Where you assign the role depends on how you have setup your ume configuration - to the ABAP stack or have it managed in the Java stack
If its just a java stack configuration for user management page of the java stack
http://<servername>:50000/useradmin and give the user as many roles and permissions from there
otherwise its PFCG in the abap stack of your system

Get ‘500 Internal Server Error’ during SIP INVITE - cause 44
Have you ever seen anything like this before? It usually works, but intermittently, we see calls get rejected. It somehow seems related to high loads on the router. We reduced the occurrences by changing our code to throttle the number of SIP INVITEs we send, but this doesn’t scale well. Once it occurs, the only way to clean it up is to do a shut/no shut on the voice-port associated to SIP INVITE.
Any suggestions on how we can proceed to debug this issue?

Encountered IE500 Internal Server Error during rpt generation within a rpt
Hi,
I encountered an IE 500 Internal Server Error during the second report generation within a report. The report that was not generated came from another crystal report.
To clearly illustrate my problem, here is the scenario: Our application has a reporting module. From the reporting module, the graph reports(e.g bar graph) are generated. The generated graph report also includes the values which was represented in the graph. These values are clickable. When clicking these values, another report will be generated aside from the graph report. The second report will contain the details of the values in the graph report. The first report(graph report) was successfully generated however, the second report(detail report) was not. Instead, the IE 500 Internal Server Error was encountered.
This scenario works completely using the application with this setup:Crystal XI in Win XP having IIS 5.1 but when tried using the application in this setup: Crystal XI in Win 7 having IIS 7, the error mentioned above was encountered.
Additional Info: The second report was generated by using the HTML property of the formula field. A url was assigned to the formula field HTML attribute and included in the url is the session id and the report parameters.
ThanksI guess to start with the obvious, IE 500 Internal Server Error resolves to Permission denied: 'GetObject'.
Before chasing that error, what version of CR and .NET are you using?
Once we determine that you are using a version of CR that is actually supported on the OS, we can move on to [Process Monitor|http://technet.microsoft.com/en-ca/sysinternals/bb896645.aspx] to see if it tell us something - look for "Access Denied" messages.

How can i set a global error page for all error cod
how can i set a global error page for all error code?
i don't want to leave a long list in the web.xml file.could any one help me?
thanksIf u have a common Error JSP named as ErrorPage.jsp
You need to have the following piece of code in the JSP as :
<%@ page isErrorPage ="true"%>
This makes it as the Common Error Page for the Application. Now all you need to do is from other JSP's throw the Exception to teh container. The container will redirect to this Page and process accordingly.

The Safari Can't Find The Server - Error!
After updating my iPad and Mac OSX to the latest version, I am constantly getting 'The Safari Can't find the server' error on valid addresses. I have to refresh a few times to access the website.
I have gone through many posts and I gathere that it is not a Mac issue, but something to do with network settings - DHCP/Proxy. But I still could not figure out how to solve the problem.
If someone can guide/advise me then that would be a great help..
ThanksI'm having similar issues with Safari saying it can not find the server. Tumblr and Zooniverse sites are particularly troublesome, even with refreshing. I have checked the status of their servers and they are up and running without issues. I can access them eventually but have to close the current tab and reopen later. However, when I use Chrome or Firefox I can access the sites with no problem. It's not a local network problem as I can access the internet and those sites on my iPhone and all other sites. It appears to be an issue with Safai.
Safari Version 5.1.1 (7534.51.22) -
I frequently get the "Firefox can't find the server" error message.
I frequently get the "Firefox can't find the server" error message. Refreshing the page normally causes the page to load, although sometimes it takes more than one try.
I have checked my connection settings. IPv6 and DNS prefetching are disabled, as recommended by this article: https://support.mozilla.com/en-US/kb/Firefox%20cannot%20load%20websites%20but%20other%20programs%20can?s=Firefox+can%27t+find+the+server+at&r=1&as=sA possible cause is security software (firewall) that blocks or restricts Firefox or the plugin-container process without informing you, possibly after detecting changes (update) to the Firefox program.
Remove all rules for Firefox from the permissions list in the firewall and let your firewall ask again for permission to get full unrestricted access to internet for Firefox and the plugin-container process and the updater process.

"Can't connect to server" Error
I'm using a 24" iMac running 10.6.7 and I keep getting a "can't connect to server" error with Safari for certain websites. While I could have posted this topic under the Safari section, the problem is not Safari. I tested other web browsers on my iMac (Firefox and IE) and still got an error. I did all the trouble shooting like: empty cache, reset safari, cookies, proxies, /index.html. Now, I was thinking it could be my router, but I am able to access those websites through my iPhone and my iPhone is connected to my wireless router. So I figured the problem is with my iMac settings.

