Call a VI that calls a SubvI, the SubVI calls the VI -- non recursive solution
I need a example how I can call a VI a second time when i have called some SubVI's.
The last SubVI can call the first SubVI or the main VI.
How can I do this?
My problem is that recursive solutions are not allowed in LabVIEW.

aufruft, welche dann am Ende eines Dialogs sämtliche eingegebenen
Werte zusammengefasst wiederum in einem SubVI dargstellt.
Falls die Eingaben widerrufen werden sollen, muss der Dialog erneut
durchlaufen werden.
Hierzu benötige ich einen Lösungsansatz, da rekursives aufrufen in LabVIEW
verboten ist.
Könnte man mit globalen Variablen etwas Sinnvolles gestalten?

My issue is that I can't find a way to have the camera switched off when the app is open and so this means if I want the app open all day to receive calls then the camera is going to be on the whole time. Even if it didn't potentially drain the battery, or add to the CPU usage or whatever else may cause any problems whatsoever (wheel of death!), I just don't want the camera on as I don't see myself ever wanting to use the video call feature but I would use the audio/call multiple times throughout the day to make and receive calls. Basically I just can't believe there isn't a way to disable the camera whilst having the app running. I know when initiating an audio call the camera goes away, but I would like the camera away the whole time. To me it just would make sense that if you click the video option then the camera is on, and if you click the audio option then the camera goes off. It just seems waaaaay to basic a thought for apple to have missed... Let's face it, we're not all as pretty as the people in the apple adverts and don't want to see our ugly mugs staring back as us when we work all day at our macs!I have exactly the same concern. It seems it would be a simple fix for Apple to allow users to turn off the camera (and even the mic) while keeping FaceTime open -- especially now that it turns out FaceTime must remain open in order to send and receive iPhone calls on a Mac.
I like to think this new functionality of FaceTime will be baked into a future release of Yosemite, as the current setup has that not-quite-finished feel of a work in progress. In the meantime, there's nothing like a little piece of Post-It stuck over the camera to keep the NSA from watching your face as you type a post to the Apple Support Communities. -
The application called VirusScan that comes preloaded on the macbook will no longer open, claiming that it is corrupt and that I must reinstall it. After looking in the app store it does not appear that said application is available for re-downloading. Is there a special, non-app store place where I am to go for this?

As for VirusScan, Barney is right on the money that it does not come preinstalled on any Mac shipped new from Apple. However you have gotten it, your best bet is removing it. Does not play correct ringtones that are set for the Caller and Rings when no one is calling
I have had my Droid Global for around and three months and from the beginning I have had issues with the ringtones ringing when a certain person calls me. Instead, it seems, it will play the rigntone that is applied to the last person that called me instead of the person who is actually calling me. This can be somewhat frustrating and kind of defeats the purpose of applying rigntones to people in the first place.
Also, just recently my phone has decided to ring all by itself...without any incoming calls, notifications...nothing. It does a very quiet ring that sounds similar to that of a house telephone or landline phone. It does not stop unless someone calls me or if I take my battery out and reset my whole phone. My phone has only done this twice and unfortunately it once happened in one of my college classes and I couldn't get it to stop.

Siri's voice just says everything that i touch. The voice says the numbers i touch but the numbers dont show up on the screen so i cant make phone calls! what is going on??
It sounds as if you have Voiceover activated. You should be able to turn it off by triple tapping the Home button.

I have an app called ipieta which was originally downloaded onto an ipod. I gave the ipod to someone else, but now that I've had the iphone I can not get the audio even though it is downloaded into itunes music like it said to do. It won't work. I've tried more than several times to get help but nothing helps. Do I need to deauthorize the ipod or perhaps erase all the downloaded ipieta stuff and start over?

What's a dialog called that slides up from the frame?
I need a popup dialog that alerts the user when a system value changes. I don't want to give this popup focus - the focus needs to stay in the window the user is currently editing.
It seems like a perfect solution would be a panel that slides up from the frame and hovers for a few seconds before sliding back down.
What are these properly called?
Does anyone know of a freeware library or code snippet that illustrates how to implement them?

What are these properly called?I don't think there's an official name for these things, but popup dialog/window is pretty common. The sliding effect would make it a "sliding popup dialog".

Just have a separate thread running to change it's location at a certain speed. If you use a panel, you can add it to the drag level of the JLayeredPane of the JFrame. Shouldn't be too hard, but don't know of any examples. -
I have an old iPhone 4 that finally stopped working. I have an unlimited data plan and want to keep it. When I called customer service, I was told like in the past that if you purchase the new phone at full price, you can keep your old plan. However, after some time on the phone i was told by the csr and supervisor that their system is not allowing them to complete the transaction without changing to a limited data plan. I was told to try going to a store and buy the phone. Same thing happened. Has Verizon changed something and not told their employees?
Seems like people having this problem are those coming from a phone that doesn't have a nano SIM card...so when Verizon issues them one they end up changing their plan. No clue why this keeps happening but stay on top of them. As long as you initiated the request for your plan to be reinstated within the 14 day time frame they should put it back. Interested in seeing how this plays out. There is still one phone in my house that hasn't been upgraded (an iPhone 4). I'm hoping when we do upgrade it at full retail they won't mess with her unlimited data plan

I called someone in FaceTime and it rang 6 or more times and she answered, I asked her why it took her so long to answer, she said that she answered at the 1st or 2nd ring. Is it a FaceTime delay or anything? Or was she just lying?
I think she's not lying, unless you have a reason to think that. The same thing can happen with a phone call. It can ring multiple times on your end and only ring once or twice on the other end.
