C++ object  in server service?

anyone can tell me ,weather tuxedo 7.1 or 8.1 support object oriented programming.
i just want to write all my bussiness logic encasulated with object and wrapper
its call in tuxedo service .
that's can i create and call object in tuxedo server service procedure

You can program tuxedo in C++ using any version of tuxedo. I have created a C++
class encapsulation of tuxedo that has objects encapsulating tuxedo buffers (FML32,
CARRAY, etc), tuxedo clients and servers and exceptions. I also created a framework
that will invoke a C++ method whenever a tuxedo service is called. The framework
provides a class called TuxedoServlet, and this class has a method called service
that is invoked by a service call. To use it, you inherit from TuxedoServlet
and implement your own service method. You then associated your TuxedoServlet
class with a tuxedo service name using the REGISTER_SERVLET macro, which accepts
two parameters; your class that inherits from TuxedoServlet and the service name
you want to associate with it. The best way is to look at the code. The object
encapsulation has some really useful ways to manipulate FML buffers if you use
them. Here's the link to the code which can be used freely under the GNU lesser
general public license agreement...

  • Failing to Delete/Remove Project Server Service Application, giving error "Object reference not set to an instance of an object"

I have installed Project Server 2013 on SharePoint 2013, and installed the first PWA which worked. But I needed to change some configurations and so I deleted the PWA instances, but now I cannot delete the Project Server Service Application. Every attempt
to delete the Service Application it gives the error above, namely:
    Sorry, something went wrong
Object reference not set to an instance of an object.

  • SCVMM 2008 R2 - "The SQL Server service account does not have permission to access Active Directory Domain Services (AD DS)."

I know this question has been asked before, but never for R2, that I can tell, and the posted fixes aren't working. I have just installed SCVMM 2008 R2 on a Windows Server 2008 R2 server, using a remote SQL 2008 SP1 database. When I attempt to connect to SCVMM, I get the following error:
"The SQL Server service account does not have permission to access Active Directory Domain Services (AD DS).
Ensure that the SQL Server service is running under a domain account or a computer account that has permission to access AD DS. For more information, see "Some applications and APIs require access to authorization information on account objects" in the Microsoft Knowledge Base at http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?LinkId=121054.
    ID: 2607"
What I've seen online is that this is usually becuase the domain account SCVMM is running as does not have the proper permissions on the SQL database. Here's what I've confirmed:
    1) My SCVMM service account is a local admin on the SCVMM server
    2) My SCVMM service account is a dbowner on the SCVMM database in SQL
    3) My SQL service account is a dbowner on the SCVMM database in SQL
    4) My SQL service account is a domain user (even made it a domain admin, just in case, and it still "doesn't have access to AD DS," which is obviously untrue)
    5) Neither service account is locked out
Has anyone run in to this? It says in Technet that remote SQL 2008 is supported, as long as the SQL management studio is installed to the SCVMM server, and I installed and patched before I began the SCVMM installation. I just don't know what else to try - I have no errors in event logs, no issues during the installation itself...
    Andrew Topp

That answer was very unhelpful fr33m4n. The individual mentions that they've received the error that points to the KB article. I currently receive the same error -- there seems to be no resolution. I've run the Microsoft VBS script to add TAUG to the WAAG
as suggested by 331951, and that made absolutely no difference.
    1) My SCVMM service account is a local admin on the SCVMM server
    2) My SCVMM service account is a dbowner on the SCVMM database in SQL
    3) My SQL service account is a dbowner on the SCVMM database in SQL
    4) My SQL service account is a domain user (even made it a domain admin, just in case, and it still
"doesn't have access to AD DS," which is obviously untrue)
The user is also a member of WAAG, the machines have delegated authority to each other. Is there any other solution?

  • Linked Server unable to Connect in SQL Server 2012 after Restarting SQL Server Service it works fine. Why?

