I want to block some Urls from some local users....How can i do that ..... I should able to access these sites.

First you should update Firefox, as the old version you have is leaving you vulnerable to attack. [[Update Firefox to the latest version]]

I am using Windows 2003 Active Directory Server and Jndi to access that in my application. I am using follwing code to retrieve all Users from a aprticular OU.

as can be observed in the bold text above, I have to specify the path of sub OU to retrieve users under that. Whereas apart from this sub OU, it is retrieving users from others sub OUs. The problem is, the code can access users from some OUs but not from other sub OUs

Active Directory has a very rich access control model.
Perhaps it may not have occurred to you, that you do not have list access rights to the child3 & child9 organizational units ?
You may have access rights to all the leaf objects contained in child3 & child9, which explains why you can retrieve all the leaf objects when you explicitly bind to them, however you may not have list access rights to child3 & child9 which explains why you can't bind to it when iterating through parent1.
What happens if you simply perform a one level search on parent1, using a filter (objectClass=organizationalUnit) ?
If it doesn't retrieve child3 & child9, then perhaps you do not have list access rights for those two ou's.

You can't. Contact your carrier and ask them if they provide such a service. Most carriers do not, unless the text messages are threatening or harassing, but you can ask.

Okay, so my friend has recently discovered that his parents' iPad has his number linked to the iMessage feature. So basically his parents can just go on the iPad whenever they want and read all of his messages. Is there any way that he can block the link between the iPad and iPhone?

They can't read all of his messages, only his iMessages. This sounds like an issue your "friend" needs to take up with his parents. If he is a minor and his parents pay for his iPhone then they are most likely within their rights.

I need to block PO creation ( by adoptation of PR) from PR which has no release tab active. Kindly help me how can i do this.
From unreleased PR , PO can not be created and it is standard SAP function. But if PR has no release tab then PO can be created from that PR and no error or warning is there. But i need to block PO creaation from the PR which as no released tab active.

Would not be good idea to place those PRs in release strategy? In this way PO(s) will not be created until PR(s) is released. Have a look at release strategy of PR under the path; IMG-Materials Management-Purchasing-Purchase Requisition-Release Procedure
Otherwise you have to develop some coding. You can use BADI: ME_PROCESS_PO in order to control unreleased PR. If EBAN-FRGRL is NULL in PO then you can place an error message as you want.

Project Online - Can't Delete Resource and User from Delete Enterprise Objects

I would like to link a resource account to a user account but I ran into an error: "The resource account
is already in use.". This is a known issue which I attempted to resolve by following the instructions in KB2881398.
However when deleting the selected resource from Delete Enterprise Objects I get a message indicating success ("The
selected Resources and Users have been deleted.") but the duplicate user is still in the listing in Delete Enterprise Objects and when attempting to link the remaining resource to a user logon account I still get the error
"The resource account is already in use."
Why is the user not deleted even though Delete Enterprise Objects reports success and how can I delete these duplicates to be able to successfully link the account?

This might be due to your Exchange Sync issue, where your project workspace is unable to delete that user from local DB. Try following steps to diagnose the problem:
1) Go to your Resource Pool, DELETE a resource.
2) While resource is being Deleted, open another window
Server Settings -> Manage Queue Jobs
3) Here you can view the progress of your current Resource Deletion update, check if all goes smooth and your Resource is deleted successfully by showing process completion 100% :
( to view any error look at the
last column of table on Manage Queue Job page)
4) Cross check your Resource by running Resource Availability Report.
Basically this will give you a fair idea of your resource deletion problems and how system is responding to it.

My application has functionality to display all the logged in users of the application. This screen ia available to only administrators of the application. Now can the administrator logout any of the logged in users from his own screen? If yes then how?

there are several ways an administrator can do that. but that depends on the way you manage your sessions.
how are you getting the list of logged users? if it is from the database based on some field in some table then you can give the functionality to administrator to set that value to the logged out status(or whatever you are using).
but that depends on the way your application is keeping trak of the logged users.

I forgot my main user password and so then allowed someone on my laptop who accidently changed over into the guest user! Now I can't get back into my main user and I was wondering if anybody could either help me reset the password from the guest user or even reboot my laptop so the memory is wiped and I can set up my main user again. Any particular reason for those specific technologies? wget does not exist on a mac, although you can nstall it I guess. OS X has curl installed which should do pretty much anything you want to do with wget. cron is being replaced by launchd, although cron still exists on mountain lion.
As far as I can tell from automator all the standard 'actions' to access keynote available to it require keynote to be open and running, but does not provide a function to actually open it. So I think you will have to write some applescript, as a minimum to open and quit keynote. I notice that the keynote actions are mostly circa 2005 an wonder if they would even work.
Under utilities in automator 'actions' there is a capability to add applescripts as part of the workflow.
Also, note that cron is being dprecated by Apple and replaced by launchd. that said cron is stil on my mountain lion instalation.
