Can not import Verisign certificate

Dear all,
I am trying to import a Verisign certificate in my ABAP BW 3.5
Production system.This is a certificate renewal as I had a certificate there for a year that is to expire on the 12th of June. However, because of the fact that we had to change the SSL
PSE so that it contains field SP, it is more like installing a new
certificate.
What I did: I deleted the old PSE that didn't have any information about the "State" field and created a new one.
I then created the CSR request to Verisign. I received
the response from Verisign, which I pasted in a text file together with the Verisign Intermediate and Verisign Root certificate which I used last year as well when I installed a Verisign certificate in this server for the first time.
When I apply the response, by pasting the contents of the text
file created above, I get the message:
"CA Certificate missing in database"
I have already looked at notes 508307, 518185, 510007, 1074447, 511919
I am sure that the Verisign root and Intermediate certificates are ok because I have used them successfully in the past in the same server and recently to create the certificate chain for other system certificates of my EP 6.0 landscape.
I am also sure that the Verisign CA root certificate exists in the
database, I checked table STRUSTCERT and it is there. Also, if it didn't exist, I wouldn't have been able to import the Verisign certificate last year
I haven't restarted ICM so the previous certificate still works. After the 12th of June though it will expire and all funtionality based on HTTPS in BW will not work.

Just created a new SSL PSE and imported the certificate chain again and this time it worked...

Importing Verisign Certificate on PIX7.1

Hi there,
After having importet Verisign Intermediate CA onto my PIX, I've send the CSR request to Verisign and gotten a Certificate back. Now when I try to import the returned certificate on the PIX, I get an error :
Failed to parse or verify imported certificate
Now, I've tried clearing all certs, reauthenticate the CA etc.
Any ideas?
Is it a problem that the CA is Intermediate? Can the CSR attributes contain spaces?
Pix is running latest version 7

Yeah - I got it to work. I dont know how many of these steps you have done, but heres how I did it :
RSA-keys are probably already generated (also needed for ssh-access), but if you ever need to reissue the cert, regenerate the rsa keys, otherwise the CSR will be exactly the same and not accepted by the 3rd party CA:
crypto key generate rsa
Then define the trustpoint:
crypto ca trustpoint Verisign
crl optional
enrollment terminal
subject-name CN=host.domain.com,OU=Unit,O=Organisation,C=NL,St=xxx,L=xxx,[email protected]
Import root CA cert (make sure you have the correct one, preferably without intermediate CA (RA)):
crypto ca authenticate Verisign
---BEGIN--- or ---END--- lines do not matter>
quit

Notice this is generate without ---BEGIN--- and ---END--- lines which you do need to add when submitting the form to the 3rd party CA.
After succesful verification by the CA you'll be returned a certificate which you can import with or without the ---BEGIN--- and ---END---- lines, so you might as well just copy the complete text:

One more thing - the verisign root cert, I did NOT get from their webpage, but I took the one that accompanies the Internet Explorer.

YES Terence! Thank you. Exporting allowed me to move my photos from iPhoto into the Burn Folder on my desktop. But that doesn't explain why I'm having to go that route now. Have I done something (accidentally changed some setting) on my computer that will not allow me to just click and drag anymore? I really liked the convenience of the click and drag option.
I don't have the time tonight to export and burn a lot of CD/DVDs. I'll try that tomorrow and make sure my photos are moving properly. I also need to export photos to my external hard drive to make sure that route is working.
Wouldn't you know that my Apple Care Plan runs out this Wednesday?! I need to make sure everything is working properly before that expires.

