Can you verify I correctly went through the normalization process?

Hi, I am creating a table, and I wanted to go through normalization to get the best design. I followed the outline here:
Normalization - Oracle FAQ
Basically it is a table that will hold attributes that are based on a combination of catentry + country.
So if it were one table, it would be:
(Note that the PK is underlined in all tables)

This is not normalized at all, because it is not atomic, as I understand it. The reason being, There can be many certificationNumbers for a given catent+country. So I would be duplicating all the other data by having multiple rows in this case.
So to get to 1NF, I did this:

This is not in 2NF, because storeID is functionally dependent on country only, not catent+country.
So to get into 2NF, I did this:

i *think* I am also in 3NF here, because the non-key fields are wholly dependent on the composite primary keys. The third party fields may look like they could be dependent on non-key fields, but really they are not, the values in those fields depend on the catent+country completely.
Does this look correct? I know it is somewhat dependent on organizational knowledge, but as best as you can tell, did I go through this process correctly?

We can NOT tell if it is correct or not because that 'organizational knowledge' MUST BE taken into account.
For example I have NO IDEA what a 'catent' is or if that entity is related to some other entity in any of the tables.
Because I don't know that I can't tell if all of the attributes in a table containing 'catent' are related to it or not.
You have done a much better job than most though.

Well, the support document that you used to link here talks about restore error codes. Did you find the error code you received on that sheet? Do you have the latest version of iTunes loaded (v10.7) on the computer?

Looking at the examples posted in the documents, there are examples of qty 12 and qty 10, and no mention of minimum purchases. There also appears to be no price break for apps purchased through the program. So this is different from the 20+ program where you are getting volume discounts. Clearly it's more valuable for the 20-and-over market -- can you imagine creating and managing 500 accounts with 500 separate bills when you buy 500 copies of a 99-cent app? Aack!
The default way that the App Store is set up is totally oriented to individual private purchasers. The Apple ID is permanently linked to the app purchased, and you must know the username and password of the Apple ID that installed the app in order to update that app on that device. Oh, and you can't just use one Apple ID and password for every machine in your group.
I'm thinking of creating a naming scheme for Apple ID's -- one for each machine. I'll create an email address for each machine and then that becomes the Apple ID for that machine's App Store purchases [email protected], [email protected], [email protected], [email protected], [email protected], etc. Give them all the same password. Then all I have to worry about is if I need to shift around software and recombine them so that I end up with multiple Apple IDs on single machines...

I just installed IO 5.01., went through the configuration process, resynced with iTunes but now I can't get the ipad out of the configuration mode. O' on PC with XP home, SP3 installed. What am I doing wrong? Is there any way I can revert back to IO 4?

The first time I synced with the ipad I did go through "restore" from iTunes. The other options on the screen were "restore from iCloud" and "new ipad".
How do I do a restore now? With the ipad attached? Everytime I connect and disconnect the ipad to the cable, even with reboot, it takes me back to the same grey iPad configuration screen. Do I need to do a hard reset?

I am having the same problem, starting today (12/15). Here's a more complete description of my problem.
About two weeks ago, I changed the email address associated with my Apple ID. The old address had been taken over by spammers, so it had to go. I followed the procedure in Manage My Apple ID, and everything seemed fine until today.
I am running Yosemite, 10.10.1 on an elderly Macbook Pro (2009)
I got a message saying I couldn't access iCloud and needed to log in in System Preferences. I tried logging in with my then correct password. After 3 tries I was locked out and told to use iForgot to reset my password. I used my recovery key and reset my password "successfully". My new password allows me to log into iCloud.com, iTunes on my Mac and on my iPhone 6, I am able to use my iCloud keychain on both devices, and I can log into Manage My Apple ID with the new password. I was also able to use the new password to log into iCloud on my iPhone. Access to iCloud drive from Pages appears to be working on my iPhone, but not on my Mac. I was also able to sign into the App Store on the Mac.
However, in System Preferences, I cannot log into iCloud and I cannot log into my iCloud mail account (both appear to use the same login). I get a message saying I have been blocked for security reasons and I need to reset my password. This is exactly the state I was in when I went and changed my password so it appears that the change didn't get communicated to system preferences. Without iCloud access, my apps that use iCloud for storage and/or syncing with iPhone apps are of limited usefulness. This may be key to the problem or at least a clue: System Preferences still thinks my Apple ID uses the old email address not the one it was changed to. The only way I know to change the address is through Manage My Apple ID
I tried rebooting by doing a full shutdown and restart, but it did not help. I also tried cursing at my Macbook but that did not help either.
I can use iCloud.com for mail and Documents since it recognizes my password. But this is at best a temporary work around. I'm off to check other sources for help. I'll report back when I know more.

To use iCloud you need OS X Lion 10.7.2 at least.
The first thing you have to do is to determine if your Mac can run it.

At this - THIS point I was "told" I needed the 64 bit version (I have a 64 bit Lenovo T431s laptop). My patience wearing thin... I returned to the Adobe site from which I had done everything to this point. NOTHING with regard to a choice of 32 or 64 bit! Looked closely at the info that came with the download card... again, nothing regarding 32 or 64 bit option. Outlined this matter to Identit-e customer service... they said I need to contact Adobe. Adobe site does not make it easy to do that. Anyone have a solution and/or a suggestion?

Leave it in the rice for at least a day and change the rice every other day or so. The rice and iPod should be in a sealed container.
Apple will exchange your iPod for a refurbished one for $149. They do not fix yours.

When electronics get emersed in liquid, it's not the actual water that causes them to break (although if you spilled something like coke with a bunch of sugar, the sugar would stay in the device even after the liquid of the coke dissolved). What breaks the device is if either it was on when it was emersed in water, or if you turn it on before all the water can evaporate. If so, the water will conduct the electricity between the wires and short circuit the device. If you weren't thick enough to try and turn your device on immediately after you took it out of the washing machine, then it should be fine if you just let the water evaporate. Another technique (to make the water evaporate faster and, on rare occassions, to save a device if you've turned if on while there was still water in it) is to put the device in rice and let it sit overnight. Hope this helps.
