Can't sign in to iTunes Store on Apple TV.  Error message states Apple ID not recognized but the ID is the same as when I log into iTunes on my PC.  Any suggestions?

When I try to log in to the iTunes Store on my Apple TV I get an error message that says the Apple ID isn't recognized or password is incorrect.  It matches what I use for logging into iTunes from my PC, any suggestions?

It's a straightforward port-forwarding issue.
You need to forward ports to the internal ip address of your apple tv as follows:
TCP 123
TCP 3689
UDP 5353
TCP 80
TCP 4343
TCP 53
