Can't reinstall VersionCue Server

Hey guys,
just a little question here.
A few weeks ago I forgot my version cue login-data ;-)
I removed version-cue with appdelete, cause it didn't know, that it is that complicated to remove it the clean way. After removing it with appdelete, the installation was damaged, so I uninstalled the whole cs3 with the CleanCS3-script.
Now I want to reinstall the whole cs3. That works good, exept that the cs3 installation wont install the versioncue-server :(
It seems that there are still versioncue information on my system, which brings the installer not to install a new versionue server.
What can i do now?

Help! Can't reinstall Lion Server on Mac Mini Server

To me, the perfect computer is a Mac Mini server (the current model) with one of the HDDs replaced with an SSD. I did this with two Mac Minis three months ago and it went perfectly.
Well. I bought a third Mac Mini and have attempted to do the following:
Carefully opened the case, removed the top parts and memory.
Removed the top 500 GB HDD
Replaced it with a OCZ Vertex 3 SATA III 2.5" SSD
Booted from a SD Card with the recovery system on it
Formatted both SSD and the other HDD, ensured they have the GUID boot block needed for Apple booting
What happened was...a total let down. It would start to download Mac OS Lion Server then tell me, "Could not find instalation information for this machine. Contact Applecare." If I went and re-formatted the SSD and tried it again, often it would go past this section, actually starting the download, but then I'd get "Can't download the additional components needed to install OS X."
I verified all connections were solid. Putting the original HDD back caused the machine to boot fine and let me set up Lion Server for use (oddly, even though I'd formatted one of the two RAID drives, but whatever). I am doing the exact same thing I did before successfully, only with an OCZ drive this time instead of Other World Computing. Either Mac Minis hate working with OCZ SSDs, or I made some mistake somehow (I'm pretty sure I didn't), or else Apple has flipped a switch forbidding software restoring of Mac Minis that have been "altered" from factory state. If so this will be a huge problem for Apple. I will make sure the major Apple blogs hear of this, if this is the case.
Can anyone suggest what else I can try to get this to install? If I can get a spare OCZ SSD so it's exactly the same as my previous successes. Otherwise I don't know what else to try.
(I guess cloning the system from one of the Mac Minis that works would be a possibility, though I want to solve this.)

Found that the second hard drive is broken. I have to go to the apple store to have it replaced.
I had to press the power button to turn the server off for several times, then the broken hard drive went disappeared. After that, I had to disable the Spotlight. Then the server went back to work normally.
Now I made a CCC copy of the primary hard drive, and would like to have the server run on the external raid disk (connected through thunderbolt). Does anyone have previous experience with it? Any expectable drawback or issue with this setup?

HT4886 When I try to reinstall the Server App it just shows installed and the date it was purchased. How can I reinstall it?

I bought a Mac Mini Server and after set up I realized that it was not set up as a mirrored raid system. So I followed the instructions on how to do that - this erased my drives. Restarted and reinstalled the Mountain Lion software but when I go to the app store it shows the server sotware in my purchases but there is no option for reinstall - it just shows INSTALLED and the date it was purchased.
Ho do I reinstall my server app?

Seems to have become available once again while downloading the update for Mountain Lion. I guess youjust have to wait a while for it to check your system and then make it available once more.

Can not start BI server automatically or manually

The BI server can not get started either way most of the time, but sometimes it can start. I've reinstalled the server and the same problem still happens. The error I got is:
Cannot start the Oracle BI Service on local machine
Error 1053: The service did not respond to the start or control reqest in a timely fasion.
The NQserver log display some error messages, but I've test my database connections at administrative tools-> data source. They all can connect.

Check out your NQSCONFIQ.INI (located in OracleBI\sever\config).
Make sure in that repository section have you given your Repository in correct synatx. (star = Reponame.rpd, DEFAULT;)
In the Cache section edit ENABLE = NO;

Reinstall Zen Server - what do I need to remove?

In trying to add more space to /opt, it became corrupt and all the data was written to the lost+found. There is about 5 GB of data in there and I'm not sure how to restore it and it would probably take forever. I'm hoping I can just reinstall Zen. The server is 64 Bit SLES 10.4 and we are on ZCM 10.3.3. I'm downloading the 10.3 media and I'm hoping I can successfully re-install. Is there anything else I need to manually remove? Do I need to do anything with the server object in Zenworks Control Center? This is not the primary server - its the 2nd primary. Darn reporting server install!!!
Anyone have any suggestions?

The SQL DB is backed up so hopefully no worries there. Everything in ZCM seems intact and workstations are still contacting the Primary. This server is the 2nd primary.

Can I reinstall the SCCM Reporting Services Point role without delete or change the SSRS-DB (just reset the SCCM SSRS function)?
I have saved/backup the custom made reports.

