Dear all
customer giving sales order of finished materials and also providing raw materials
my company taking raw materials from customer and do the process on that and making finished materials. saleing back to customer with process charges only.
so please suggest the process how to inward the raw materials with reference to sales order and it should be non valuated. wht setting should be do?

Hi Praveen ,
I can suggest two things here :
If you do not want to valuate the raw materials then create the material with material type UNBW . MM01 Tcode .
It seems that the finished product which you will manufacture will only have the cost involved as follow :
manufacturing , delivery , miscellaneous . So no material cost , hence the Finished Product should also be handled as a
non-valuated material .
The cost can be handled through Sales Order pricing > using conditions >> A person working on Pricing of Sales order could give you a better idea .

<u>Difference between Generic Extraction and Enhancement of existing Extractor</u>
1)Go to RSA6 and find the data source you need to enhance.--> Display
2)Double click on the Extract structure.
3)Now click on the append structure button to add the required field on to the existing structure.
4) add your required fields with ZZ appended to your field.
5) Save & Activate the append structure. Then go back and make sure you activate the extract structure also.
6) Now again go back to RSA6 and select your Data Source. But this time go to change Data Source to remove the hide option to the enhanced fields. By default theyll be in hide mode. If you dont remove the hide field then this field will not be seen in BW side.
7) Now go to SE38 to write the logic to populate the data into the enhanced field. Program name to write the logic is ZXRSAU01.
8) Check + Save + Activate.
9) Check in RSA3 if data is populated as per your requirement.
10) Replicate your Data Source.
11) Now go to Data Source/ Trans. Structure screen. Now you can see the enhanced field on the right hand side.Enhancements:

Go to CMOD.</b>
1. To Save give Description  createcreate new projectgive the project name
2. Select the radio button Enhancement Assignment and give the Enhancement name you want and press Enter.
3. If the Enhancement is already assigned to some other project it will display the same message saying it is already assigned it some other project. Click on
4. If the Enhancement is not assigned to any project save.
5. Give RSR00001 (For Variable Exits)
6. Activate the Project.
7. and click on the components button.Now go to Display
8. Now Double click on EXIT_SAPLRRS0_001. In that you can see an include ZXRSRU01.
9. Double click on that include, it will say program name ZX are reserved for includes of exit Functions groups.
10. Just Press Enter.
11. Itll Pop-Up a window Create Object.saying Include ZX . Does not exits
12. That is where you have to write the code for the variable exits. BW: Virtual
13. RSR00002 Chars and Key Figures. BW: Moving Characteristics.

the functionality of both idoc and bapi are same.
the main difference in BAPI is it is used for Third party application like JAVA, VB etc.
and IDOC is used transfer data from the SAP to sap or non-sap system.

To practice primary XI scenarios you need systems as below
For IDOC/RFC/BAPI related configurations and monitoring
> You need R/3 system
For ABAP Proxy ---> mySAP ECC 6.2 or above etc.
For file to file scenario --- > FTP server or Native file systems (NFS)
For Mail ---> You need to configure the mail server
For JDBC --> Need the database Oracle, DB2 or any else
SOAP/HTTP ---> You need Webservice to be deploy.

How to Get the last data dymanic
in my bussiness scenarios,I have a cube store some data by month
but some material have no records in some month
I need to check if this month have records,get it
or if there is no records, get the last records by month
how can i do this?You check in R3...whether you have material data for that month...if yopu have data, in BW, run a repair full request by giving this criteria i.e. month criteria.

Single invoice for multiple sales orders
Hi all,
When delivery order is created based on Collective processing, Billing document is created based on delivery order for delivery based billing.
But, is it possible to filter the line items in the Collective delivery order further for billing? Based on customer PO number, etc.
That is, one Invoice for each Sales order or each customer PO number from the delivery document.
Billing based on Sales order is one solution, which is not possible in the current Bussiness scenario.
Could anyone suggest some other solution?

if I understood well you have: more sales orders (everyone wiht its PO number), delivered togheter within one delivery.
Then you bill the delivery, and you need to create one billing document for every sales order.
Is it right my understanding ?
If so you could simply customize the copy control (transaction VTFL) at header level setting field 'Assignment Number' and/or field 'Reference number' with 'A' or 'B'.
In this way field VBRK-ZUONR and/or VBRK-XBLNR of billing document is filled with PO number or sales order number, and one billing document for every sales order will be created.

