Can't click newer Flash banners

Hello.
I'm a web developer for a small Danish marketing company, and get sent Flash banners from advertisers, but we don't own Flash ourselves, so I can't get official support. I'm also not very good at Flash myself, so bear with me.
Problem is, that lately we have begun to receive banners that don't link. Actually, if I open them in Flash player / MPC locally, they link just fine, but as soon as I upload them to my banner system, they stop working. It's not the banner system's fault, though, as I've tried making a simple test page with nothing but the respective object/embed tags, and still no dice. The problem seems to occur when the banner is located on a different server than the displaying page. The advertisers also claim that other companies have no problem showing/linking the same banners.
I talked one of the advertisers into sending me the .fla files for a campaign that didn't work, and have studied the actionscript, but found nothing out of the ordinary. It does seem that the non-working banners are made with Flash CS4, but I'm not sure about that.
This is a huge problem for this small company, as we have been forced to ask advertisers to only send GIF-banners, which many, unsurprisingly, don't appreciate.
I have attached (if this thing works, that is) one of the non-functioning banners' .fla file.

- Notice the banner is the same, and in both cases it is loaded from odsgard.dk. The odsgard.dk test works fine, but the elek-data.dk one does not. You can click the banner all you want, but nothing happens.
What to do, oh gurus?

Can't install new flash using winetricks

I am not able to install any newer Flash then the default Flash 7 which can be found inside bin32-wine. When I ran a program which opens a Flash animation and I right-click it, I get "About Macromedia Flash Player7"

And it seemed to install just fine. But even though I rebooted, Flash 7 is still used.
What can I do?

To better assist you with this issue we need to know:
What is your operating system? (Windows or Mac) (XP, Vista, 7, 8)
What browser do you use? (Internet Explorer, Firefox, Chrome, Opera, Safari)
Are you seeing any error messages?
Can you provide screenshots of the error messages (if applicable)?

How can I combine multiple flash banners

I have multiple flash banners for specific product pages and
would like to combine them to play in order for the main product
page. What is the easiest way to do this?

you could put them in a MC on the timeline and call to a
frame label of the banner that cooresponds with the current page.
Or you could go more dynamic, list the banners Linkage ids in an
array and use attachMovie, or use the MovieClipLoader class and
load them as external swfs.
easiest? if your new to scripting and if you don't mind the
extra space in the file, go timeline.

I can't install new Flash player on my Mac

problem with new Flash player installation on Mac 10.9.5 and Safari : it download, starts installing and stops at 81%.
I went through all the proceedings shown on Flash Player support and it still does not work

Can't download new flash version 10.1

I am using Windows Vista, Mozilla Firefox and have uninstalled version 10.
This happened last time there was an upgrade.
I try to install new version and get a message bar at top that says : "Additional plugins are required to display all the media on this page."
I click the button that says "Install Missing Plugins" and get an "unknown" plugin called gp.xpi and then my computer doesn't know what to do with it and neither do I. It asks what program I want to use to open this and I don't know.
Anyway, I can't get beyond this point. Have restarted computer after uninstalling. Have tried reinstalling 10 and nothing helps. I can't find reference to this plugin in other forums.
Any help?

I've had that almost identical problem trying to upgrade Flash Player into Firefox 10.6.3 under Windows XP SP3, Windows 7 32-bit and Windows 7 64-bit. It didn't seem to make much difference whether I had uninstalled the previous version of Flash Player (9.0.45) or not, the problem was still there. DLM would install and after restarting Firefox DLM would just load and sit there doing nothing - blank in the top half and the big yellow "Close DLM" button in the bottom half of the window. All this trouble in Firefox although the active-X control upgraded in IE8 with no problem at all. What a pain!

In an honest opinion which format should I use? as I don't need to do double the work to re do from AS3 to AS2. Obviously some as services will only allow AS2 for clickTag info.

