Cannot borrow the same book twice

I recently borrowed a library book but was unable to finish reading before it expired. So, I put my name in the waiting list and am now ready to read it again. However, ADE gives me a "Document license expired" error. Does this mean I can't borrow the same book twice?
Note that I've deleted all he books from my library, so there should be no record of the previous borrowing.

What Jim Lester is saying is that there's a problem with other software that
is causing this error, and Adobe and that software manufacturer are 'working
on it'. While that doesn't really answer your question, at least you know
it's not your fault.
I'd contact your library and tell them the problem you have. Maybe they've
worked out a solution that bypasses the software 'bug'.

I like to open the same RAW a second time on Photoshop 11.
Earlier in the Day it works to open the same file it a second time. I can open the Same Raw twice with different Setting. You know what i mean?
Since a few Minutes, it don't work. I reboot the Computer an Start Photoshop11 again. But i cannot open the same RAW twice. The Camera RAW Tool doesn't start if i like to open the Same file.
I also cannot open the Same JPG twice.
What happend???
I changed no settings of Photoshop.

So if it gets connected to a WiFi then gets disconnected for any reason, I cannot reconnect it to the same WiFi again as it cannot see that specific router again.
Unless, in my case, I turn on my Galaxy note 10.1 Tethering hotspot which it sees ALL the time then the Wifi router shows again so I can reconnect to it.
This happens at home and at work and at any other place... so No, there is no problem with my router or WiFi connection.
it is really getting to my nerves.
the whole purpose of me getting a MacAir is the light weight!
Now I have to carry my Galaxy Note 10.1 around with me, especially if I am going out, so I can get connected to WiFi!!

Try the following on your MBP, in order, until (hopefully) resolved:
1a. Delete Preferred Network(s)
System Preferences > Network > Wi-Fi > Advanced > Wi-Fi tab
Under "Preferred Networks," delete the network(s) you regularly use from the list.
1b. Delete AirPort Keychain Entries
Launch the "Keychain Access" application located in Applications/Utilties.
In the windows on the left side: Select login for Keychains and "All Items" for Category.
Click on the "Kind" filter at the top, and look for any "AirPort network password" entries...and delete them.
1c. Add Preferred Network(s)
System Preferences > Network > Wi-Fi > Advanced > Wi-Fi tab
Add the preferred network(s) using the "+" button.
Restart or log out then back in.
2. Move System Configuration Files
(Note: You will have to reestablish your network connections settings.)
Go to /Library/Preferences
Move the SystemConfiguration folder to the desktop.
Restart your Mac. (Note: OS X will rebuild the files that are now sitting on your desktop. If this doesn't resolve the issue, you can move the folder back to it's original location.)

When the first ipad came out i set it up and created an itunes account, since then she got an iphone and an ipad and everything was good. I had an android but wanted to try out the iphone. When i set it up ut jumpled all of our contacts, apps, and everythin. it was a mess.
Since, i purchased and ipad 2 and an iphone and to keep our stuff from combing i used a different computer and created an new apple ID for myself so our info wouldnt combine, I was wondering if i did the right thing or if i should have went about it a different way. I was going to see if there was a way when she purchased a song i could get it. I dont want to pay for the same song twice and only want to share songs. If i cant do this can i copy her library and paste it into my itunes??

Welcome to the world of digital media. Your can't really transfer it. I don't know what the rules are about transferring to your spouse but I do know that in some cases when you die, your heirs cannot inherit your digital media. This is why there is still an advantage to buying the CD since the usage rights belong to whomever holds the physical media.
A possible workaround is to burn the songs to a music CD with yout account (tracks only without song titles) and then having your wife upload it as a regular music CD onto her account. It's been a while since i've done this so I'm not sure if it would work now.
Please note that I'm not advocating copyright and/or TOS violations. I'm only suggesting ways to copy music for your own personal use which has traditonally been permitted. I only did this because I wanted to convert iTunes songs to mp3 files so I could burn them onto a data CD for use in my car. It would make sense that since married couples are a joint entity, this would be personal use.
Also, I'm not a lawyer so don't take this as legal advice.

HT1977 I recently purchased audiobook on my iPod via iTunes Store. I've gone through hoops (trying to pull it on my iTunes account, trying to update purchases directly on my iPhone, but I have no luck downloading the same book to my iPhone.

When I try to search for the same book on iTunes store it gives me an option to buy book and there is no warning or indication of this book being purchased by me already. I can go on and ask Apple to reimburse me for the second transaction, but it's a headache.

Hi all! I have a button that performs a specific function .All I would like to do is prevent the user to push the same button twice. I tried already to include a 'disable button' built in function but it can't work from within.

I would set the button to be disabled before you call your function, but I suppose it doesn't matter. You need to change those navigable properties on the button to NO. You cannot change the Enabled status of the button if it is the current item. Keyboard Navigable and Mouse Navigate should both be set to NO.

I keep getting calls from non existing area codes and phone numbers. They are never the same number twice. How do I stop this?

About a week ago I started getting phone calls on my cell phone from numbers that do not exist, including the area codes. I can not report these to the Do Not Call list because the area code is non existent. I'm getting these calls all the time now and never from the same number twice so there's no point in blocking them. If I answer I may or may not get a person who has an accent from India so heavy that I can't understand what they are saying. This is getting to the point where I just want to cry I'm so frustrated. Anyone else having this issue or does anyone know how to stop it?

Can I use the same SSI twice in same page?

Hey all,
i'm having a problem whereby several SSI's are not showing on my page.
I'm wondering if it's because the instances that are not showing are the ones called the second time round.
Before i start posting code etc, i just wondered if it was actually not possible to call the same SSi more than one time on a page.
I can't seem to find documentation stating this anywhere.

Edit 1: I tested using a new unique SSI (i.e. one that wasn't called anywhere else on teh page, and it doesn't show either... so I've started a new thread where i post my code here: http://forums.adobe.com/message/5345250#5345250
Edit 2: I guess i didn't test properly initially. It seems it is NOT possible to use the same SSI twice on a page... What a bummer!!!

This issue was resolved in a different thread where s member supplied the following information...
t's certainly possible depending on the PHP command which you use as the include directive.
<?php require_once('includes/include-address.php'); ?> will only include the file once
<?php require('includes/include-address.php'); ?> will include the file more than once
<?php include('includes/include-address.php'); ?> will include the file more than once
Each has its own rules and quirks.