I have created a Linked Server to Access Database of 64 MB in Size located in Remote System to SQL Server 2012.In Start for Some time it works fine and after it is giving the Error
OLE DB provider "Microsoft.ACE.OLEDB.12.0" for linked server "LANDLINE_TEST" returned message "Cannot open a database created with a previous version of your application.".
    Msg 7303, Level 16, State 1, Procedure Insert_Records_Into_Actual_Calls_History, Line 29
Cannot initialize the data source object of OLE DB provider "Microsoft.ACE.OLEDB.12.0" for linked server "LANDLINE_TEST".
Previously I thought it as Permission Issue. By trying some fixes proposed in forums it not fixed. But, after restarting the SQL Server Services without changes to the linked Server it works perfectly. How could i fix it. I don't want restart the SQL Server
Service it leads to Some other process failures.

After all the Errors, When I am restarting the SQL Server its working correctly.

Can you suggest me a solution for this issue. Every time i don't want to restart SQL Server Services as it effects other jobs and Processes.

  • SharePoint 2010 - SQL Server Service Application Server Appears on Server without SSRS Installed

I have SSRS instance installed on Server 2 in integrated mode and reports within SharePoint are working as expected.  But, when you go to manage the SQL Server Service Application it throws an 503 error and I believe it is related to the fact that the
service also shows up on another Application Server, Server1, that does not have SSRS installed.  The service is disabled and it shows up in the list of Services for the server but I believe SharePoint thinks its the primary service and cannot access
it.  Is there any way to remove the Service from Server2?  I attempted the below powershell commands to remove but it gives me an error.  Any suggestions would be appreciated.

You're getting a Service Instance object and trying to remove it with a Service Application cmdlet... This won't quite work :)  Can you double check to validate that SSRS 2008 R2 or higher bits were not accidentally laid down on the problem host?

  • The object in Directory Services has a class missing

    Hello,
In Pending Events we have a few events for users (who are not yet managed by NSM for AD) with the following actions (and action states):
Evaluating Add Member (Evaluating user policy)
Create User (Getting policy for the user)
The last error message is: 92 : The object in Directory Services has a class or attribute mismatch and is not valid. Viewing the nsmengine-ad-(date).log file, I can see the following entries:
    01 2014-04-02 08:55:20 3600 3 8003 1436 2908 cc::ds_ad::GetObjectListAsyncEx() - Called piDirSearch->GetNextRow(...), HRESULT = 80072030, Result = 15.
    01 2014-04-02 08:55:20 3600 5 0008 1436 2908 PolicyTools::GetEffectivePolicies - Failed to get indirect group memberships for CN=<UserDetails>,DC=local. Result = 15.
A quick search for the error number indicates that the error (80072030) is that there is no such object on the server. All our DCs are Global Catalogs and I can confirm the users exist and are valid. Some of our groups do have a large number of members (up to 30,000).
Any idea what could be causing the issue and how to resolve it?
    Thanks,
    Jonathan

    Jonathan,
Which version of NSM are you using? Specifically, what Engine build are
you on? The easiest way to check this is in the Engine Status panel of
    the NSM Admin client.

  • Steps involved in Uninstalling SQL Server service packs

    Hi,
Came to know that we can uninstall sql server service packs from SQL 2008 SP1 onwards.
Question is, for suppose i have installed SQL 2008 SP3 and found problem. Now I want to uninstall SP3, what are the steps involved to uninstall a service pack? Can we also uninstall QFE, Cummulative updates and hotfix's as well?
How does sql server does the rollback or uninstall of service pack behind the scenes?
    Appreciate your help.
    Thank you.

    Hello,
@Cheer08: When SP1 CU3 and SP1 CU4 were released we found that some SQL Server users had issues with SSIS and SSRS, when these CUs were
uninstalled we found the issues continue, and we were back to normal when we reapplied SP1 or SP1 CU2.
@Samantha: About the Resource DB, it certainly plays a factor on applying updates and upgrading process, which is explained
here. About how it is used to allow rollback of updates
in SQL Server, the Resource DB seems to be used to copy back the objects and semantics to system databases as explained in the following article.
    http://extremeexperts.com/sql/yukon/resourcedatabase.aspx
@Samantha: no official documents to my knowledge, I just have a real world experience on this as I mentioned to @Cheer08.
    Hope this helps.