I'm in the same position, just starting to move from
intermediate comfort with AS2 to a fresh beginning with AS3...not
so easy for a guy who has so little logical thinking that I failed
algebra in high school! I too am a bit annoyed by all the extra
steps involved, such as having to add EventListeners for mouse
events, when these really ought to be simplified and there by
default, like in AS2. For example, why can't onMouseDown remain as
a built-in behavior rather than having to take up 2 lines of code
to insert it each and every time now?
On the other hand, I am delighted at the way a lot of the
inconsistencies in AS2 have been gotten rid of. No more having to
remember when to put .x and when ._x, and so on. And now that I'm
finally starting to learn how to use external classes, I see the
beauty in it, and AS3 is custom-made for this. It seems that if you
ever want to really advance in ActionScript programming, you need
to start working with creating your own classes, and as long as
you're going to learn those from scratch, may as well learn it in
AS3.
Putting AS on buttons was outdated practice years ago. It
makes much greater sense to place all script on the timeline, with
comments to separate it. Try programming the simplest game where
objects are moving around and colliding, all controlled by script,
and then a couple coded buttons control them. Bugs are inevitable,
and debugging script when it's partly on the timeline, some is
attached to main movie buttons, and some attached to movie clips
inside movie clips, is a nightmare. Once you do scripting on the
timeline, you'll never want to go back to the crude practice of
attaching script to objects.
Overall, it's a steeper climb than I'd have liked, to upgrade
my knowledge from AS2 to AS3. But ultimately I think it's the best
idea.

I can't click allow or deny on anything with flash, like blogtv or dailybooth.

It just won't even let me click. I've tried downloading and using FireFox and several sites that ask you to allow. The mouse can hover over the buttons. Lion just won't let me click. I just bougt my first mac today, and I got a free download of Lion. I asked what the difference was and they told me it was the newer, better system (to which I didn't understand why it wasn't already on my computer). But anyway, while waiting for the download I was on blogtv. Then download took like 3+ hours! Then I installed it, which took another 30 minutes. Now I can't get over this problem. HELP!
I'm already confused with trying to switch over to a mac, and this is not making it easier.

The Flash Player Settings dialog box doesn't respond to mouse clicks. As a workaround, press the Tab key to move to the Close button and press the spacebar to close the dialog box. While not all settings are available, you can also use the Flash Player native control panel in System Preferences.
Custom native mouse cursors don't animate properly on Mac OS 10.7.
As to why Lion is not preinstalled:
Lion is not a month old yet, and many of the models being sold at this time, with the exception of the Mac Mini and the MacBook Air are still shipping with OS X 10.6 Snow Leopard because that is what these models were originally built and boxed with from the factory. When you purchase from the store, these systems have been manufactured prior to the OS X 10.7 release and as such, have Snow Leopard.

Can I shut of flash so that the banners on the page does not blink and move all the time?

It has become increasingly disturbing with all the flash banners that follows you around when you scroll a web page. Is there any function I can use to increase the quality of my browsing experience.

To move one of the phones to a different iCloud account (if that's what you want to do), go to Settings>iCloud and turn all synced data to Off. When prompted, choose to keep the data on your iPhone. After everything is off, scroll to the bottom and tap Delete Account. This will delete the account from the phone but not from iCloud so the other phone will not be effected. Then set up a new iCloud account with a different Apple ID and turn iCloud syncing in Settings>iCloud back to On. When prompted, choose Merge. This will upload the data to the new iCloud account.
You will then have to go to icloud.com and sign into each iCloud account separately and delete any unwanted data that you don't want on the phone syncing with each account.

I have a brand new Macbook Air with latest Mountain Lion but can't install Adobe Flash Player it continually times out?

I'm currently using the latest mozilla firefox and I have windows 7, 64-bit version.
According to your site, i am using the latest version of adobe flash player, which is 10.2.153.1
I am having trouble with two of the main sites i go on. Picknik and Tinierme (two flash based sites)
I have been told to to to the global storage settings panel and allow third party sites to store data on my computer and i have also been told to move the slider to allow the sites to store 100kb.
But when i go to try and do these things, i am unable to click the box for the third party option, and when i move the slider, and navigate away from the page or click a different tab, it seems to reset itself. I was able to use these sites not to long ago, and it was...probably when i updated to the new flash that things started to go wrong.
please help?

I am unable to open new tabs, in any way I attempt to do so. I have checked the settings and they are fine, so it's not those. The only way I can open a new tab is to right click on a link and instruct it to open in a new tab.

Any way I attempt to open new tabs, be it clicking on the new tab button or using the short-cut Ctrl-t, I am unable to open any new tabs on my browser window.
The only way I have found that I can open a new tab is to right-click on a link and instruct that link to open in a new window.

Try disabling the Ask Toolbar extension.
