You can create a short training in Captivate to guide someone, then can insert web object interaction in Captivate and give the URL of the form on your website, so learners can fill the form from there itself.
Do you have a form on your website, or is it Adobe's formscentral form?

iCloud does not store messages for you to see/access at icloud.com. It does back up messages so you can restore your iPhone if it ever needs to be reset to factory default. A backup is an image of all your data on the iPhone, and if you delete some messages, then they won't be part of any further backups.
If two people use the same iCloud account, then their devices are kept in sync, just like a single user's multiple devices are kept in sync. It's usually a good idea to have separate accounts for two people, since it's rarely the case that they want each phone to be an exact replica of the other.
Your iphone syncs contacts, events, camera roll, and many other things without the use of a computer.

im having alot of trouble with my i touch.. i have an xp computer UBS 2.. my itunes works.. the first time i opened my i touch it was completly dead. i charged it until it was completly charged,and now there is a screen that has a picture of the connecting cord, and the itunes logo. i cant go to the homepage, i cant play music, i cant do anything. I cant go to any screen . The only other screen that ive been to is the screen that says Slide to power off... ive reset it a few times, and now i dont know what to do.. please please please help

First make sure you have the most recent iTunes software. It's currently at 7.5. You can find your version by selecting "About iTunes" from the "Help" menu. If you have an older version of iTunes then go to http://www.apple.com/itunes and get the latest.
Then start iTunes. You shouldn't need for it to be running in order to sync, but go ahead and start it first just to eliminate one potential source of problems. (Note that you can configure iTunes to not automatically start when you plug in an iPod, so maybe that accenditally got turned on somehow).
Then plug in your iPod to the computer. Listen for the Windows audio feedback that let's you know a device has been connected (of course you need to have your computer's speakers un-muted for that:-) If you don't hear anything, then for some reason the computer isn't recognizing the iPod at all. Another way to see if Windows sees the iPod (different from listening for it), is to double-click "My Computer" to get an Explorer window. Then when you plug in the iPod you should see something for it show up (it shows "Mobile Device" on my XP laptop). If this isn't working for you then maybe try a different USB port, different computer, or different cable.
If the computer recognizes the iPod, you should soon seen iTunes add an entry for the iPod in the left bar under "DEVICES". If that doesn't happen, then, umm, I'm not sure what would cause that.
If you get the iPod to appear in itunes, then select it (just click the entry under "DEVICES". I don't remember exactly what happens next, but it should be something about registering your iPod. That will not only register it, but also activate it and install the latest firmware on your iPod.
I hope that helps. If it doesn't, then it would help if you post back here telling what part of this process fails for you, so that people can help you troubleshoot the problem.

You can cancel an iCloud storage upgrade within 15 days of buying: however Apple have made this as difficult as possible. It sounds like the person calling you has to call 2 times to get through. The first time they get a busy signal and the second time it goes through. I want to recommend the following troubleshooting assistant for cellular connections to help troubleshoot the issue:

Our airport extreme network works fine with our 6 devices. But when someone comes over and tries to log on, they can't until we restart the airport. Then they can get on, but it knocks one of our devices off the network. Any ideas?

I have not done a factory reset, I was trying to find out if I had some setting configured wrong first. I figured I'd just make things worse if went through a reset!

How can I store a form name with path and then call form from a table

Is it possible that any form that I built I store that form in some table in DB and then call that form from table, if yes, then how can i get this functionality. I am not very experience in form and do not know if it can be done because i think if it is possible then this can be a good security for application and easy to handle as well.

I figured out how to fix the flashing yellow screen problem that I've been having on my MBP! Yessssss!!!
I found this super handy website with the golden answer: http://support.apple.com/kb/HT1379
I followed the instructions on this page and here's what I did:
Resetting NVRAM / PRAM
Shut down your Mac.
Locate the following keys on the keyboard: Command (⌘), Option, P, and R. You will need to hold these keys down simultaneously in step 4.
Turn on the computer.
Press and hold the Command-Option-P-R keys before the gray screen appears.
Hold the keys down until the computer restarts and you hear the startup sound for the second time.
Release the keys.
I went through the 6 steps above twice, just to make sure I got rid of whatever stuff was holding up my bootup process. Since I did that, my MBP boots up just like normal. No flashing yellow screen anymore!!

Contact the carrier to troubleshoot. The issue described has nothing to do with the phone.

If i factory reset my ipod touch(5th gen), can i reset it as the option 'set up as new ipod', and then i can just go into the app store/itunes store and restore my music and apps and not icloud with photos and ect?

The reason i asked this question is because i have been wondering this a lot ever since i got an exchange on this ipod (and ive only had it for a few weeks now) because my last ipod had a lot of problems. so after i restored my ipod with my computer/itunes, i downloaded apps that i wanted, and then when i went to the storage to see how much storage was left, it said 0 bytes. i was freaking out because i didnt know how that could be, i mean, cause like, that is impossible when i just 'purchased' it, that the space was full but i looked and all my pictures were on this ipod and i already put them on my computer so i dont need them anymore thats why i wanna reset it now so there is nothing on it so i can have more space for stuff to do and download on it.
it is updated to iOS 8 but that happened when i purchased it, so i didnt have a choice to update it even though i didnt want to update to iOS 8...

Hey Sierra, You can do just what you have stated. My question, what is your "other"? If it is over 1.5 GB you most likely have corrupt files. Doing a Restore to New, Factory restore should correct it. Just make sure you make a full backup of all information on your iPod to your computer before you restore, so you don't lose your stuff, contacts, videos, pictures, non-iTunes music, etc, use the cable and connect with your computer. Then, via cable, connect to your computer, run the Restore to new, don't use your backup. Treat this iPod as if it was your first one ever. When restore is done, set up and add what info you wish to install on this iPod. The music apps etc you purchased should be on your computer, if not you should be able to retrieve purchased apps and music from iTunes. Any music, videos, apps not purchased from iTunes will be lost to you if you do not save them to your computer or the cloud first. When your done, make a current Backup and you should good to go. I filled in this form with important data. And saved it. I have since opened it and printed it again. Now when I open it the fields become blank I can see them for a split second as it clears them.
I believe I have updated to Reader XI since I filled it in.

Are you using Adobe Reader XI? And not Acrobat. It does not ask me to save the form if there are unsaved changes.
I have used previous versions of reader for saving this form data and it did allow me to save it with ctrl+s. And those versions did prompt me to save the changes before closing.
I guess I should not have updated the reader.

i am based in london, but seems now the apple account based in USA.. very strange.

The only tracking feature Apple offers is the one tied to your iCloud account (https://www.apple.com/icloud/features/find-my-iphone.html). If you did not have an iCloud account set up on the iPad, or did not have the "find my iPad" setting enabled under that account's settings, then you cannot track it remotely.
There is nothing you can do but hope the police do something, or you find it yourself. Apple does not get involved with lost or stolen property.

Try contacting Support in your country, after confirming your id and that it's your account they should be able to reset its password.
