Cannot update my software
I have the bb z10 I have been trying for months now to update my phone software, I keep getting notifications on my phone to update to version 10.1.0.4181 on blackberry link it says the lastest update is 10.2.0.484 but everytime I try via blackberry link I get an error, it gets to 40% and gives me an upate encounted an error message. Im running off a uncapped 10mb line speed so I dont think its my internet line, If I try updating via my phone it says its too big to run manually. Please help me, its getting rather frustrating now as Ive been trying for so long.

Please try the below procedure ...
This requires you have a a Windows PC computer.
Disconnect your BlackBerry10 device from the PC.
On the PC, turn off your BlackBerry Link and turn off the BlackBerry Desktop Software.
Open your Internet Explorer (Firefox may also work) and navigate to www.BlackBerry.com/updates, Down the webpage , select the "Check for Updates" link.
Connect your BlackBerry10 device with which you're having problems.
On the BlackBerry10 device , press and hold the top edge power button for 10 seconds until it is complete off, and then turn on by pressingthe the power button again.
You will see a prompt appear and the BlackBerry smartphone will appear in a dropdown list just after the LED turns red. You should see "USB: UNKNOWN or USB: BlackBerry (PIN)
When you see that prompt, as soon as possible, click on the OK Button.
After these previous steps have been completed, there will be displayed a message: "Checking for BlackBerry Device Software updates. The BlackBerry 10 smartphone will now power itself off after 120 seconds."
After that period, the BlackBerry10's LED is supposed to be lit green.
Wait until after you see the LED turn green. Then, there will appear a prompt to install BlackBerry Device Software.
Follow the remaining prompts to complete the install of the operating system.
When the installation has completed the BlackBerry will commence the boot process.
Please update the result after applied..

Surely I am able to connect to the help function when Icontact the website
of AdobeLR5.The problem is as follows,
When I open LR5 on my computer and work with it and try to open the help
function in the software, I don't get it.
When I bought the CD I was naiv enough to believe that I get an independent
working software. I learned in the meantime, that the seller does not allow
to work with, without being connected to them.
I don't believe that I am paranoid, but I like to buy something and use it
without to inform the supplier that I do it. Otherwise I could have bought
the license fpr LR5 via internet.

Temporarily disable ALL of your anitvirus/antispyware software or in your AV software turn off iPod scanning.

When I try to download free updates for apps, I've suddenly started getting an error message saying "You cannot update this software since you have not owned the major version of this software".
But I HAVE owned the software, for ages. (And, in any case, the apps in question are all free.)
And I don't have multiple Apple IDs.
What can I do?
Any advice much appreciatedThis can occur if you bought the machine used and iLife was reinstalled with another AppleID.
This also can occur if the "free apps" you downloaded have paid upgraded versions and/or are now payware and you can't get updates.
All software from MAS is copy protected, it might be free as in "no charge" but it's not free in the sense you can share it with others. -

i cannot update the software , it is always unsuccessfuluse ATV and go to TEST your network. Keep trying until you choose the correct speed for your network then the test will be successful. Then do the software update.

Same here. Just becoming a nightmare. Updated iTunes and now can't update apps it itself is showing as available updates. Count me in on the latest "You can not update this software since you have not owned the major version of this software." bug.
Next I have to post about a new problem in iPhoto on a new thread.... it lost the "link" between some but not all photos I have in the library and what it itself posted to FaceBook a few hours ago...

Until recently, I have not encountered this problem. And I am facing this problem for both my iPad and iPhone.
I only have 1 iTunes account and the most recent change was that I switched the location from Singapore to UK (I'm currently in the UK). I also updated my applications a couple of times before since the change in location, so I doubt it's due to the location change. I've tried signing out of the account in the iTunes accounts on the devices, then signing back in. I've also tried restarting the devices (and for the iPad, I even updated the iOS).
Any idea what else I can do to try to rectify this?

1. Yup, my iOS is the latest (6.0.1), and I have 7 apps on my iPhone that apparently have updates. But it's been 6.0.1 for quite some time and I've also been able to update the apps till just this week.
2. I don't have a credit card associated with my account anymore. Ever since I changed the location, I removed the credit card details. But I didn't have problems with any of my apps (updating or downloading new ones) until this week. Also, all the apps I've downloaded since I came to the UK are free apps.
I still don't know what's wrong. -

how to get rid of this error, tried googling it but seems nobody is able to resolve the sameYou need to delete all Apps installed via that guy's ID, else ask him for his password. Thereafter, log off out of his ID.
Login with your ID. Install Apps via own ID. That gives you complete ownership. -
What can I do to update iphoto app I keep getting this message:

To go from v 8.1 to v 8.1.2 is an update and is free.
