Can anybody help me close my cc account?
opened the account few days ago, just to download the trial version of photoshop but it didn't work so now i just want to close the account..i never gave any information about payment because i just wanted to try creative cloud, so i never meant to buy anything and my account it's just for trial versions..maybe this will make it easier to close it..please answer me because i don't know what to do

It is not necessary to close your account even if you wanted to download the trial of Photoshop.
It might be better to let the account open in case you would like to download another trial product or anything else.

Be sure you are checking the email account that you used to set up the Apple ID you used to create the iCloud account. Also, be sure to check your spam/junk folder as well as your inbox. The email you should receive looks like the image below. When you get it, click the Verify Now link.
If it still isn't there, try going to https://appleid.apple.com, click Manage your Apple ID, sign in, click on Name, ID and Email addresses on the left, then to the right look for a link to resend the verification email. -
When I set up my iPhone, I accidentally put in an apple ID that doesn't exist. Therefor, I don't know the password and can't delete my account from iCloud. I was trying to sync my contacts to my iPad and now it's not possible without iCloud on my phone. Can anybody help?
Have you tried changing the admin password in System Preferences > Users & Groups > Password ??
The Apple ID that is associated with your admin password is noted there.

Perhaps that email you're waiting for was blocked as spam or is in your junk folder. Something like that.

I downloaded updates for "Office for Mac" a few days ago and it won't finish. It keeps saying I have to close Safari, Microsoft Word and Microsoft Powerpoint and I don't have any of these open. Can anybody help me?

Did you do this through one of the Office app updates, or did you download it directly from the Microsoft website?
Whichever way you tried it, I would try it the opposite way this time, although simply repeating what you did before may also work. -
I forgot my answers to my security questions so I went to my account to change them, but the email accout that they send all the security info on how to change them no longer exists and I don't know how to change that email with knowing my security question. Can anybody help me?
You need to ask Apple to reset your security questions. To do this, click here and pick a method; if that page doesn't list one for your country or you're unable to call, fill out and submit this form.

hi, i did the new software update on my phone today but there is another iphone thats connnected to the same computer i now have all their bank details coming up then when i have changed them it brings up a completely different email address to mine it has now put every single photo that is on my computer onto my phone. can anybody help?
i called apple and they are sending me snow leopard so i should, *fingers crossed, be able to run the newer version of itunes. we'll find out for sure in a few days when it arrives

If it's happening on all the apps that you've downloaded from the App Store, but the Apple built-in ones are ok, then try downloading any free app from the store (as that appears to reset something) and then re-try them - the free app can then be deleted.
If it's happening on all apps including Apple's then try closing them all completely and then see if they work when you re-open them : from the home screen (i.e. not with any app 'open' on-screen) double-click the home button to bring up the taskbar, then press and hold any of the apps on the taskbar for a couple of seconds or so until they start shaking, then press the '-' in the top left of each app to close them, and touch any part of the screen above the taskbar so as to stop the shaking and close the taskbar.
If that doesn't work then you could try a reset : press and hold both the sleep and home buttons for about 10 to 15 seconds (ignore the red slider), after which the Apple logo should appear - you won't lose any content, it's the iPad equivalent of a reboot. -

I can't seem to sign into iTunes on this pc so that I can authorize it. I want to do this so I can transfer purchased iTunes music on my iPad mini to this pc.
