Business Catalyst Not Working

I have an Adobe Cloud full paid monthly account.  I have used Business Catalyst to preview sites for clients for about a year and a half or more.
I did not use it for a few months and then recently tried to use it again.
Every time I try to upload my new site to BC and try to login it says "unknown error." I have reset password twice but password is correct.
Tech support at Business Catalyst is not being helpful except to ask me what software I'm using and my login: 
I use Muse.
What is going on?  I thought that my monthly $50 to Adobe included a free Business Catalyst account?  No?
The help and FAQ pages never seem to answer the questions I have. 
I log in to my Adobe account okay but I can't seem to log in to BC. 
BC first forced me to change my account password.  Then they said that I had to change it back to my Adobe ID password.
Now each time I try to log in it says there is already an account with that email.
I think I'm going to lose my mind. 
Customer/Tech support at other cloud systems is not this difficult to get through to.

Getting this error message:  This Adobe ID email address is already registered with Business Catalyst and cannot be merged with a different Business Catalyst account.

    1) I have a hosting service with godaddy and jumpline, I have a lot of space and do all of my client's websites through the space I have with those two plans, do they offer the business catalyst format? Just buy that platform with them or have it added?

    Business Catalyst is a web hosting platform that lets web designers host, build, and sell websites to clients. You use Muse to create and update a website. You use Business Catalyst to host it. A Muse subscription includes free hosting on Business Catalyst for one site. A Creative Cloud membership includes free hosting for five sites.

    The new Muse feature, like in Browser editing is compatible only with Business Catalyst, but the other feature like Parallex Scrolling works on all the other hosting as well, like Godaddy.

    Ok, I can't seem to find a straight answer for this question anywhere online without something else I find contradicting it.
    PLEASE can someone tell me if my clients can edit text and images on Muse sites within Business catalyst, admin?
    Ido not care if it does not revert the changes to the muse application on my mac. I just want my clients to be able to maintain there text and images without contacting me.
    If and when the design needs to be changed on the original muse file, I will simply update the Muse file to correspond with the site online then make the further changes after that.
    I REALLY want to use Muse to create websites for my clients but if they can't update image/text content remotely then It's not going to work for me and 90% of freelance designers.
    Please can someone clear this up for me.

  • Business catalyst stopped working

    Business catalyst does not work. When I try to create a new BC site a popup flashes then disappears  and that's all she wrote. I tried it out some time back. Since then I got the cloud membership now that I am trying it out again nothing. Although BC works fine with Muse.
    Any ideas??

  • Business Catalyst not Recognizing Dreamweaver

    I am setting up a new site on Business Catalyst using the beta of Adobe Dreamweaver CS6.
    All seemed to be working fine until last week. I brought up a page and went to access the Business Catalyst widgets in the BC panel. Instead, the BC panel gave me a message saying
    "This document belongs to a site that is unavailable to the current user"
    This problem is happening only in Dreamweaver. I can edit pages fine from within BC itself.
    Has anyone else encountered this and, if so, what is the fix?

    Hi Charles, first of all it's Beta ... things change. Second, if it's beta it should have been asked in the Beta forums. General users do not have access to the beta to be abe to help.

  • Godaddy email in Buisness Catalyst not working.

    Hi,
    I have recently transfered my adobe muse built website from a godaddy hosting site to buisness cataylst by following the answers that many of you gave and everything is working well.
    But for some reason I dont recieve a notification email from my forms. If possible I would still like to use my email package from godaddy which was included with my server.
    Any ideas?

    Ensure that you have added both of the following MX Records that GoDaddy requires::
    MX 0 smtp.secureserver.net
    MX 10 mailstore1.secureserver.net
    You will need to add these to your site via Site Settings > Site Domains > More Actions > New MX Records. Please see the following video of a walkthrough on how to achieve this: http://screencastmb.worldsecuresystems.com/img/2013-03-26_1203.swf
    The 0 and 10 in the MX records provided by Go Daddy refers to the priority. However, Business Catalyst does not currently have the option to specify 0 as a priority. This is not an issue as the numbers do not need to be exact, they just need to be in the correct order due to the fact that the smallest preference number has the highest priority. The TTL you specify is not very important in terms of setting up your MX records, so specify what you like.
    If this issue still persists even after adding both MX Records, please reach out to support via 'Help & Support' available in the top-right of your admin console.