After I put the account in local administrator group the service starts up.
I want to use the lowest privileges. Do I really need the SQL server service account in local administrator group? How to fix the error?
    thanks

    Hi baschuel,
It is recommended to run SQL Server service by using the lowest possible user rights and it is supported to use a domain account instead of an account from local Administrators group to configure SQL Server service. According to your error messages, the
issue could be due to that the incorrect certificate is used, or the domain account has no access to the Crypto folder(C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Crypto). To troubleshoot the issue, you could follow the two solutions below.
1.Import the correct certificate following the steps in the article:
    http://windows.microsoft.com/en-hk/windows/import-export-certificates-private-keys#1TC=windows-7
2.Grant the domain account full access to the Crypto folder.

  • Get rights for Server service account on exchange servers

    Hi,
How i can retrieve the information about , particular  Server service account
has got any level of permissions on exchange environment ? ( on server or any exchange objects )
Do you have any command / script to retrieve these information ?
    Br,
    Anandan

    Hi Anandan,
I would like to verify your Exchange server version at first. If you use Exchange server 2010 or later version, you can use the cmdlet Amit provided to get every role that this server service account receives permissions from.
Hope this can be helpful to you.

  • BB Pearl - 8100 Bluetooth: "Unable to locate Object Push Server..."

I just purchased a New 2009 Audi A4 that has Bluetooth, however my Blackberry Pearl (8100) does not correctly transfer the Phonebook.  Based on what I've read on various message boards, I should be happy it at least functions to make & receive calls, however when I try to sync the phonebook, I receive an Error:  "Unable to locate Object Push Server..."
My BB Pearl has the following OS Version - 4.2.1.96 (Platform 2.3.0.78).
Based on the Official Audi Documentation, Research In Motion (RIM), Blackberry 8100 (Pearl), GSM, 4.2.0.51 was certified to work with the car.  I assume (maybe incorrectly) since I'm at a higher version, I should be ok.  I reviewed and have tried several options below, however have not been successful.
    1.  Turn on Car & Pair, disconnect Phone, then Reconnect and manually "Transfer Contacts"
    2.  Move Contacts into a Specific Category, then in the Bluetooth Menu just sync that particular category...manually " Transfer Contacts"
    3.  Disable Encryption & manually "Transfer Contacts" In my Bluetooth menu, it says the following Bluetooth Options are available:
    Discoverable: Yes
    Allow Outgoing Calls: Always
    Address Book Transfer:  All Entries
    Led Indicator:  On
    Services
    - Headset
    - Handsfree
    - Dial-Up Networking
    Any ideas?
    Thanks,- Nick

I too have a 2009 A4 Avant Audi - initially the BB and car paired beautifully, but after two weeks the phonebook would no longer transfer.  I managed to solve the problem by deleting the call log.  the BB keeps a lot of history and it seems as if over time, the memory get clogged, preventing the transfer of the telephone book.  On trying to doing it manually, you then get the unable to locate object push server.  Try it, it worked for me

  • Could not generate stub objects for web service invocation in ColdFusion

I was able to call the services on the development box - windows server without any problem at all, everything was working fine but the moment i uploaded to a linux box production server I get this error. "Could not generate stub objects for web service invocation in ColdFusion"
What could be the cause of this problem, i have googled a lot but no solution yet any ideas.

    Let me make it simple:
    1. Server A is our development server.- hosted inhouse with coldfusion installed.
    2. Server B is our production server - a linux server with coldfusion installed hosted on the internet
    3. Server C is a third party server containing the webservice - this is a windows server with .net
coldfusion is installed on Server A, the code works here and can connect to server C without any problem. It gets the required respone
but when the code was uploaded to server c it gives the error when we run it.
now i tried just a simple code which works fine on server A below:
    <cfinvoke webservice="http://www.webservicex.net/CurrencyConvertor.asmx?WSDL" method="ConversionRate" returnvariable="ConversionRateResult">
        <cfinvokeargument name="FromCurrency" value="EUR" />
        <cfinvokeargument name="ToCurrency" value="USD" />
    </cfinvoke>
    <cfdump var="#ConversionRateResult#" />
But when i uploaded it to server C: it returns the error
Cannot generate stub objects for web service invocation.
Name: http://www.webservicex.net/CurrencyConvertor.asmx?WSDL. WSDL: http://www.webservicex.net/CurrencyConvertor.asmx?WSDL. java.io.FileNotFoundException: /opt/coldfusion8/stubs/WS728929035/NET/webserviceX/www/Currency.java (No such file or directory) It is recommended that you use a web browser to retrieve and examine the requested WSDL document to ensure it is correct. If the requested WSDL document cannot be retrieved or is dynamically generated, it is likely that the target web service has programming errors.
The error occurred in /home/works/public_html/currency.cfm: line 7
    5 :     <cfinvokeargument name="FromCurrency" value="EUR" />
    6 :
    7 :     <cfinvokeargument name="ToCurrency" value="USD" />
    8 :
    9 : </cfinvoke>
Now if you try the preceeding code on a windows environment  it works fine but the moment you put in the in the linux environment it generates this error
I feel that the error may actually be :
java.io.FileNotFoundException: /opt/coldfusion8/stubs/WS728929035/NET/webserviceX/www/Currency.java (No such file or directory)
but i am clueless as to what to do next
Ok so I tried the wget command on the linux
    this is what i got
    -bash-3.2# wget http://www.webservicesx.net/CurrencyConvertor.asmx?WDSL

