I am facing the problem that my UWL is not working. In the trace log I can see the following message:
Cannot provide the current ABAP master system because the responsible system landscape could not provide the system object.
Could someone tell me how to set up the system for th SAP_LocalSystem? It could be that I deleted a system to much

Hi,
check in the Portal System landscape your system with the alias name SAPReferenceSystem especially the Logonmethod that is maintained there in. Is it saplogonticket or UIDPWD?
In case of UID/PWD change the logonmethod to Saplogonticket. Then you will see the system to choose as referenece system as only systems are shown in the reference system drop down box which have the logonmethod saplogonticket maintained.
Select the system as reference system afterwards and check if the mappings are working fine after a restart of the J2EE engine. You will need to restart the j2ee engine in order to make the reference
system change active.

The current Domain Controller is the Operations Master. To Transfer the Operations Master to a different Domain
Controller, you need to target Active Directory Schema to that Domain Controller.

Based on an online post, I tried the following and it worked for me:
1. Windows 7: Control panel > Device Manager
2. Right click my PC's name > "scan for hardware changes"
3. Restart iTunes
4. Restart IPad
5. Connect IPad
6. Still I got the same error
7. Restart iTunes
8. Restart IPad
9. Connect IPad
10. It worked and I was able to sync the apps!!
Prior to this I had removed few apps, not sure that was a trigger.
System: IPad 1, IOS 5.x

It doesn't sound like the PDF was password protected (or Adobe Reader would prompt you for a password). Instead, it sounds like that file may be marked locked by your operating system. Are you on Mac OS or Windows? In either case, here are instructions for removing the lock icon from the file:
Remove the Lock Icon from a Folder in Windows 7 (check Microsoft's website if you have a different version of Windows)
On Mac OS, select the file in the Finder, and choose File > Get Info. Then, just deselect the Lock checkbox.

Try this: launch iPhoto with the Option key held down and create a new, test library. Import some photos and check to see if the same problem persists. It the problem persists make a temporary, backup copy (if you don't already have a backup copy) of the library and try the following:
1 - delete the iPhoto preference file, com.apple.iPhoto.plist, that resides in your
User/Home()/Library/ Preferences folder.
2 - delete iPhoto's cache file, Cache.db, that is located in your
User/Home()/Library/Caches/com.apple.iPhoto folder.

3 - launch iPhoto and try again.
NOTE: If you're moved your library from its default location in your Home/Pictures folder you will have to point iPhoto to its new location when you next open iPhoto by holding down the Option key when launching iPhoto. You'll also have to reset the iPhoto's various preferences.
If the new library does'nt have that problem then your original library is damaged. Post back if that's the case and we'll go from there.

I'm sorry about your loss.
Are you trying to recover data from this iPad, or to set it up as new (erase everything on it, and simply use the iPad as if it were brand new as your new iPad)?
If the latter, you can place the iPad into recovery mode as shown here. You may have to try this several times:

I wiped it out and restored from backup but I am still getting the same message.

I uninstalled and reinstalled iTunes and that fixed it. Here are the specific instructions that I was given.

1. Go to Microsoft website to fix install and Unistall problems. Click "Run now" from Fix it to remove all iTunes & related installer files:

Be aware that Windows Installer CleanUp Utility will not remove the actual program from your computer. However, it will remove the installation files so that you can start the installation, upgrade, or uninstall over.

Use the Control Panel to uninstall iTunes and related software components in the following order:

QuickTime
Apple Software Update

I'm pretty sure it's a bug in either iOS 6 or iTunes 10.7. I kept getting it until I quit iTunes and re-ran it again. I then started sync from the iPad itself.
