I wanna buy one, but i'm not going to use it in the US, So I want to know if its possible to buy an unlocked device.

I think the locking only applies in the country you puchased it. They are useable internationally - the product page also states that you can use a SIM card from a local carrier when in a different country.

If you have an iPad 2 you can wirelessly mirror it to your TV via the ATV device. If you have an iPad 1 then you can use airplay but not all apps are enabled to push video, as the developer needs to do this.
You can also view all local content from iTunes or your iPad, pushed via airplay/home-sharing.
The other services available are iTunes movie rentals, TV shows (past purchases viewable from the cloud), Photo Stream, Netflix, Vimeo, Podcasts, Youtube, Sports etc.

I guess there's huge differences in mobile telephony and and mobile Internet understanding in US and Europe. Mobile market in Europe is much more liberated and unified at the same time (GSM being the only widely adopted system in Europe - so far at least). The question in the first post was really simple:
If I buy AT&T (GSM) version of iPad 2 will I be able to use it with other GSM micro-sim cards from other carriers worldwide? Or is iPad locked to AT&T USA like iPhone is.
Then all of a sudden people started to talk about Verizon and AT&T differences, eBay thing etc - it is not the point.
So let's wait for someone who can get their hands on iPad 2 GSM (AT&T), travel to Europe, swap the sim and then confirm here for our benefit.

Try a reboot by holding both the power and home buttons until the apple logo appears, ignore the red slider if that appears. See if that clears the glitch.

I agree with Ralph. It all depends on what you're comfortable reading on.
Most retailers have demo devices, go to a store and play with them and see which one works best for you

They can both read PDFs. It will really boil down to what screen size you prefer and how portable you want it. The iPad Air has a larger screen, but weighs more than the iPad Mini2. Either one will work for you, its just a matter of preference.

Yes, as long as you purchase the GSM version (AT&T) and your Indonesian carrier supports an iPad with a micro-sim. Unlike the iPhone in the USA, the iPad is not locked to a carrier.

Your phone needs more storage, buying storage on iCloud.com doesn't change that.
Delete some of the stuff off of your phone, it's full.

Thanks FelipeV for your reply but i apple said they dont sell iphone who are not nationals as they need proof of address and your local ID and it happens in all apple stores around the world and even i cant buy online coz i have also show them a address and ID of any country where apple official launch the iphone. settings > iCloud, scroll down and delete account. Re-enter the details of the new account.
