Cannot create storage target

I regularly receive this error message when trying to save a file that already exists - that is to say, overwriting an existing file after modifying it:
When it occurs I simply press CTRL+S and save it that way.
I'd be grateful for any clues as it means nothing to me.
Regards.

Hi Simon,
I've tried to recreate the problem without any luck (perhaps not surprising, as it would be more widely reported if it was that easy to occur).
I found one other reported instance of this problem where it was also on a server machine, and one where the save was on the D: drive, so I'm not sure that the remote save is causing the problem (saving on network is a common scenario).
You could try repairing DIAdem which may solve the problem, but if the CTRL+S is working ok for you, it might be best just to continue with that for the future.

  • Cannot create FPGA target

    (Apologies, but this somehow ended up in the IF-RIO folder! This happens to me a lot...)
    I'm following the National Instruments help guide to create an FPGA targeted project, but I cannot see any FPGA targets in the Add Targets and Devices list. Ultimately, I want to add a compact FieldPoint system (no hardware yet) to the project.
    This is the help page:
    Step 4. Instructs to expand the FPGA Target folder. As you can see from my targets list, there is no such folder.
    I have everything (literally) installed from our latest Full Development Suite of LabVIEW 8.6, on my Windows XP Pro system.
    Am I missing something?

    Most likely, both of you have a software install issue.
    First, verify you have LabVIEW FPGA Installed in your Measurement & Automation Explorer Software tab.
    Once this is installed, you must install the latest NI-RIO driver(can be found on our website, latest version is 3.1.1). If you install the NI-RIO driver BEFORE you have LVFPGA installed, then it will not add support since it detects that you wont need it.
    Once you have that installed both of these, you should be able to right click on My Computer in the project tree and add the device.
    For a quick check if you did this correctly, if you can find FPGA examples in the example finder, then you have installed it correctly. If you cannot find FPGA examples, then you have not.

  • Cannot create target element /Invoice. Values missing in queue context.

    Hi Experts,
    I am working on Idoc to File scenario using SAP PI 7.1. In this scenario I am mapping Invoic02 Idoc with Invoice xsd. I am able to test the mapping in ESR with status as success.
    In ID Tools --> Test Configuration I used the same payload and tried testing the configuration step by step. while executing I am getting an error at Operation Mapping saying "Runtime exception occurred during application mapping com/sap/xi/tf/_MM_SRM_Hubwoo_Invoice_; com.sap.aii.mappingtool.tf7.IllegalInstanceException: Cannot create target element /Invoice. Valuesmissing in queue context. Target XSD requires a v~"
    Even though the mapping is getting executed successfully in ESR, I am not able to fix this issue. Need your inputs in resolving the same.

    Hi ,
    issue"Can not create the target element   value missing the queue context'.
    reason for this issue:
    Target field expecting some value from sender field. so in testing your not getting  any data from source field  for this reason your getting that issue.
    Solution:
    In mapping use node function:Mapwith deafault between source and taget fileds.
    Then activate mapping . now excute the scenario it  will properly without that issue.
    Cheers,

  • Cannot create target element(Runtime exception occurred during application

    Hi ,
    this is IDOC TO HTTP Scenario. in error description it is shoein g below error.
    Runtime exception occurred during application
    Cannot create target element (inbound)
    please advice
    thank you.

    Copy the payload from sxmb_moni and test it in the mapping tool using debug mode. I suspect some mandatory elements in target structure requires value but it is missing during mapping. Sometime sender data structure due to values are not getting at runtime does not create target structure element. Check all the individual fields in the mapping tool.

  • How did i solve "Cannot create target element" but still having problems.

    Hi Experts,
    I solved my problem of "Cannot create target element" by removing of the data type structure the following fields :
    DT_AS400_1 -> Complex Type
    Payroll      1..1   (Should i put 0..0?)
       ->  Row  0..Unbounded And then Fields to be passed.
    I can't figure how pi can't detect the fields, i use them pretty often.
    Any Suggestions,
    Thanks for your help,
    Regards,
    Steve.

    Hi Steve,
    Check if input message, has the field that is producing the output.
    Therefore, if you don't have any input to fill the structure root, you can fill it with an empty constant.

