Can use RBAC for grant privilege to user on specific directory or not?
If I want user "aaa:group1" to have write privilege on specific directory of user "bbb:group2" (such as /export/home/bbb).
Can I use RBAC Feature for this case? How to?
Because basic permission of Unix very large scope (user, group, other).
If I specific folder "/export/home/bbb" to rwxrwxr-x, then change group of user "aaa" to group2. Other user in group2 will have write privilege too.

If you want fine grain control over directory permissions than the feature you want are access control lists (acl's).
Try man setfacl, though I warn you that the documentation for acl's are pretty confusing...

after upgrading to ios 8.1.1 my ipad 4 camera doesnt work i just got blank screen, but i still can use it for facetime, i supposed after upgrading to ios 8.1.2 it will fix but it doesnt work. i cannot restore to ios 7. hopefully, any suggestion to correct it? thank you

If you see a closed lens or black screen when you open the Camera app, try these steps:
Make sure that there’s nothing blocking the camera lens. If you’re using a case, try removing it.
Force the app to close, then open the Camera app again.
Restart your device, then open the Camera app again.
If your device has a front and rear camera, try both cameras by tapping (camera swap icon). If you see the closed lens or black screen on only one camera, take your device to an Apple Retail Store or Authorized Service Provider for more help.

With iPad 2 I can use Messages to text other iPhone users, but not others.
With iPad 2 I can use Messages to text other iPhone users, but when I try others I get the big red x on the contact. I have upgrade to Iso 6. According to the help on Messages, it should have the capability to text outside Apple Products
I suggest asking Verizon. Standard SMS text messaging is a cellular carrier function.

By 'drive extension' do you mean extending a volume that resides on a drive?
If trying to accomplish this via scripting, you can readily use diskpart.
You don't say what operating system you are working with - PowerShell 4.0 that comes with Windows 8.1 and Windows Server 2012 R2 has a Resize-Partition cmdlet.
I could go on guessing, but more information from you would be helpful.

With AT&T it's ridiculously easy.
Create backups for each device
Log out of iCloud Apple ID
Erase all content and settings
Power off the devices
Change the SIM
Power on the device
Configure with the appropriate Apple ID
Finally, dial 611 to let AT&T know what iPhone should answer to what number. -

Additional things to try.
Turn Off your iPad. Then turn Off the wireless router & then back On. Now boot your iPad. Hopefully it will see the WiFi.
On your iPad go to Settings > General > Reset > Reset network settings and see if that enables you to connect.

I currently have the 55 gb of ICloud space that I'm using mostly for e-mail. ICloud has sent out a note that I will be downgraded to 5 gb. Is ICloud stating that there will no longer be an upgrade to 50 gb even if you pay for it?
I wouldn't think so. Everyone who migrated from a MobileMe account got an extra 20GB free until 30 Sept, and the emails now being sent out presumably go to everyone regardless of any subsequent storage purchase. As you've paid for 50GB this should be unaffected (but I should keep an eye on it!).