Hi All,
Just would understand how this bussiness scenario is usually handled in SAP AP.
We have a liability for 1000. The vendor agreed that we can settle it at 500., hence a payment is created for 500.
So to make the vendor account outstanding balance to '0', what is the normal practice in SAP Payables .
In AR , we have a write off account to take care of these cases.

Actually SAP Clubbed all the requriments And Made one FORM for one bussiness scenario.
So Depending On The Transaction That We Are Running System Will Automatically Triggers Particular Type.
So Take A Copy Of Medruck For Each Document That U have To Do.
Then Run Respective Transactions Then According to that configure NACE.
In NACE transaction, We will assign the Form name and the driver program name and the corresponding routine to be triggered in the driver program.
We should be able to tell the system to pick up the desired form layout and trigger the routine and get the data from the database and put it on to the form. All these stuff the system will come to know from the NACE settings.
NACE is used to create output type while creating the output type you will mention forms, and driver program.
that will be maintained in the table TNAPR.if you create the output type using NACE then it will be automatically visible in table NAST and TNAPR.
so check in NAST, TNAPR table
You can view all forms and driver programs for standard SAP Scripts.
Assigning Form and Driver proram to an Output type is as follows.
1) Go to NACE transaction
2) Select an Applicatin(V1-Sales,V2-Shipping,V3-Billing)
3) Click on Outputtypes Button
4) Comes to Change Mode
5) Click on New Entries button
6) Specify Output type,Form name and Program and Save it.

Unable to extract Customer Master data from MDC
Hello,
We creating an MDM-XI-ERP2005 Customer scenario. We want to work with all bussiness scenarios (not customizing scenario).
First I'm trying to extract Customer Master Data from EP 2005 using MDM_CLNT_EXTR.
I have created a New Variant which properties are:
Variant: CUSTOMER_TOTAL
Description: Send all customer data to MDM
Extraction Object: CUSTOMER_EXTRACT.
Target System: PI7.
But, the display jobs shows the following error: Could not determine recipients for message type MDMRECEIPT. Job cancelled after system exception.
We need to focus the problem. We have done the following ALE configuration.
SALE transaction:
In Basic Settings -> Logical Systems -> Define Logical System we have add the following logical systems:
EUS100
MDM: Master Data Management
PI7: Process Integration 7.0
WE21:
Transactional RFC -> PI7, IDOC record types SAP Release 4.x
RFC destination: SAPSLDAPI
BD64
New Model -> PFMC
Add message type: Model iview: PFMC
Sender: EUS100
Receiver: PI7
Message Type: DEBMDM
WE20 transaction shows:
Partner profiles -> Partner Type LS (logical system)
PI7: Outbound parmtrs. DEBMDM, SYNCH.

In WE02 I can see al IDOCs that I'm trying to send to XI. All them have the IDoc Status = 3 (Data Passed to Port OK) instead of 12 Status Dispatch OK :(. So, It seems an tRFC error.
SM58 shows me more trails: "Basic type 'DEBMDM06' is unknown"
before that I have done the following steps at SAP ERP:
1. WE21: I have created a PI7 port with 700PI70CLNT RFC.
2. SM59: I have checked successfully 700PI70CLNT RFC connection.
3. WE20: I have created a PI7 Partner Type LS with the following inbound and outbound parameters: DEBMDM and MDMRECEIPT.
4. BD64: I have created a Distribution Model with DEBMDM and MDMRECEIPT message types.
and at SAP PI:
5.IDX: Port: SAPEUS. Client: 111. RFC Destination: PI7.
6. technical and business system for sender SAP system(System Landscape Directory)...
- Maybe some of the previous steps is not correct....
- Is RFC Destination = PI7 is correct in step #5?
- Is also necessary to configure more steps in PI system like RFC destinations or Transactional port?
- I have read that is neccessary to check that the option "transfer idoc immediately" in we20. How?

Hi,
I have a bussiness scenario where i have a service sales order(OBOS), then a Entry of services performed Sales order(TBSS) and with reference to the last one i create the invoice.I have a condition in my second sales order, where i insert a value, the problem is that the condition value is not copy to the invoice.
The Copy Control settings are:
OBOS to TBSS - G
TBSS to FAZS - C
How can i solve this issue???