    Hi
    The easiest solution will be , write an simple java map for your response mapping.
    Please provide your target structure , if you need any help on the java mapping.
    Sample code:
    Response message from web service
    target msg:
    java code:
    package com.sap;
    import javax.xml.parsers.DocumentBuilder;
    import javax.xml.parsers.DocumentBuilderFactory;
    import javax.xml.transform.Result;
    import javax.xml.transform.Source;
    import javax.xml.transform.Transformer;
    import javax.xml.transform.TransformerFactory;
    import javax.xml.transform.dom.DOMSource;
    import javax.xml.transform.stream.StreamResult;
    import org.w3c.dom.Document;
    import org.w3c.dom.Element;
    import org.w3c.dom.Node;
    import org.w3c.dom.NodeList;
    import com.sap.aii.mapping.api.AbstractTransformation;
    import com.sap.aii.mapping.api.StreamTransformationException;
    import com.sap.aii.mapping.api.TransformationInput;
    import com.sap.aii.mapping.api.TransformationOutput;
    public class populateResponseMessage extends AbstractTransformation {
          public void transform(TransformationInput arg0, TransformationOutput arg1)
                      throws StreamTransformationException {
                try {
                      DocumentBuilderFactory tfactory = DocumentBuilderFactory

                      Document doc = tbuilder.parse(arg0.getInputPayload()

  • Creating a target group based on the BP email address only in CRM

    Hi there,
    I am currently trying to create a target group based on the business partner email address only.
    I have a list of over 1000 email addresses - these email addresses equate to a BP in our CRM system, however I do not have a list of the equivalent business partner numbers, all I have to work on are the email addresses.  With these 1000 BP email addresses I need to update the marketing attributes of each of these 1000 BP records in CRM.
    What I need is a method to find the 1000 BP numbers based on the email addresses and then use the marketing expert tool (tx. CRMD_MKT_TOOLS) to change the marketing attributes on all of the 1000 BPs.
    The issue I am having is how can I find the list of BP numbers just based on the BP email address, I tried creating an infoset based on table BUT000, BUT020 and ADR6 but I after creating attribute list & data source for this I am stuck on what to do next. In the attribute list the selection criteria does not allow me to import a file for the selection range.  I can only enter a value but I have 1000 email addresses and cannot possibly email them manually in the filter for the attribute list.   I also looked at imported a file into the target group but I do not have any BP numbers so this will not work.
    Does anyone know a method where I can create a target group based on the email addresses only without having to do any code?
    Any help would be most appreciated.
    Kind regard
    JoJo

    In your config.log:
    /usr/bin/ld: cannot find -lmswsock
    /usr/bin/ld: cannot find -lws2_32
    /usr/bin/ld: cannot find -lole32
    /usr/bin/ld: cannot find -loleaut32
    /usr/bin/ld: cannot find -lpsapi
    /usr/bin/ld: cannot find -lversion
    /usr/bin/ld: cannot find -ladvapi32
    /usr/bin/ld: cannot find -lwinmm
    /usr/bin/ld: cannot find -lkernel32
    Try find these files which package provides!
    Edit: maybe package 'wine' provides this but as I see these libs are in /usr/lib/wine.

  • Why do I get "Cannot create file" message in my download manager when I attempt to install Firefox?

    I'm running Mac OS 10.4.11 on a 1.6 GHz PowerPC G5 Mac. I uninstalled Firefox 3.6 from my according to directions on the Mozilla website. And I deleted my Firefox profile folder contained in the Home> Library> Application Support folder. Every time I attempt a clean install of Firefox 3.6.13.dmg, I get the following message: "Cannot create file."

  • [SOLVED]C compiler cannot create executables DUE TO MISSING DEV. PACKS

    Hi there, I was trying to build "lib32-libpcap" from AUR using yaourt when the gcc(?) reported an error as following:

    Am running a up-to-date x64 Arch with [multilib] enabled; perhaps it's a silly mistake I made somewhere but I'm no dev and so cannot figure out what went wrong in the config.log....please help with your kindness and thanks in advance!

    Well...at least as up-to-date as on March 2nd(when I did last system-wide upgrade); trying to update system tonight to see whether this works.
    stronnag wrote:If you have multilib and testing enabled, you also need  multilib-testing, otherwise (as I know from bitter experience), you get these hard to track down errors.
    Nope I didn't enable [testing]; I've discovered some packages in [multilib], namely gcc-multilib or something similar(with the -multilib subfix) and some of these packages belong to the group "multilib-devel". Is installing these packages a must for compiling 32-bit packages?