Can not import Outlook 2007 .CSV or .PST files into Outlook 2013 on Win 8.1 64 bit

I have a new computer (Sony VAIO Pro 11 Ultrabook) with a brand new install of Win 8.1 - 64 bit and MS Office 2013 Professional Plus. Everything works fine EXCEPT I can not import my contacts or calendar from Outlook 2007 Win 7 - 32 bit into the
.msn folders in each case. I can open .pst files in Outlook 2013 but they open in a local file and when I copy and paste them into the Exchange ActiveSync .msn contact and calendar files so that they will sync with Outlook.com Outlook 2013 crashes.
It can't even be reopened unless the wireless is turned off, and then you have to create a new data file as a default and then delete the old account and re-establish it. I have tried using the import functions as well with both
.CSV and .PST files that were exported from Outlook 2007 and an error message stating that this is not supported comes up. I have also tried to turn on sync with my iPhone to see if the files will sync from the phone through Outlook.com and nothing happens
there either - no sync on the web and nothing at the PC. Email works fine after adding the account again etc.
None of the procedures on the forums work (open PST file in the local folder then copy/paste, drag/drop, or move the files) so please don't respond with those links. All result in crash. Does anyone at MS know what's up with their latest
and greatest SW?

Import the calendar and contacts in Outlook.com. For contacts, export from Outlook as csv and import into Outlook by choosing the Other option (https://people.live.com/import/other?biciid=ImportCatalog)
You'll need to save the calendar as an ics file to import it. Select the calendar folder, the File, Save as an save as an ics.

I shoot fishing footage of big catches. Slow motion playback appears to me to be much better when shot it 60p even compared to 60i. It also blows away all of the other formats for a "still" grab. Thank you for your help as I did a search and downloaded Clip Wrap which converted the files to .mov and they actually do import the full 60 frames. Thank you again for your reply.

thanks for the reply. would you please tell me how to check for the folder to have write permission. I have done the same settings as before but this time does not transfer. It says can not read files with a code "298". I can see the thumbnails on the screen prior to trying to import the photos, also can see them with the card in the camera and using the view mode. How long have you waited?
When I connect my D600 via USB and import in Lr it takes a long time before the image thumbnails are displayed in the Import Dialog.
I know that using a card reader would probably be much faster (you gotta try that!).
In the meantime I just do something else for 5-7 min (read e-mail, get a cup of coffee) and thereafter the thumbnails are displayed and import is straightforward.
And I do have a powerful and fast system.
So, somehow Lr and the D600 are slow to begin "talking" to each other.

I can not import pictures from iPad into Aperture

I have an iPad 1, latest iOS. I shoot Nikon RAW files that I import unsingh the camera connector kit (CCK). I use Aperture, again latest version. All of that in OS X latest and greatest on an iMac (March 2009).
I simply can not import pics from the iPad onto Aperture.
AP3 does see the iPad when I go in import mode (CMD I) and does see all my pics (just came back from vacation with 3000+).
Importing All starts the process, the import wheel spins, but the nothing happens . If I double click on the "Importing..." message to see the scheduled tasks, I do see that a number of importing tasks are scheduled.
However, no progress is ever made.
Any ideas?

Imovie can not import error -4960

Aloha Everyone,
Need some help again...I just imported some clips from my hard drive into Imovie. Then as I began to import the next few clips, imovie says that it can not import this file and gives me error 4960. I've tried to download the manuals etc to see what this error is, but to no avail. Could someone please tell me if you know what this error is...or where I can find that information.

Lightroom doesn't use the Camera Raw plug-in. So downloading the latest Camera Raw didn't do anything at all for you. The only way to update or upgrade Lightroom is to obtain the latest version. If you have Lightroom 4 then the last version of Lightroom you can have at no additional cost is Lightroom 4.4.1. If the camera you are using requires anything newer than what is supported and that version of Lightroom then it will require an upgrade to Lightroom 5.

How are you trying to import the files? Are you using the import from iphoto command? What happens if you export the photos from iphoto to the desktop and use from files and folders? Does it work that way?

I can not import my music and video files from the my documents folder to Itunes. When I try the file will not show up in Itunes.

Could you give us a little more specific information as to the source & format of these files? Those 2 things might be causing the problem.
