Can't run project, "No recent history launches"
Hey guys, I used to use Eclipse a few years ago but i stopped.
Currently I'm using Eclipse Mars for Windows 64-bit.
I'm facing one problem right now... I can't run my project, whenever I did, Eclipse will state that there is no recent history...I don't understand why...A few years ago, I ran my project without any problem, so can anyone tell me how to fix this problem?

When you click on Run, you always need to specify what you are trying to run. Out side of any immediate specification, it will assume the last file/project your ran.
You can specify what to run by right clicking on the project in project explorer and clicking on "Run as" and specifying there.
You can also specify in Run Configuration.

Why can't I access "clear recent history" in the tools menu?
When I use the drop down menu for tools, I can't use "clear recent history" or " stop private browsing" because when I click on them nothing happens and they are not in the darker print as the other menu listings. I've been having this problem for a couple of wks and am not real good on fixing my computer. I erased foxfire and downloaded it again, still no good. I have windows 7.
That happens when in Private Browsing or in "permanent" Private Browsing.

How can i undo deleting all recent history?
I accidentently deleted all recent history when given instruction to only delete cookies and cache. Can i undo the information i deleted?
Which history items are you referring to?
The browsing history is stored in the places.sqlite file.
You can try to restore a previous version of the places.sqlite file if it is about history.

Can't run project because of error in code
I was working on a project and started creating a scroll panel per the instructions at http://forums.adobe.com/message/2295900#2295900
After creating the scroll panel, I tried running the project and it told me I couldn't run it because of a code error. Looking at the problems panel, I got an error that said "Open quote is expected for attribute "id"." I wanted to work backward to see what was causing the problem and reverted the panel back to artwork and got the same error in the line for my scroll bar, so I reverted that and got it for my track shape, and reverted that (it had reverted to a button earlier, not sure why), and I got the error for my thumb, so I reverted that (a button again), ran the project and got the error for the text I was using as scrolling content, etc....
It seems like I'm getting this error everywhere with all the elements I need for my scroll panel, and it seems to be moving from element to element. I'm not a coder so I'm wary of getting in there and changing things. What could be the problem?
I can't seem to attach my project because it is too big (5.2 MB) and zipping it doesn't reduce it's size.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!
-RyanI created a new project and went through the same steps that led to my bug; however I wasn't able to recreate the bug. Here is the project anyway, and here are the step i took:
import an swf into the project, (it's a looping video)
created text, using text tool.
drew a line, using the line drawing tool
-changed the weight
-made it gradient
-tweaked the gradient colors
Imported a .psd file of thumb, moved it over the line i drew for the track
converted the line and thumb into a vertical scroll bar
-assigned parts (line to track, thumb to thumb)
imported a .psd image that's called whitefeather, to act as a top and bottom border
project running
-converted scroll bar, text, and border to scroll panel
-Assigned the text as the scrolling content
-tweaked the scrolling content are, made it a little bigger

When opening a new tab, by clicking the + sign, in FF4, recent history and frequented web pages appear. I cannot get this to repeat in later versions of FF - 5 or 6. I like this feature - can I utilize it in FF6? I am running Vista Home Premium 6.06002 SP2 on a Gateway (emachines) T5246 Athlon 64 4200+ 2.2mHz dual core with 2 GB RAM.
The Ask Toolbar is causing that in the Firefox 3.6.13+ versions. Uninstall that extension.
There are a couple of places to check for the Ask toolbar:

Under the history link there is a button "clear recent history" but it is greyed out so I can't click on it. I want to clear my cache because I hate autofill. I've already changed my settings so it won't remember anymore things, but how can I clear what's already there?

How Can I Run A SQLJ Normal Project In SAP NWDS
I have a question about SQLJ in SAP NWDS.
1.I created a java dictionary project,and then create the table , then depoly it.it's ok.
2.I created a java normal project including the above java dictionary project.
3.I used the SQLJ tech in the java normal project,exporting the opensqllib.jar,sqljapi.jar,sqljc.jar,sqljimpl.jar.
4.I coded the normal project,and export the project .jar,everything is ok.
<b>5.But when i runed the project in NWDS,the error appeared:java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: com/sap/sql/log/OpenSQLException
at com.ezkj.deom.sqlj.MainApp.main(MainApp.java:21)

Why not try to import your SQLJ project in SAP NWDS. Add all the jars mentioned to the project path both for compile time as well as runtime. Now try running he project. Once you are able to bypass java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError, you will get other errors related to SQL statements. These Oracle SQL statements needs to be converted to OpenSQL format.

How can I make an ant file that launches an AS project app in a debug flash player that traces to the flex console?
Basically I like the control over the compiling process that I get by using Ant - but I really want traces to come up immediately without having to switch contexts.
I have an ant file that successfully launches a swf in the flashplayer - but I don't know how to make the flex console start displaying the trace output. I assume that I will have to point it to the appropriate trace output file - but I am not sure how to have ant even address the console. Is this possible?
Here is the the target node from my ANT file:

The day I updated my Firefox to version 6.0.2, I had some problems. The first time I want to clear recent history as "everything" Firefox cleared my all bookmarks and history page (Ctrl + H or Ctrl + Shift + H) but visited websites are still on address bar. They are on Firefox Menu > History section. Bookmarks are not important, how can we fix Clear Recent History function?

How can I recover/restore recent history after it's been deleted?
My daughter deleted recent history. My Facebook account has a layer of protection that stored my computer information. When she deleted the history, Facebook no longer is able to detect my computer and I am not able to log into Facebook. How can I recover or restore the history (everything)?
index.dat is not one of the files used by Firefox, that is for Internet Explorer. You may need to contact Facebook to get access to your account again.
Once history and cookies are deleted in Firefox they can not be recovered. -
1)trying to clear cache: when I click tools,options, "clear recent history" is not lit, I do not know what else to say. I tried to copy the screenshot sample, but it wouldn't let me.<br />
2) On a page: the items appear in this order -<br />
a)Header line:Firefox symbol Ask question or whatever I am seeking<br />
b)2nd line: the words: File, Edit, View, etc. <br />
c) 3rd line:arrows then 7 icons for editing which appeared one day, a small window that tells where I am with a star and then a window with
google's symbol and a small window with a magnifying glass.<br />
d)4th line: a wide empty line<br />
e)5th line: a small window telling what I am doing ie Ask a Question etc. then a plus sign in a gray box and then nothing follows. <br />
Yahoo says that the blank line and the icons are Firefox's issue. <br />
I never chose to have icons for editing instead of the words. I do not know how they got there. I had some problems for a number of weeks (1/4/11 to 2/5/11 because all of the 2nd line had disappeared and I had no bookmarks. Yahoo was completely ineffective and I got disparate yesterday and started click all over the screen and suddenly the words of that line appeared again as well as all my bookmarks were back.?????odd. So all this maybe related. I just would rather not have that blank line as it lowers my screen.

Under Tools the Clear Recent History line is in shaded type and can't be accessed
In the dropdown menu under Tools the Clear Recent History option is in lighter type and cannot be accessed. Please advise.