Yes you can remove and reinstall the Role. I had to do this recently on our SCCM 2012 R2 due to an issue with the reports not loading. Found out that the problem with reports was from the upgrade to R2 from 2012 SP1 and was able to run
a command to re-register the reports with WMI. I actually removed the role, uninstalled reporting services feature from SQL, deleted the report databases, reinstalled the SQL feature, configured the reporting databases again, added the role back, and
ran the following command.
mofcomp "C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft SQL Server\100\Shared\sqlmgmproviderxpsp2up.mof"
This allowed all my reports to register as they should have and run without errors. If you are having similar problems, you may be able to just run that command to get reports running without all the extra work I did. For us we were getting an
invalid Class error in the srsrp.log.

- iTunes for Windows: iTunes cannot contact the iPhone, iPad, or iPod software update server
- Change the DNS to either Google's or Open DNS servers

- For one user uninstalling/reinstalling iTunes resolved the problem
- Try on another computer/network
- Wait if it is an Apple problem

You can't sign in because there is nothing to sign in to. For PSE 10 the only sign in was to photoshop.com, which has been dead and gone for a year and half. Just skip the sign in. Reinstalling will not change this.

Can't enable Remote Server Administration Tools

I have seen many people around the net having what seems to be this issue, but there are a few nuances that differ in my particular situation.
I have 2 'Windows 7 Sp1' machines on an AD domain. Functional level is 2003.
I downloaded and installed "Windows6.1-KB958830-x64-RefreshPkg.msu" on both PCs and the installation seemed to finish without errors, but when I go to enable the features it throws the error: "An error occurred, not all the features were successfully
changed."
I came across a solution that claimed I needed to reinstall the KB, I did so to no avail. I thought perhaps my download might be corrupt, so on the 2nd machine I downloaded directly to that PC, but got the same behavior.
I doubt that it is Group Policy related, because other machines (although they're XP) are in the same OUs as these machines and can run the admin tools. <Users are members of a Help Desk & frequently reset certain users' passwords.>
I'm not sure what to do next, especially since both of these computers are acting the same way.

Please go to event log to check more information about this operation, you could find something under Windows Logs---Setup log.
According to your description, I suspect there would be some common issue existed in your both Windows 7 computers. Just boot into clean boot mode to check if you can turn on Remote Server Administration Tools components. This will avoid the software conflicts
during configuration.

If you mean restore as in reloading an existing config from a disk image. If you have a bootable diskimage on an external drive of your xserve, and if you have another Mac you may be able to boot the xserve in targeted disk mode and just use disk utility on the second Mac to restore the image from the external drive to the internal drive of the xserve. Restore without erase works the best for this...sometimes you will get a copy error on the last file...not sure what the error really means...but it does not seem to be a real issue.

Urgent: Can not start admin server

I installed Sun One directory server 5.1 on Solaris 8 01/01 version patched with Solaris 8 patch cluster.
In installation, there is error message
Can't start Admin server [home/iplanet/servers/start-admin > /var/tmp/aaax0aOBb 2>&1] (error: No such file or directory)
idskture only shows one ERROR message:
ERROR : Patch 111085-02 (SunOS 5.8: /usr/bin/login patch) is required but not installed.
But it seems fine since I reinstalled Solaris 8 01/01 release and install 5.1sp2 and with the same error message running idsktune, the installation of 5.1 but works fine.
Do you have any idea why the installation fail before I reinstlall Solaris 8?

Safari Version 5.1.2 (7534.52.7) suddenly can't connect to server, Firefox works fine

Running Lion 10.7.2 and latest version of Safari.
Last night I opened up my MacBook and Safari gives the 'can't connect to server' error for any page I try and visit.
I tried resetting Safari, clearing cache, rebooting Safair, rebooting computer, resetting router and modem, uninstalling/reinstalling Safari.
Firefox still works fine.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Figured out my issue.
It was a conflict with an old version of Little Snitch running with Safari 5.1.2
I updated to the latest Little Snitch version and no more issues.

Install new Windows Server 2012.
Note: Make sure it's not Windows 2012 R2. R2 is not supported for Exchange 2013.
Promote the server as DC, replicate the AD/DNS to new domain controller
Once the replication is done, install exchange server on the server.
Move all the mailboxes to new server, replicate the Public Folder to new server.
Test exchange with new server and make sure users are able to connect using outlook, Outlook Anywhere, OWA, ActiveSync, Mail flow is working internally and externally.
Once you confirmed it, shutdown the old server, and test the same again to make sure if you remove the old server it's not going to cause any issue to new server and new server will work find without the Old Server.
Again, try if you can get DC on different server and exchange on the member server.
