Cannot get af:clientListener to work

Question

Hi,
I'm trying to use a clientListener in order to change a value of an outputText. This is actually an example i found in the forum, but I'm trying to get it to work just to see how the clientListener works in action. I can't get it to work though. The page does not render at all. My belief is has something to do with the tag space? <af:document> etc belongs to http://xmlns.oracle.com/adf/faces, while <af:clientListener> belongs to http://xmlns.oracle.com/adf/faces/rich. Does that matter? The page renders when using http://xmlns.oracle.com/adf/faces (without the clientlistener of course). Sorry for such a n00b question!
