Can I be directed to a SIMPLE example of one value being passed FROM Labview TO an Onboard program to be used as a "Var Vector" in a sub.vi in the onboard program?

I can find all kinds of examples of data FROM OnBoard Programs to the host but not the other way round. Specifically how do I get the variable into a memory location that the Board will read?

Thank you for contacting National Instruments. There are a few LabVIEW examples that ship with NI-Motion that use the Load Constant to Variable VI to store data from your application to the onboard memory of the motion controller device. If you open NI Example Finder (click on Find Examples.. under the Help menu) and choose to browse by Directory Structure, then you can navigate to the Motion >> FlexMotion >> Onboard folder. The "Sequence of One-Axis Moves" and "Repeated Move in a FOR Loop" examples both store information in variables on the motion controller, whose data is later used in the onboard program. From your post, this is what it sounds like you are interested in doing.
Also, if you are new to onboard programming and want to look over some more informa
tion on developing those applications then I would recommend starting with Chapter 15 of the NI-Motion User Manual, where it discusses onboard programming. You can also reference the following website and the links on it:

Thanks for the response, but the example you provided is more complex than I need. For example, I have a simple table accessed through ColdFusion. The table has one filed with 7 records. I need a flex page to display that data in DataGrid, ComboBox and List controls. The Datagrid displays the 7 records but the ComboBox and List are blank. How do I get the values from the database to display in the BomboBox and List controls?

I didn't set anything - it just happened. I think it only works for IMAP accounts. If yours is IMAP, the only thing I can think of is to delete the account and set it up again

I think you mean "there is only iWork.com". iWork is the name of the 3 software programs. iWork.com is a web site.
You can use iWork.com till 1 August. (Apple is shutting down iWork.com from 1 August.) After that date you'll have to use iCloud, though it's available now to use. See Re: How to upload a document to iCloud from Mac?
NB This process is a bit clumsy. Apple have said they'll be improving iCloud in OS X Mountain Lion. But this new version of OS X won't be available till end of summer (or winter if you're in the other hemisphere).
Note also that iCloud only syncs documents between your devices. It doesn't share documents with others. If you need to do this you should consider another service like DropBox, Google Drive or Microsoft Skydrive.

Format the external drive as FAT32 or ExFAT. Both computers will then be able to read and write to it.

Clear the cache and the cookies from sites that cause problems.
"Clear the Cache":
*Tools > Options > Advanced > Network > Offline Storage (Cache): "Clear Now"
"Remove Cookies" from sites causing problems:

Can it be easier when running simple examples in jmstutor

Hi, I'm a new user of java. when I tried to use Simple examples in jms_tutorials, such as SimpleQueueSender.java, I found I had to type a long command:
java -Djms.properites=%J2EE_HOME%\config\jms_client.properties SimpleQueueSender MyQueue 3
It seems a little inconvienent.
Can I first set the properties, then run the programe?

You could put the command in a script and run it that way. But you do need to pass that -D option to the java command at J2EE 1.3.1.
You could move to J2EE 1.4 Beta and use the J2EE Tutorial Addendum, which simplifies running the examples by providing Ant build scripts.

1. Not possible to upgrade directly. Refer SAP note 1993301 - Overview Note for SAP Business One 9.0 PL11 for required versions and PL.
2. If you are using a version prior to SAP Business One 9.0, you can upgrade it to SAP Business One 9.0 PL11 directly
My thought is 9.0 PL00 to PL10.

Values not passing from program to Layout

My requirement is I need to set company logo in Invoice ( VF03 ) if a particualar condition satisifies, for this I have set a FLAG in my
driver program and called the FLAG in my Script Layout.
Here my issue is, for certain invoices the FLAG set in the program is being called in the Layout and Logo is displayed in invoice copy ( when excuted both in foreground and back ground).
But in certain invoices, if run in foreground none of the values ( means not only flag but also all the values to be passed to layout)
is displayed in invoice. It is only displaying the hard coded values in the layout ( showing blank page ).
and if I run in background all the values are passing to layout except all Global Variables (flags) in the program even though it
has value in the program.
Please advice what should be the problem, I have checked with my Functional and it seems to be fine in customization part.

I have tried it, but still not able to figure out the exact problem....since while running in background or foreground some of the all values including my logo are displayed in invoice but for some invoices none of the values from driver prgram is getting passed to layout while running in forground....but when run in background all values are passing except the FLAG set in the drvier program.
what should be the reason for this ? for some invoices all the values from driver is passing to layout but for some cases its not passing

What Program Should I use to create motion vector intro?

I am creating an intro to a series I am making for a client. I will be animating vector images that I have created in Illustrator by saving them as ".ai" files. In the past I have created a similar project using Premiere Pro CS6 using ".png" files in hopes of saving time and processing power.(However, the final product's quality was not where it should have been.) Would it be more beneficial to create this project in After Effects CS6? What are the benefits of using vector images in After Effects rather than Premiere? Are they any benefits? Also if you have any experience creating animation in these programs I would love to hear any advice seeing that I am new to this type of work.

What is the final destination of your animation, are you producing this to go on a DVD, or a website. After Effects is superior to Premiere in animation capabilities of vector objects (which really turn into bitmpaped objects for the final rendering no matter what program you use) , but Premiere is quicker for splicing videos together and putting transitions in between them.
If the final quality is not where it should have been your settings were not correct. My advice is to use an experienced professional to do this job for you, until you learn more about quality control for animation.

I work from home and the Time Machine backup is kicking in way too often. If I could set it to backup later in the day, that would be great. Any suggestions?

You can turn Time Machine off. Set it to show TM status in the menu bar. Then, when you want it to back up, click on TM's menu item in the menu bar and chose Back Up Now. Unless you really need hourly backups, this way you can initiate the process when you know it's necessary.
