Can't fetch more than 131 columns

Hi
I've got table A with ~170 column of type VARCHAR(40).
When I try to fetch more than 131 columns in a select statement, I get the following error:
Error in TTCmd::Execute(): cannot execute unprepared statement.*** Command execution of statement <<null>> failed.
When I stay at <= 131 fetched columns, everything's fine.
Can anybody around here tell me what I can do to solve this problem? I'll need to fetch all 170 columns.

Hi Chris
I increased MAX_TTCMD_PARAMS and MAX_TTCMD_COLUMNS to 256, made new libraries and got a differenct error message. When I try to fetch all 172 rows of my table, I get a different error msg now:
*** Error in TTCmd::Execute(): cannot execute unprepared statement.*** Command execution of statement <<null>> failed.
Again, when I decrease the number of fetched rows < 131, the fetch cycle is fine.
I'd like to take advantage of your offer to check my code, although I don't expect the error to be in the application code. Where can I send it too?

Can i have more than 6 columns to sort in interactive reports in apex 4.1?

As of now on clicking on Actions->format->sort only a select list with six columns is displayed in an interactive report . Is there any possibility to add more number of columns in this ? Can anyone help?

Some good news for you regarding cameras. The neat thing about iPhoto, and indeed, the Mac, is that there is no setup required for hooking your camera to iPhoto. In fact, ANY camera you plug into the Macintosh that it recognizes will automatically work with iPhoto!
I regularly use three different cameras with my iPhoto application. As soon as I plug into the USB port and power on my camera, the Mac figures out that it needs to start up iPhoto. iPhoto figures out how to talk to the camera, and gives me the option to import pictures from the memory card... no configuration, no extra software to install. I do this with a Canon camera, and two different Sony models.

Fetching more than one row from a table after selecting one value from the dropdown

Hi Experts,
How can we fetch more than one row from a table after selecting one value from the dropdown.
The scenario is that I have some entries in the dropdown like below
A               B               C
11256          VID          911256
11256          VID          811256
11256          SONY      11256
The 'B' values are there in the dropdown. I have removed the duplicate entries from the dropdown so now the dropdownlist has only two values.for eg- 'VID' and'SONY'. So now, after selecting 'VID' from the dropdown I should get all the 'C' values. After this the "C' values are to be passed to other methods to fetch some data from other tables.
Request your help on this.

I hope I understand your request proberly, since this is more about Java and less about WebDynpro, but if I'm wrong, just follow up on this.
Supposed you have some collection of your original table data stored in variable "origin". Populate a Hashtable using the values from column "B" (let's assume it's Strings) as keys and an ArrayList of whatever "C" is (let's assume String instances, too) as value (there's a lot of ways to iterate over whatever your datasource is, and since we do not know what your datasource is, maybe you'll have to follow another approach to get b and c vaues,but the principle should remain the same):
// Declare a private variable for your Data at the appropriate place in your code
private Hashtable temp = new Hashtable<String, ArrayList<String>>();
// Then, in the method you use to retrieve backend data and populate the dropdown,
// populate the Hashtable, too
Iterator<TableData> a = origin.iterator();

     String c = current.getC();

So after this, you'll have a Hashtable with the B values als keys and collections of C values of this particular B as value:

After the user selects an entry from the dropdown (let's say stored in variable selectedB), you will be able to retrieve the collection of c's from your Hashtable

now I want to display the data in a report as follows

the problem is that I can have more that 60 columns retrieved in each row, the pivot solution will retrieve them correctly but I can't display more than 60 columns in apex reports, why this restriction in apex, any solution

just for the record. Here's the code to create a table with 10000 columns, in this example all of type vendor. It could be modified a little to create any dynamic table. Without any visible limits and can be displayed in SALV.

Ipad - Display more than 8 columns in OWL

Hi All,
Currently iPad player will only display the first six columns of the OWL in portrait mode and the first eight columns in landscape mode. Can we display more than 8 column(s) in the OWL either in Potrait or Landscape mode ?

Iwork numbers 09 - Freezing more than five columns

I have previously been using excel for mac - I now have numbers and have successfully frozen headers. I also want to freeze columns to correspond with my excel spreadsheets. It looks as if I can only freeze five columns but I do not want to swap columns about as I send this over to my accountant and he wants the same format. Can I freeze more than five columns?

More bad news:
You will find that using header columns will make Numbers come to a crawl. In fact, I've found that I have to minimize the use of both header columns and header rows, although less so with head rows.

PCI 5112 and fetch more than available memory

Would anyone confirm that pci 5112 can run fetch more than available memory vi with a large number of records(more than onboard memory)? Mine appears not able. thanks.

On the right side of the Toolbar click the Sort and Filter button, then select Sort.
You can then set up a multiple column sort.
Click Add A Column, Specify the sort for that column, Repeat.

Pages v5 is not an MS Word clone, and therefore, it doesn't matter what you did in Word. Select the adjacent table column cells, and then either two-finger tap, or right-click and choose merge cells from the contextual menu.

It's never too late to try to teach users that the Search feature is not only for helpers.
The number of columns allowed in Numbers is not a relevant value when the question is about Pages '08 tables.
I tried to copy a 256 columns Numbers table into a Pages '09 document.
I didn't got a table but values separated by TABs.
I tried to convert this text range in a table and got this clear message :
If I remember well, in Pages '08, the limit is 40 columns.

Can we query more than 5000 library items in Sharepoint online library using CSOM?

I am writing a console application to fetch all documents from the SharePoint Online Site. I am worrying what happens if library items grow beyond 5000 items. In my earlier experience from SP2010, I will raise the threshold limit from Central Admin Site
and then perform my CAML query operation. In SharePoint Online Site, is this possible ? If not, is there any alternative to get all the documents above 5000 limit ?

At the moment I wouldn't advise it without using folders.
You can, definitely, add more than 5k items in Office 365 lists. If you design them well and add indexes before you go over the threshold then it should be fine.
HOWEVER, once you go over the 5k threshold you lose the ability to change all the items in the list at once. Which means you can't add indexes to columns, can't add new columns, can't remove columns or perform any large admin task.
Incidentally CAML queries and upping the threshold are either/or options in on-premises installs. CAML is the way forward and can be used without increasing the threshold in the vast majority of cases.
In terms of support the MS documentation is unhelpful:
