If I go to Apple.com/my and to their store, if I buy a product will it be delivered anywhere in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia? How long does it take to the deliver? What if I'm not home at the time of delivery? Because I'm a student living here, I have to go out a lot of times.
Is the delivery free? Since the prices are not in USD, can I pay through a USD account from paypal or credit card?

I'd like to buy a MacBook from the Apple Store, but I'm afraid don't know how, since I don't see Puerto Rico listed anywhere. Don't you guys ship to Puerto Rico? If not, WHY? The U.S. Store only lets you purchase for items mailed to a physical street address in the U.S. I suspect you'll have to have a physical street address in Malaysia to ship it to, and the credit card will convert Australian currency to the Malaysian currency equivalent at the time the card gets charged, but will appear as an added charge in Austrailian currency. There is often a fee for currency conversion too. Make absolutely certain the Malaysian store has enough stock to ship it to you in Malaysia within your time there, or you may have to have someone ship it to you from Malaysia. You may need to also declare it as a custom charge depending on how expensive the purchase is, when you get back to Australia. Many credit cards have a cap of how big a purchase you can make, and ask you call their call center to temporarily raise the cap until your purchase is finished. Otherwise the charge won't go through.

Could I be refused Applecare if I was to buy a MacBook Pro from Ebay?

So, I'm looking to buy a MacBook Pro. Only problem is, I'd rather not have to spend the £1000 I'd need to do so.. Mainly because I haven't exactly got it all, and even if I do, I'd rather not spend it all..
I've been browsing ebay looking at Pros for sale, and I've found a few possible ones- But I want to know if anyone else has done the same and had certain problems in the past? I mean, I would only consider buying from someone with 97% - 100% positive feedback anyways..
My idea was to buy a one that I liked the look of, for say, £400 maximum, and then just buy apple care afterwards from the actual apple store.. Good plan?
Some people have mentioned that Apple may refuse to sell/cover me with applecare? Would they actually refuse it? And if so- how could I get around it?
Any help and advice will be much appreciated! Thanks in advance-

You can only buy Applecare in the first year of ownership. Not sure if any Used Mac's can get Applecare. I think it is for the original buy only, but I may be wrong on that.
Sure if the system was older then one year Apple would not sell you Applecare even if you were the original owner.
That is One Year from Date of Original Purchase. 367 day old NO Applecare.

They will not send it to Italy.
If you want to take possession in Singapore and ship it yourself to Italy, you could.
When it arrives in Italy, your new MacBook will be subject to VAT at its brand-new value, perhaps 17 percent of the full Retail price.
I am not sure what you are trying to accomplish, but this does not seem to save you any money.

The USA web store requires payment in US funds, from a US source, and with a US billing address for the account. And as Limnos mentions, they do not ship internationally - they will only ship to a US street address (no P.O. Boxes so no re-shipper will work either).
