Candy crush horror and thieves NO REPAIR AND NO SUPPORT App Store is useless too

For months now I've sent over 100 emails complaining about Candy Crush not working properly. I've received NO HELP. 0% besides automatic emails to watch the same videos.  I've sent them screen pictures SEVERAL times. They reply with the exact same email videos and screen shots. I've send numerous in the past 5 months and STILL NO REPAIR. Update and restore doesn't work and yet they want mè to send more money.  APP STORE is HORRIBLE IN HELPING too. WHERE IS SUPPORT!!! I've demanded refund and no one has responded. APPLE CUSTOMER SERVICE HAS BECOME THE WORST. MAKES ANDROID PHONES LOOK LIKE DIAMONDS. Candy crush is stocks should tank and everyone should report to BBB

On the technical point, Apple is the only party able to grant a refund. If they have refused, then I'm afraid no one here can help you. Good luck.
As to alerting others, this is not really the place for it. But for the sake of clarity, what are the issues you are having with the app that warrant spending the time to send over 100 emails?

    I updated my iPad 2 with the latest iOS 6 and now my App Store application does not work right.  The only part that does work is the genius, and the purchased, but I cannot search for any new apps now have the categories come up.  I don't know how else to search for apps, and I don't know how to download this as it was pre installed.

    Have you tried restarting or resetting your iPad?
    Restart: Press On/Off button until the Slide to Power Off slider appears, select Slide to Power Off and, after the iPad shuts down, then press the On/Off button until the Apple logo appears.
    Reset: Press the Home and On/Off buttons at the same time and hold them until the Apple logo appears (about 10 seconds). Ignore the "Slide to power off".

    It's not a bad install of Mountain Lion. I've had the same thing happen to me, but it affected not only Mail, but a variety of other programs including iPhoto and MS Office, where I had to delete preferences, caches, and reinstall the OS as well as the program itself. I'm still having issues with Mail, so I've gone to another program.
    Everything was fine upon the initial install. I restarted my iMac about two weeks after the install, and that's when the issues began to happen. I've reinstalled Mountain Lion twice, but the same issues arise.
    As I mentioned above, you'll need to figure out which preferences are causing the issue, then reinstall the program, as a fresh reinstallation will do you no good unless you wipe the drive completely.

    I have the same problem!  Let me know if you manage to sort it out.  My iPad did the same thing but to full restore from iTunes sorted that out. Have you tried that? No such luck with my iPhone.

    You must be signed into the Apple Store with your Apple ID or it won't work.

    Applecare Senior Advisor Txx Bxxx (I have his contact info in an email he just sent) just confirmed with me that the problem people are having with the App Store not loading is an apple issue with there servers, ITS NOT YOUR IPAD so don't go restoring it!   It's not happening to everyone however but they are looking into it, its really hit or miss.

    Try this first - Reset the iPad by holding down on the sleep and home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 seconds until the Apple Logo appears - ignore the red slider - let go of the buttons.
    This works for some users. Not sure why.
    Go to Settings>General>Date and Time> Set Automatically>Off. Set the date ahead by about a year.Then see if you can connect to the store.

    Additional things to try.
    Try this first. Turn Off your iPad. Then turn Off (disconnect power cord for 30 seconds or longer) the wireless router & then back On. Now boot your iPad. Hopefully it will see the WiFi.
    Go to Settings>Wi-Fi and turn Off. Then while at Settings>Wi-Fi, turn back On and chose a Network.

    Another thing to try - Go into your router security settings and change from WEP to WPA with AES.

    this will sound odd... but make sure your time zone is set correctly.... SETTING, GENERAL, DATE & TIME and make sure SET AUTOMATICALLY is turned ON... i had a similar problem and this fixed it.... good luck

    If you are encountering the original owner's Apple ID in conjuction with the installed version of OS X or the pre-bundled iLife apps, you will need to contact iTunes Customer Service and ask that they transfer your issue to the Account Security Team to release the software from the original owner's ID, so that you may accept the software into your own ID account.

    It will allow you to download again, but you do not have to do so.
    If you Sign Out and then Sign In does it still show these status marks?  Do you get the update red badge on the App Store icon, or only in the Purchases area?
