Can't connect to webservice
Hi guys,
I have developed a project that will be built to be a flash (swf),
using Flash Builder 4 on Mac to develop I can connect easily to a server in other enterprise, when I hit the RUN button on the Flash Builder.
But when I try to deploy this SWF in our site or to run the swf in another PC,
the SWF can't access my webservice.
Why could it be happening?
We already removed all the filters from the server, and liberated all the ports for communication.
Any help will be appreciated.

That is either:

your web service misconfiguration: (how it is defined in your .mxml?) so when deployed on other machine (web server?) endpoint cannot be found
or:
#2
cross-domain request issue - which Flash runtime cannot perform if not enclosed within standalone player
(your Flash Builder can have setup in global Flash security settings to allow cross-domain/cross-scripts)

SOAP / WSDL LabView 2010 can't connect to local webservice of network printer

we are using a Labelprinter from cab (www.cab.de) that supports a webservice.
IP: http://192.168.1.66/services.wsdl
When i use this link in FireFox i will get a XML file (see attachment). The company "cab"
has an example using NetBeans to write a deskop application using Java. I tried that and
i was able to connect to the webservice.
When i do that with LabView 2009 or 2010 i get an error message:
1. URL doesn't exist or WSDL is wrong
2. authentification failed
3. proxy settings wrong

i'm shure the link is ok, i can't connect to it with Netbeans (i used copy & paste to be sure)

In Netbeans it is not possible to enter a user and PW. But anyway i have use the standard
soap user the was given by the company.

The last point is, that there is an error in LabView 2009 and 2010, e.g. error parsing the XML file?
Can someone help me?

With the soapUI it works well, I can make requests to the printer an become an answer...
But in Labview it doesn't work. The TCP read vi brings the error 66 an I have no idea! Have someone a solution or an idea?

Lync 2010 Mobile client can't connect to the server. it may be busy or temporarily unavailable
I have the following issue after renewed the Lync internal and external certificates, Lync Mobile client get the following message when try to connect from internal or external network "can't connect to the server. it may be busy or temporarily
unavailable"
PS I tried a lot of solutions from different articles, but the same result.

How I can wire an extern WebService to BPEL?
I have started to work with BPEL PM (2.0.10) bbpelz 0.0.95. Now I would
understand how I can wire an extern WebService (like a PLSQL WebService
created in JDeveloper from a package) to BPEL.
Therefore I look for Examples from BPEL - AmazonFlow or GoogleFlow. Then I set the ProxySettings in the orabpel\bin\obsetenv.bat. I've got the error:

Where can I find more informtions about the Problem, how I can wire a WebService created in JDeveloper to BPEL? I can deploy the WebService from JDeveloper on the BPEL-OC4J-Server- but what have I to do or to integrate in order to see my WS in BPEL console and have access to it in bpel designer?

I followed your suggestion and linked my BPEL service to a WebService through the WSDL that is remotely accessible as in "{color:#0000ff}http://localhost:8988/scratch/kibailey/view_storage/kibailey_SOA/.jdev_user_home/mywork/OptyEventsService/Model/classes/EventsAMService?wsdl{color}" instead of directly accessing the WSDL file. This Webservice is of course deployed at the above mentioned server and location and the server is up.
But when I run my BPEL process, I still get this message "{color:#ff0000}Reference EventsAMService does not exist as wire target{color}". I have cross checked other WSDL dependencies and they are fine.
I am currently using JDev 11g drop 6 through ADE (linux). I have exposed a BC4J component (Application Module) as a WebService.
Please let me know of any resolution.

Problem connecting a webservice to a mysql database

I am trying to connect a webservice to a mysql database. I am using sun application server 8.1 and Mysql 4.1.
I have been using the application servers examples to achieve my goals thus far. I have made the following progress.
- I have got a simple jdbc web application on the application server to access my mysql database.
- I have got a web service on the application server to work properly, in regards to performing a simple rpc method such as 'sayHello'.
- I now want my webservice to have similar functionality to the jdbc application. A simple query or update to the database installed on the application server invoked from the webservice deployed on the application server.
I have been having difficulty in achieveing this. I don't understand why I can't get this to work as i can achieve access to the database from the jdbc app. I am getting the following errors on the application server log:

- the mysql database would allow access from the jdbc application as it is seen as a local process whereas it may not for the webservice as it is seen as a remote process???

I can't think of what the problem may be other then the following issues:
- the mysql database would allow access from the jdbc application as it is seen as a local process whereas it may not for the webservice as it is seen as a remote process???
- I may need to utilize a different datasource class to give the webservice access rights?
Any help or advice in how this problem might be resolved or even just what it is would help me greatly. Thanks for you time in advance.

Originally I placed him in wrong directory and got an error, indicationg, that Driver class is not found, but then I corrected it, The problem is in connection to database - it doesn't work.

Connect a webservice in a php page
Hello to all forum, I have a big problem, I need to finish a project and missing a detail that I am not able to do is the following. In the address www.arandupropaganda.com.br/hbrasil is a site of an estate of meadows - São Paulo - Brazil, the link properties you will find two areas: Housing and Real Estate opportunities at launch, the launch area of buildings, is completed Because it was developed with a MySQL database using PHP technology. My problem is these opportunities in the area of data is a WebService (http://www.centrina.com.br/WSConsumoPortal/Service.asmx). Question how to connect a Webservice in a PHP page. For I must take this data and Webservice even have to leave the default of the launch area.

i am having trouble connecting to certain people on ichat av. i can successfully connect to some people, but not others, so i know that i am capable of connecting. and i know that the people that i am attempting to connect with are able to do so, because they have successfully connected with other people as well. i also know that it doesn't have anything to do with the router i am on, because i have tried to connect to my mom and been unsuccessful, and had a friend on another computer try right after me and they are able to connect.
i get the error message "there was a communication error during your chat", and it usually says failed to start video chat because i didn't respond, regardless of whether i initiated the video chat or not.
any suggestions??also, this is the error log, in case that helps...

Web Services shows connected get apps says can't connect
Wireless connected, eprint works, webservices shows enabled, but get apps says can't connect with Internet, yet able to print some apps from Printables at HP Connected. Diagnostic tests all Positive. Why won't get apps connect to the Internet?

I am thinking to provide a client class encapturing all the client calls to
the webservice. Using the client class to control the number of connection.

So, to rephrase, for a specific user (known to the server) you want to
throttle the number of concurrent webservice connections to a
webservice? So for UserA = 4 connections, UserB = 2, etc.; connections
and others that attempt to come in past the given max would simple wait?
Seems like having an async web service that writes into a JMS backend,
you could easily queue requests, then drain them as needed. Or maybe a
cookie scheme managed by the server.
Maybe if you could elaborate on what problem you are trying to solve?