  • Additional Fields for ESS-Business Card Not Working for Certain Countries

    Dear Experts,
    We were trying to configure the additional fields to be displayed in Business Card - Overview Screen for all countries. We don't have problem configure and get the new fields display for Malaysia (Molga = 14) but having problem for the field to display for Hong Kong (Molga = 27) and Singapore (Molga - 25).
    The strange thing is I am following the same steps as I configured for Malaysia. Somehow it is not working for Hong Kong and Singapore. As I understand, there is only 1 place to configure in SPRO for this requirement:
    Personnel Management -> Employee Self-Service -> Service-Specific Settings -> Own Data -> Customizing of Personal Information Screens -> Determine Fields for Business Card on Overview Screen
    Please help!

    The note 1159911 provided is within SAPK-60304INEAHR. Thus, I don't think this is the root cause of this inconsistency base on the Highest Support Package installed in our system.

  • Free busy information not working in new exchange site.

    We have central site Exchange 2010 setup and it working fine . For business requirement we Installed new Exchange server(Mail/CAS/HUB) in new site.
    Post installed, Auto discover and mail flow are working fine but Free/busy information is not working for new site mailbox users(Not working in outlook and OWA also).
    I am having a strange error coming from outlook. When I run "Test E-mail AutoConfiguration" in Outlook, it comes up with Protocol: Exchange Http "wrong server name"
    Please share your suggestion to change/configure  "correct server name"  in "Protocol: Exchange HTTP"

  • Getting Business Catalyst Forms working with Muse in Webmarketing Package

    Hi All,
    I am having problems with forms using BC Webmarketing packaging and Muse.
    When I past the html code for the BC form into a Muse page then upload it I get the following error message

    and the web form is deleted from my Business Catalyst web Forms list.
    What is the best solution for integration between BC and Muse.
    I want to be continually updating aspects of both.
    Can I quarantine some BC pages that Muse will not update?

    The problem is that when I update the Muse template page with the BC code
    {tag_pagecontent}
    The Business Catalyst template it is  based on this doesn't update or screws up the page.

    The form is there as I have used it a number of times but the template page doesn't load properly

    I want to build a site for my business that will utlisise the AWS EC2 computing power - can a BC hosted site interact with the AWS EC2?  I have other questions but if this is not possible I can stop here, so for now I'd appreciate just knowing this.

    We don't have any known integration with AWS EC2 however you might want to reach out to Mario (http://www.twoblokeswithapostie.com/) to see what they might suggest as far as a possible custom solution. 
    Custom solutions
    There are some cases where even Business Catalyst can't do something that your client really wants. Not to worry. We can implement a custom solution for you in Python, Django, PostgreSQL and deploy it on EC2 Amazon servers. Your client will get an Admin interface which will allow them to manage their site like they would on Business Catalyst.

  • Business Catalyst not accepting payment on hosting invoice????

    I just tried to pay an invoice on my clients site.  Declined three times!  My bank says it is Adobe Business Catalyst because three 1.00 authorizations came through.  What is going on at Business Catalyst today?

    Kindly note that based on the investigations I have made there is nothing wrong with our system.
    I believe that what has happened to you was related to the fact that for paying the overdue you have tried to updated the credit card details in the system (Partner Portal), while for paying overdue invoices you must log in to the administration area of the site.
    Updating the credit card details for several times has generated the three 1.00 authorizations you are talking about.

    i itend to create a business partner for employee in SAP E RECRUITMENT but when i run the report HRALXSYNC for an employee, the result i am getting is total blank. I suppose there should be some errors if it is not working properly, but the the screen after running the report is total blank.
    are any prior settings must me meet before the business partners can be created using HRALXSYNC?

    Requirements to use the report are the activation of the integration for buisness partner. You could get details from sap note  550055.
    You have to switch on the following keys in table T77S0  with  SM30:
    Group    Sem. ID
    HRALX   HRAC           to  'X' for global HR-Integration
    HRALX   OBPON        to "ON"  for activate the integration between organization object  and business partner 
    HRALX   PBPON         "ON"  for activation the integration between central perosn and business partner

    If Apple just disabled it  with out so much as a heads up, that's not OK and not a way to treat loyal customers.

  • People and Business Widgets Not Working

    Hi,
    My people and business widgets have stopped working. Instead of having fields to enter name, zip, etc., there are blue boxes (that look like legos) with questions marks.
    I have read elsewhere that this means a needed plugin is missing.
    Removing and replacing the widgets doesn't help.
    Creating a new user account doesn't help.
    Deleting symbolichotkeys, dock, dashboard, dashboard.client, and widgets plists doesn't help.
    I downloaded the 10.4.4 update and used Pacifist to extract just the people widget and placed it in both the system and user library/widgets folders. Didn't work.
    I called apple care and they told me to make a posting here. I really hope someone can point me in the right direction!

    After my last upgrade Catalyst does not work anymore. Is it posible to downgrade Xorg to older version? I tried adding:

    ...to pacman.conf but when i tried to install catalyst i get only this:

    Any thoughts?
