C++ speak the text libraries, not sure which option in the project to include

Hi, i have downloaded all the necessary libraries to speak the text, here the link to the project libraries:

and they require to include them in the project settings.
Pre-Requisites
For the code to compile and run you will need 3 libraries:
For the TTS engine, you will need to install the Microsoft
Speech SDK (I used ver. 5.1).
For COMSTL you will need the STLSoft libraries (you'll need STLSoft
version 1.9.1 beta 44, or later).
The Boost Iostreams library. You can download Boost here.
Set your compiler and linker paths accordingly (Boost and STLSOft are header only).
Not sure how to include them into the project setting ???

What series to buy for this use... really want the lenovo but not sure which one

i am doubting between t400/t400s and x200/x200s
what am i using it for:
- well i'm into internet marketing and some web development
- using web analytics sites, assessment sites, promotional sites, you tube, twitter, facebook etc.
- so i surf the internet (wireless : at home through wlan and when travelling wifi)

- i have to be able to design a banner or webpromo on regular basis for which i use primarely photoshop

T400s, X200 and X200s are mainly built for road warriors where they don't want to carry extra weight and yet still have a powerful enough laptop for their light photoshop work, document processing, HD movies, powerpoint and publisher, etc.
For outdoors you should look to the new 'Special series of X200t (t for tablet)' which has this new screen that is specifically designed for people whom use their laptop in the outdoor environment providing maximum brightness and minimal reflectivity.

For movies and streaming hd movies, any of these laptop would be sufficient, as T8xxx, T9xxx Penryn processors are have SSE 4 included that have special algorithm that increases processor efficiency for HD movie decoding. Also Intel X4500 MHD integrated graphics card are specifically designed for blu ray and hd movie decoding without using CPU resources.
If you do light photoshop work, then any of these laptops are fine. 9 cells in a T400s or X200 or X200s should get you upwards of 5 hours use on a single charge.
The T400s have built in displayport out, which is missing in the T400, while the X200 and X200s can use this port only through the ultrabase dock.
The one thing that T400 can be optioned with is the dual gpu if you get the ATI graphics card, which includes the X4500 and ATI 3470 which one use depends on whether you are after graphic processing power or battery life.

Flash question...not sure which section to post in...please help the n00b...

Background: I am a designer (Illustrator/Photoshop) being thrust into the position of creating e-learning materials. I have managed to teach myself the infinitely irritating P.O.S. (piece of software) called Captivate, but am still pretty much useless in Flash.
I have a project that a former designer created a year or two back. It appears to have been done wholly in Flash, though Captivate may have been involved (not sure why it would have, but I don't know enough about what I'm looking at to be sure). She is no longer with the company, so I can't ask her directly, but I am hoping someone can help me here. The project is essentially Jeopardy, as in the game show. The design is such that it is a static screen (identical to the Jeopardy screen), wherein a user mouse-clicks a value in a category (e.g. Forms for 200), and a window (not an actual browser window, but a flash element) opens over top of the main screen, displaying the question and giving a list of selectable answers (typically multiple choice). Correct and incorrect answers are added or subtracted from the score at bottom. It seems relatively straight-forward (and I'd be happy to post all materials here if that would help anyone answer my question). What I need to do is change these categories/questions to update this material to make it concurrent with a new training course. I am hoping I can do this with the materials I have at hand from the previous designer- ideally, update the text file (I think I can follow the formatting to understand how to update questions/answers/correct answers/etc) and then "plug it in" to this framework...but I don't know. I'm at a loss.

It seems that this text file would be imported into the open framework in Flash, but I do not know the first thing about doing any of this. I will eventually be taking some Flash courses, but this project has a much tighter deadline than that.
Can anyone give me any insight into how to proceed? Please let me know if I should upload these files to link here, if it will help anyone to figure out how this works.
I apologize for what I imagine is a horribly simple question, but I am truly blind with regards to this material.

You see, that text file is read by the HTML when you access it. As in, there is no "importing" to be done. Simply update the text file as necessary to reflect the categories/questions/answers/correct answers, save changes, and that is that! Provided that you keep the text file in the same directory as the .fla and the html (which you obviously MUST do, or else the Jeopardy screen will show all blanks), you will be good to go! All eagles! All aces! Whatever the phrase is.

You can deauthorise all 5 at once, then reauthorize the one you want.

let's just doublecheck some things quickly. do any of the affected songs play in itunes at the moment? if so, when you play them, do they ask to be authorised?
if so, does the authorisation go through successfully, or do you get an error message? (if you get an error message, let us know what it says. include error message numbers if you're getting any.)
if the authorisation seems to go through successfully, with the authorised songs sync to the ipod?

I tracked down the problem with the download and installation, my windows 7 was missing a file and after reinstalling windows everything worked out. The first 32 bit program in their list was used. I hope this can help others.

I have downloaded every update and my battery life is better than any previous iPhone I have ever owned. I see posts from hundreds of people every day, and this is not a commonly reported problem. So what? The second-hand shop you bought it from didn't follow the right procedures. You also didn't follow the right procedures to make sure that iPhone was not in Activation Lock. I have accidently deleted safari from my iphone and can't find it to put it back. I did it ages ago as I didn't know what it was and I was trying to create extra space! Now when I click on a link say in an email, it doesn't come up with a browser. I have looked at the apple site but can only see a download for mac users. Not sure if this is the case because it is preinstalled on the iphone.
