Hi,
I am trying to set the value Attribute in a value Node it is a simple way but it gives me java.lang.NullPointerException error on the given line:
wdcontext.current(ValueNodeName)Element.set(AttributeValueName)

Yes, but not through /etc/system.
/etc/system is the old way to do it. As a backward compatibility, it will allow lines there to increase parameters but not decrease them. This is on the theory that many memory defaults were significantly increased, and older /etc/system setups were trying to increase small defaults, not decrease large ones).
Use prctl and set up a project.

I can not set the ringtone on my phone

I can not set the ringtone on my iPhone. All the time marimba sounds. Please help.

I have the same problem. My daughter's model is 4S and her 2 add-on tones are added above Marimba. My downloaded .m4r tones are visible in the IPhone library in the MAC OS X iTunes. On the IPhone 5 the ringtones are saved / synced in the Music box only. What is next step? Thx.

This is just an exercise for me and I just wanted to experiment on the bindings of ADF for me to understand it further.
I wanted to create a custom Model Driven LOV with my data control listed below
Countries
     -CountryId
     -CountryName..but I wanted to display the label similar to this
1 - USA
2 - England
n - France..so I thought of manipulating the select items in a bean

Can not set the default printer

we have HP LaserJet Pro MFP M125-M126 PCLmS network all in one printer, as the installation in every user was successful, and was working fine on installation day, after a day all user facing issue like can not set default pritner , can not print, all user are facing issue at a time,

I see that you are experiencing issues setting the default printer for users and you are unable to print over the network.
I would be happy to help you.
Do you mean individual computers setup with the printer over the network users or one computer with multiple users?
Do you have Admin Rights on the computer to make changes?
What is the full name and product number of your printer? How Do I Find My Model Number or Product Number?
Download and run the Print and Scan Doctor. It will diagnose the issue and might automatically resolve it. http://www.hp.com/go/tools>Using HP Diagnostic Tools for HP Printers in Windows.
I would suggest you to check if you have a different user account or from an administration account.
I would also suggest you to create a new user account and check if you are able to set the printer as default.

If you are still having issues run the Fixit Tool. Diagnose and fix printer and printing problems automatically.
What were the results when you ran the Print and Scan Doctor? (did it print or scan, any error messages)

HOW to set the value attribute of FORM INPUT data to a variable in a JSP

The data is accessed from an hidden field called course
for example, if I have "Java programming" in the field course, and I use
an expression to access the value from the hidden field.

On Tab function does not set the value in ADF

I have a table with a columns as 'unit price',quantity and 'Extended amount'. The last field is a calculated field (unit price * quantity). I am trying to set this field when I tab from unit price field to some other field. But the value is not at all getting set to this field.
Hereis the peice of code.

does the page refresh, or do you use PPR? Note that autosubmit in ADF Faces don't automatically refresh the table and need you to set the partial trigger on e.g the table

Problem with entity- set_property. Does not set the value on Save

There is a custom field enhanced in BP_HEAD component in node header structure.
Code to set the property is written in do_prepare_output method. This value gets set with X after BACK from contact details.
I see the value X before Save of the account details. After Save, the set_property does not work and so the value is not displayed.
Please help to explain what could be the reason and how to rectify it.
Note: Before Save, If I select Edit I see the value on the field. If I select Save after the Edit. The value is retained.

The set_property( ) does not work if the field is non-editable. You have to make sure that you do this operation only for fields which are editable.
Also if you done a set_property( ), make you perform a modify also and there should be a save followed by a commit ( framework does it for you or you do it manually).

Either U can make Use of XmlHttp Object through javascript(AJAX way).
Or U need to Maintain the State of the entire form and then refresh the page to get those results....

was this what your asking. You need to not escape special characters so the div tag acts as HTML in your report. The data is escaped using a PL/SQL function.

We have set up OBIEE and BI Pub. When I create a Answer without any prompts it works fine in BI pub and create a template. But, when I have a Answer with prompts and use the same Answer in BI pub, it throws an error and I cannot proceed to create templates.
We did open a SR with metalink (oracle) but they say its the behaviour of BI pub/OBIEE. They want us to create a BI pub report and use the same in OBIEE, which is not what we are looking for.
Anyways, this is just an FYI.