Po design for MM. (MEDRUCK MODIFICATION)
Hi ,
I have modified standard 'MEDRUCK' script form.
let it be script1.
Now i have to do another script say script2 , where in if any body tries to print from me23n transaction, they should be blocked. they should be able to only print preview ( no print access) this second script2.
NOTE: script1 is for external purpose.(print preview + print)
script2 is for internal purpose (only print preview)
Both script1 and script2 forms are same. i just made a copy of script1 and named it as script2.
they are for me23n transaction for purchase order.
Can any body tell me how to control this. can we do this may be by controlling output types of me23n.
or
do i have to redesign form and write driver program.
please suggest me the best way..... .....................

Where do we use the ITEM USAGE in SD Transaction Level ?
Dear Experts,
In VOV4, We maintain the Item Category Determination for sales use.
I know that the following are the elements used in determining the item category:
1. Sales Document Type
2. Item Category Group
3. Item USAGE
4. Higher Level Item Category
Now, My Question is,WHERE Exactly we use this "Item USAGE" in the transaction level.
Is any one Having any IDEA where do we use this ITEM USAGE at transaction level ?
Please be so kind and guide me finding its location in transactions.

Taking an example for Batch management process.
In Batch Management process from the SD perespective when we do delivery we have TWO Item Category that will be displaying in the Delivery Document.
So there is a parent line item and then a sub line item. Sub Line item will have the batch number and the quantity. There in order to determine these two line item from the Item category determination purpose this USAGE come into play.
ITEM Category define - How you will control the behaviour of the material . Now for batch management process and the batch managed Material behaves in a different way.
So this usage is used to map such bussiness scenario. Frequently used are PACKING Scenario , Batch Management and Free goods.

Sales-order-related mass production
Dear all:
Our client has the following bussiness scenarios in PP: sales-order-related mass production .
So in costing configuration , I use the valuated sales order stock, and not let the sales order item carry the revenue and cost .
So I I haven't actived the "sales order" in okkp, and also make the filed "consumptiong posting filed "in account assignment category "blank", and in the "valuation filed" in "requirment class " I maintained "M", and I want to use the sales order item cost estimate value as the standard price , but when in testing , after run MRP and convert the planned order into the production order, the error occurs " You cannot make an assignment to make-to-
stock.", so my question is that, in sales-order-related mass production, can we following in the such process:
1 create sales order
2 run mrp and generate the planned order
3 convert planned order to production order ?
by the way:
The material 's material type is "KMAT", and strategy group is "25", and requirment class is "46"
and I use the "valuated sales stock".

The MRP generates planned orders to meet the requirements.The KZBWS is copied from the requirement to the planned order which should meet the requirements.During the subsequent conversion planned order -> Production order, the 'Goods receipt, non-valuated' flag is set unrequiredly.If you created an MRP run manually and if the account assignment was carried out to the project, the KZBWS would be set as account valuation filedin "requirment class " if I maintained "M".
You should set Customizing in such a way that both the requirements class of the sales order and the used material same valuation indicator. For the sales order, it is field V_T459K-KZBWS. During the creation of production order it is found that the account assignment on the sales order . Afterwards the order can be saved and a goods receipt can be posted to the sales order stock.
Or other way is Configurable materials that are also made-to-stock must have a configuration valuation in the material master record - therefore they must be maintained as a variant (storage type). In this the material itself can be referenced as a 'configurable material' (variants and 'configurable materials' with BOMs are then one and the same material).

GR only if Inspection plan exists
Dear Experts,
My requirement is to control lot creation without Inspection plan during GR generation for a material.
QM proc is active in Material master with require inspection type.
Phenemina: Without inspection plan the lots are generated during GR. I want to prevent this situation or detect the same during GR generation itself. Is it possible in Standard SAP or else?

I think it is not practical to prevent creation of lots if inspection plan is not there. No bussiness scenarios will accept it.
My suggestions are
1) Make use of quality info record. In material master give a QM control key which makes vendor release mandatory. So MM people if they need to create a PO they will only be able to create it if quality info record is maintained. This is just like an approval of material , vendor by the QM personnel. So QM personnnel comes to know that he has to maintain the inspection plan
2) Make use of alert system or workflow by which whenever PO is created an alert goes to the QM personnel ( can go to QM derived roles for the respective plants) if the inspection plan of the material is not available in the inspection plan table. So this gives a prior information for the quality person to create the inspection plan in advance
