Can't schedule to run SSIS packakge

Question

Dear guys,
Please help me to solve out this case. Before I can schedule SSIS package to run as normal but someday it show error and I try to research to find the final solution but I can't. The error logs as below. I try many suggestion in the internet but it can't
solve out this problem. Can somebody help me to figure out this problem ?

An excerpt: "changed the ssis package property to not save sensitive data and then built in the connection string in the XML of the package"
You are overlooking some differences I think.
