I have an application which is pointing to [MYCONFIG] in formsweb.cfg and I have configured webutil on the application server and the demo form is running fine with the following url,
http://appserver:7778/forms/frmservlet?config=webutil&form=TEST.fmx&userid=webutil/pwd@db1
Here, in the above url if you can see the config=webutil, Now since all my configuration for webutil is based on this pointer [webutil] in formsweb.cfg it is working fine.
My Question is can I copy all the configurations of [webutil] under [MYCONFIG]. Because from my application which is based on url as http://appserver:7778/forms/frmservlet?config=MYCONFIG, I need to call the webutil demo form.
Please advice

Yes you can.
Install "Microsoft Web Matrix" on your Machine.
Then go to the portal>web apps and select the one you want to copy. Then click on WebMatrix in bottom right. Your WebMatrix will pop up. Click "Edit a Local Copy".
Thats the easy solution for creating a local copy and redeploying it.

Can't build tp_smapi package under custom kernel, built ok with stock

I followed this guide and built a custom kernel http://wiki.archlinux.org/index.php/Cus … n_with_ABS (with the PKGBUILD file found in this page).
Basically I changed the LOCALVERSION while config kernel module, and changed processor type to Pentium M, exclude some drivers.
Now I can't build tp_smapi package with yaourt -S, gives me error:

However it builds fine if run the stock Arch kernel.
This package depends on kernel26-headers, it pulls this down and installed, but itself is failed.
I believe the error is due to it requires the kernel26-headers as the other AUR packages don't.

I wanted to build a kernel26-ice with tp_smapi included as I would love to have more than one kernel on my system. However, I do not find any information on patching the kernel with such patch. Can anyone guide me to the right direction?

Excuse me for any inconvenience, I found, that kernel26-zen may be what I am looking for as it uses tp_smapi as a patch.

Hello,
If I was to do it and under the exposed conditions I would have to make a batch input report that would create a cut in your infotype from the currency change start date and record - convert all previous record to new currency.
There is a few standard program created back when the euro came into play that you could have a look at so to replicate behavior for your custom infotype. Report is RPUEMU00, you could have a look at subroutines PROCESS_INFOTYPE_TABLES, PROCESS_PA0015, or maybe just custom abap logic will suit you better.

Jabber for windows 9.2.1 - InitialPhoneSelection doesn't work if configuration is in custom config file

Hi,
my customer wanted set InitialPhoneSelection to deskphone mode, when users firs run Jabber for Windows (ver. 9.2.1).
I created custom config (configurationfile=jabber-config-deskphone.xml) but it doesn't work.
Policies>
<InitialPhoneSelection>deskphone</InitialPhoneSelection>
</Policies>
I tested it couple times and at the end I tried put configuration to default jabber-config.xml and ... this functionality start working...
Could you check guys if you have same problem with custom config file? I think that it is bug. Maybe other option don't work in custom config file.

This setting is only when the client is installed and started by the user for the first time. After that the client will save the user preference (what was the phone selection when the user exited the client) and use it in subsequent logins.
Having said that, can you please specify in details how exactly you did your tests or maybe test again taking the above into consideration ?

In the second week of july I was taking the Jdeveloper/Jheadstart course at Oracle Netherlands. During that course we were asked to split the faces-config. After splitting it, we were not able to find the navigation rules that were defined in the first faces-config in the web.xml. The Jdeveloper IDE was confused........
However, we were able to use the navigation rules (type in manualy) and that worked in the application.
I talked about it with Steven Davelaar and he thought it might be a bug. I don't know if it's reported, and I don't know if it's fixed.
So, if you get confused.... it works, but Jdeveloper might have some problems with it.

I was wondering, in CF8 for cftextarea(richtext) is there a way to have multiple myconfig.js files. Is there a some sort of variable I can use to put in the directive
FCKConfig.CustomConfigurationsPath = 'myconfig.js' ;
For instance. My application is running in /myforms/myapp/ and if I make FCKConfig.CustomConfigurationsPath = '/myforms/myapp/myconfig.js' it works but it will force all other instances of fckeditor to the same config file. What I would like is something along the lines of FCKConfig.CustomConfigurationsPath = MyAppPathVariable + 'myconfig.js' so that I can have multiple custom config files for separate instances of the editor.
This is the concept that I am going after, but obviously this will not work
FCKConfig.CustomConfigurationsPath = ExpandPath('.') + '/myconfig.js' ;
Is there a way to do this the way I have shown here, or some other way would suffice as well.

When I duplicate or copy slides, my custom theme images turn into big grey boxes with an 'x' through them and a question mark in the middle in their new destination. When I go look at the master slides, I see that there are now two sets of masters, one for the my custom theme and a new one just like it, but with no images.

OK, got it ... the Power ON Factory reset procedures might have changed with GB ...
To get to a Factory reset using the Power up method:
1. Power Off phone
2. Press & Hold the HOME Button
3. Press and Hold the Power ON button.
You come up to the Triangle with the Exclamation mark & android guy.
Press BOTH the Up and Down Buttons at the same time. This brings up the Blue menu of options.
use the Up/Down arrows to scroll thru the choices. Press the POWER Button to Select the menu item you choose.
You can harmlessly test this and just choose to Reboot without doing anything, just to see how it works in case you ever need to do this in the future.
edit: It was concluded in the test group that they changed this process to align it with the new DX2 as the camera button isn't hard-wired like it is in the DX. So likely they just wanted to make this process the same for both platforms. At least it sounds like a good reason...

Can create new cache with new cache config xml to existing cache server?

currently there is coherence cache server running with its own cache config file.
Can I create another cache with new cache config file?
If so, do I need add my own cache config file and pof file to the server?
so during cache server start up, it can load cache config and pof config file?

Yes, when you want to load your own cache configuration you can use something like
export CLASSPATH=coherence.jar
java -Xms512m -Xmx512m -Dtangosol.coherence.cacheconfig=my-cache-config.xml com.tangosol.net.DefaultCacheServerby using the system parameter tangosol.coherence.cacheconfig you can add your own cache configuration. Note that
the POF configuration is loaded when you are referring to it in your cache configuration.

Can't get webutil working on AS

As topic, I can't get webutil working on the application server. I can run individual forms or sessions that do not utilise webutil. As soon as I have baseHTMLjinitiator/baseHTMLjpi/baseHTML defined in the bit of the formsweb.cfg that I am using, I get this problem. The webutiljini.htm etc are located in the forms/server directory as they should be.
I've got it working fine on my 10.1.2 developer suite XP platform.
I've been trying without success on the App Server. Version 10.1.2 under Win2003
I have been right through the installation instructions several time trying to see what I have missed.
I have installed version 1.0.6 of webutil and version 1.8 of jacob.
I try and run the wu_test_106 form, and all I get is "Applet Started" at the bottom of the browser window, and a blank browser window.
My URL is

Form your post it doesn't look like jacob.jar is being loaded. Can you confirm that you have the following files in the <ORACLE_AS>/forms directory:
java\
 jacob.jar
 frmwebutil.jar
webutil\
 d2kwut60.dll
 jacob.dllAlso open up your default.env file and check that
ORACLE_HOME -- is correct
FORMS_PATH -- has the path where wu_test_106.fmx is located
WEBUTIL_CONFIG -- is correct (I've experienced what you describe when this path was invalid)
CLASSPATH -- contains frmwebutil.jar

You can set the Boolean pref dom.event.clipboardevents.enabled to false on the about:config page or alternatively hold down Ctrl+C keys until the translate selection disappears that text in the left input text area start flashing.
