Cant burn a cd, keeps saying medium disc write error
begins to burn cd then stops halfway through and says medium disc write error, computer is under a year old
Could you post your diagnostics for us please?
In iTunes, go "Help > Run Diagnostics". Uncheck the boxes other than DVD/CD tests, as per the following screenshot:
... and click "Next".
When you get through to the final screen:
... click the "Copy to Clipboard" button and paste the diagnostics into a reply here.

It sure sounds to me like something on the iPod is broken. If it's under warranty then I would send it back for repair. If not, check out some of the web repair services, such as iPodResQ etc. -

I cannot down load Yosemite from the App Store. It keeps saying there is an error. I have Mavericks installed now. Can I download Yosemite anywhere else besides the App Store?
Launch the Console application in any of the following ways:
☞ Enter the first few letters of its name into a Spotlight search. Select it in the results (it should be at the top.)
☞ In the Finder, select Go ▹ Utilities from the menu bar, or press the key combination shift-command-U. The application is in the folder that opens.
☞ Open LaunchPad. Click Utilities, then Console in the icon grid.
Select
/var/log ▹ appstore.log
from the hierarchical list on the left. If you don't see that list, select
View ▹ Show Log List
from the menu bar.
Each message in the log begins with the date and time when it was entered. Select the messages from the last installation or update attempt, starting from the time when you initiated it. If you're not sure when that was, click the Clear Display button in the toolbar of the Console window and then try the installation again.
Copy the messages to the Clipboard by pressing the key combination command-C. Paste into a reply to this message (command-V).
If there are runs of repeated messages, post only one example of each. Don’t post many repetitions of the same message.
☞ The log contains a vast amount of information, almost all of it useless for solving any particular problem. When posting a log extract, be selective. A few dozen lines are almost always more than enough.

I recently purchased an album on itunes and it keeps saying there is an error downloading?
It keeps saying there was an error when I try and download and to check my network connection. The itunes store works fine and so does my internet, I have restarted my computer and itunes it still won't work. Does anyone know how to fix this or how I can file a complaint to itunes or something?

First try resetting your iPad and then try updating again.
Reset the iPad by holding down on the sleep and home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 seconds until the Apple Logo appears - ignore the red slider if it appears on the screen - let go of the buttons. Let the iPad start up.
If it still will not work, try updating using iTunes. But before you do that, disable your firewall and your antivirus software, then try the update again. -

We can sometimes get past this particular message by reregistering the Windows Installer Service.
First, launch a command prompt as an administrator. In your Start search, type cmd then right-click on the cmd that comes up and select "Run as administrator".
If you have a 32 bit system
At the command prompt:
Type %windir%\system32\msiexec.exe /unregister and hit enter.
Type %windir%\system32\msiexec.exe /regserver and hit enter.
Restart the PC and try another install.
If you have a 64-bit system
At the command prompt:
Type %windir%\system32\msiexec.exe /unregister and hit enter.
Type %windir%\syswow64\msiexec.exe /unregister and hit enter.
Type %windir%\system32\msiexec.exe /regserver and hit enter.
Type %windir%\syswow64\msiexec.exe /regserver and hit enter.
Restart the PC and try another install. -
My 4s wont update to the new ISO 7.0.2 - Keeps saying there is an error...
My 4s updated to ISO 7 fine. But it wont update to the 7.0.2. It keep saying it has an error.
If I have time at the weekend I'll try to pop into a store but I don't think it will happen this weekend!

Tried to update iphone - crash - now it won't sync - disc write error
I think the title says it all. Sync error and all info lost. Now disc write error when trying to recover/restore.
Might be a damaged backup file. To find out, locate your backup folder and copy the whole folder to a safe place.
Windows Vista and Windows 7: \Users\(username)\AppData\Roaming\Apple Computer\MobileSync\Backup\
After that delete the latest backup in iTunes/Preferences/Devices and try again to restore. You may have to connect in recovery mode to restore iPhone and iPod touch: Unable to restore -

What version of Premiere Elements are you using and on what computer operating system is it running?
I suspect that you are using a Premiere Elements version earlier than 11.
Those versions earlier than 11 are no longer associated with a Sign In. Ignore or cancel out of any messages that ask
you to Sign In. You will be able to import, edit, and export using the program.
The Sign In was associated with "photoshop.com" which has been discontinued within Premiere Elements 7, 8, 9, and 10.
Also note, that the photoshop.com plus members only content is no longer available.
The Error 400 matter is not a new one. How long have you been working with the program that is giving you this Error 400 message
today?
