number.
You may need to make sure Doc type "DZ" is set for for "K" which is easy to do in config.

  • To change a field to edit ,which is in customer fields tab of an item in crmd_order transaction.

    Use easy enhancement workbench
The Easy Enhancement Workbench is a development tool with which SAP applications (called Business Objects in the following document) can be extended in a simple manner.
Customer enhancements to a Business Object are defined via wizards. The Workbench then does all development work for the user; databank tables, screens and application logic are created automatically. Finally the customer enhancement is included in the SAP standard.
This also allows users without ABAP knowledge the simple possibility of extending the SAP standard.
An extension created using the Easy Enhancement Workbench does not differ technically from one created manually. In both cases transportable ABAP objects are created and the same Customer Exits, Business Transaction Events or BAdIs are implemented
You need to use EEWB feature to achieve the same.

    Hi
While creating sales order showing floowing error message
A business agreement must be entered for Payer xxxxxx
if i go in Details  it is showing following messge:
    Diagnosis
The field "FI-CA active" is selected for Payer xxxxx in the business partner record, that is, the payment transactions are processed via the R/3 component. A business agreement must be entered for this process.
    Procedure
    Enter a valid business agreement.
I am not getting where i need to main these settings.currently i am working on CRM 7.0
Can u please help me out to solve this issue
    Thanks & Regards

One simple way if you want to get rid of this error (mostly for testing purposes/may not be relevant for production system) is
    go to CRM SPRO->MASTER DATA->BUSINESS PARTNER->BUSINESS AGREEMENT->DEFINE BASIC SETTINGS->  (HERE DE-ACTIVATE THE FI-CA INDICATOR).

  • CRM orders with error "Do not enter a business agreement for sold-to party"

    Dear SDN'ler,
after creating orders in SAP CRM via ISA (CRM 4.0) and uploading them to R/3 all orders are created successfully in R/3 but an error message is sent back to SAP CRM in case of ALL orders.
    Error message is the following:
"Do not enter a business agreement for sold-to party xyz"
    Message no. CRM_BILLING011
    Diagnosis
The field "FI-CA active" is not selected for the sold-to party 6000201 in the business master record. Since the business agreement is used in the component FI-CA, excluding the control of processes, it makes sense to enter a business agreement.
    Procedure
    Delete the entered business agreement.
==> Could someone please give me some more information about the mentioned "business agreement"? Where do I find field "FI-CA active" (in R/3 or CRM customer master data?)?
==> And how can I eliminate this error message for CRM orders in SAP CRM?
    Thanks a lot.

Please check the customising setting under following path:
SPRO --> Customer Relationship Management --> Master Data --> Business Partner -- > Business Agreement --> Define Basic Settings
Alternatively you may also check following customisation table using SM30 --> CRMC_BUAG_ACTV