  • Transfer Address Book - unable to locate object push server

Well, I've seen this issue raised on many forums but no answers forthcoming from either RIM nor service providers - in my case, Swisscom.
    The environment & issue:-
unit: Blackberry Pearl 8100 / firmware just updated to v4.2.1.94 (platform 2.3.0.77) - enterprise server activated
Car:  BMW 330 new off the line Nov 2008
BMW notes:- according to their literature, the Pearl and this level firmware is fully supported
    Before the firmware upgrade...
could make Bluetooth connection but if "transfer address book" was enabled, the link would drop every 30 seconds
    After the firmware upgrade...
Bluetooth connection established and stable - even with address book transfer enabled but:-
    *  address book is not (automatically) transferred
    *  attempts to force a transfer results in the message (on the Pearl) - "unable to locate object push server"
This seems to indicate the pearl is looking for an enterprise server in the car - why, I don't know
Would be great to break this impasse

I had this problem on my own (I have a car with Bluetooth -Mercedes W204- and a BB 8820) and I was struggling with this for several months. I look everywhere on the internet with no answers and I found a lot of people with the same problem. However.... I think I FINALLY HAVE THE SOLUTION:
    Here we go:
    - On a bluetooth connection you have, basically, two components.
    - You have the BB device and the car device. The key is that the car that is able to receive address book transfers has TWO services:
    1) hands free unit
    2) Objects Push
The thing is that this TWO services cannot work together AT THE SAME TIME. Normally, you have the car device activated as a "hands free unit", SO, when you attempt to transfer the address book, you receive the famous message "unable to locate object push server".
The one million dollar question is "how can you switch to "Objects push" mode ? Answer: go to Bluetooth, select your car device, open Options and press for "update list of services" and.... voilá!!! the description "hands free unit" will change to "objects push". At that time you will be able to transfer contacts (obviously setting your car device -in my case- to receive those contacts).
Be careful: once you finalized the transfer, you must deactive the car device for receiving contacts and, on your BB, update again the list of services to get your "hands free unit" again because, if not, you were possible will be having problems on connecting over the bluetooth (another common problem I saw in several posts). And that´s it. It worked for me so, pleae try it and Enjoy!! By the way, you don´t need to update your OS....
    Cheers from Argentina. Diego

  • How to pass objects between servlet services

I wanted to pass an object from one service to another service and that object must be visible only for these two services. I don't want to use session.setAttribute or session.getAttribute to do this. When I use request.setAttribute and request.getAttribute methods not helping me to do this. Is there a way to do this?
Between, how these request.setAttribute and request.getAttribute methods useful?
    regds
    -raju

Actually, I set attribute in one of the service
methods. Within that service method a form will be
there. After pressing submit button in that form, the
other service will be called. Does it mean that both
the services are not in the same request scope, even
if they are in the same servlet? They are on different request scopes. Each time the user clicks a link, they make a request to the server. The server processes the request creates a response and send that response back to the client. Once the response it sent (and finished being sent) the request is done with, and anything is request scope goes out of scope. When the user clicks the submit button, a NEW request (and request scope) is made to handle that ...
Your best bet is to use a session here. It is the easiest way to maintain state between requests. That is what the session is designed for.