Any help?Hi Opti1CS,
Welcome to the forums!
Have you tried a clear the DNS cache?
I found that I switch networks allot; witch leans my DNS cache rather jumbled up. After having to reset the DNS cache for the 10th time in a week. I ended up stumbling over DNS flusher. I find it easer then memorizing a terminal command. -
Ever since I downloaded this latest version, my browser is not loading the page. Says can't find the server error. This is very frustrating and slow. What should I do.
That file might have moved to a different location on the server. I think you'll need to check with RefWorks support or your local IT department on why the install page links do not work.

Bala.cHi Pratik,
I am going to explain in detail, what i have done sofar.
We have installed MSA and create a Site and Assigned.
We did initial Download to CDB and Subscribed few publication.
Y'day we have installed MAR and MAS in the same machine and i have started configuring MAR and MAS. While configuring i have created the service TA_CRM using MAR Transport configurator.
After configuration in CRM "SMO5TRNSRV" & "SMO5TRNITM" two tables are have 4 records. But when i checked in SQL DB in client it is blank.
When we see the error message, it is clearly says these two tables are empty/inconsistency. Also we are getting the same error message in all the MSA.
Guide me how to solve this issue.
I try to find out any MW Object which needs to me initial download or subscripe.
Can you throw some light on this?
Regards,
Bala.c

Error During Track Initialization
I created a presentation in Keynote and exported it into iDVD6. I burned the presentation with not problem. Then I had to make a change in the presentation in Keynote and now iDVD won't let me burn any presentations from Keynote. I can burn others like iMovie. So I know my burner works.
The message is:
There was an error during track initialization and iDVD can't continue burning the DVD. Select "Delete Encoded Assets' from the Advanced-menu and try burning this project again.
I tried deleting the encoded assets, I've tried creating a new presentation and importing it, I tried renaming the presentation - still the same message.
I'm using Verbatim DVD-R.
Can anyone help?Suggestion:
Drag and drop the plist for keynote as well as iDVD to the trash. Empty the trash and restart your computer. Your computer will make a new default set of preferences for each.
com.apple.iDvd.plist
com.apple.iWork.Keynote.plist
Hope this helps but if not come on back. -

6.0.3 Error During Disc Initialization for both DVD+R and Disc Image - Help
I've been a mac user for a few years now, but I just bought a new MacBook, and my first superdrive! I'm all excited to test out the new hardware along with iDVD.
I've made a rather simple DVD setup and the first time through it was encoding for about an hour and then it gave an error message which I don't recall other than it mentioned QT7. I ran updater, no new updates that I needed and I tried again, and from then on I've been getting the Error During Disc Initialization message when burning to my DVD+Rs or when I try and save as a disc image (yes, I've deleted the encoding assets). I have about 20GB free on HDD, and I'm trying to burn approx. 100min of video. I've rebooted multiple times, and I've remade my project a couple times but no dice.
Any idears?
Mac OS X (10.4.8)What hardware do you have???
You didn't answer Sue's question about free space on
your start-up drive. You should have 20GB+ free.
What are you sending to iDVD?
Verbatim DVD-R, not DVD+R, are very reliable, unlike
TDK and Memorex.
Also look here:
http://docs.info.apple.com/article.html?artnum=302925
I am running on a 2.0 ghz MacBook with a SuperDrive using Sony DVD+R. I will definitely pick up some Verbatim DVD-Rs though to see if that makes iDVD happy.
I have cleared up some room and now I have around 50GB free.
I am trying to make a DVD of two seperate .mp4s of a soccer game. I have 3 pictures and two buttons. -
Error -10006 can't set object or data to object or data
Hi
Tripped up again by a silly error, I am trying to update an item in a record list but keep getting error -10006
Code below simplified but still produces the error, all help gratefully received.
set filePath to "/Users/Ours/Documents/Text File.txt"
set recordList to every paragraph of (read filePath) -- get all records
set AppleScript's text item delimiters to ","
set (text item 1 of item 1 of recordList) to "Ninth"
message is :
tell current application
read "/Users/Ours/Documents/Text File.txt"
--> "First,Second,Third
Result:
error "Can’t set text item 1 of \"First,Second,Third\" to \"Ninth\"." number -10006 from text item 1 of "First,Second,Third"You can't set text items directly like that. first convert the text to a list of text items, alter the list, then convert it back to text:
set filePath to "/Users/Ours/Documents/Text File.txt"
set recordList to every paragraph of (read filePath) -- get all records
set {oldTID, AppleScript's text item delimiters} to {my text item delimiters, ","}
set tempList to text items of recordList
set item 1 of tempList to "Ninth"
set recordList to tempList as text
set AppleScript's text item delimiters to oldTID
