Cant get into my previous account, email no longer...

Please help me! I basically need it reset or something! Cant access previous account as email no longer exists and cant remember password.

    To change the iCloud ID you have to go to Settings>iCloud, tap Delete Account, provide the password for the old ID when prompted to turn off Find My iPhone, then sign back in with the ID you wish to use.  If you don't know the password for your old ID, or if it isn't accepted, go to https://appleid.apple.com, click Manage my Apple ID and sign in with your current iCloud ID.  Click edit next to the primary email account, change it back to your old email address and save the change.  Then edit the name of the account to change it back to your old email address.  You can now use your current password to turn off Find My iPhone on your device, even though it prompts you for the password for your old account ID. Then save any photo stream photos that you wish to keep to your camera roll.  When finished go to Settings>iCloud, tap Delete Account and choose Delete from My iDevice when prompted (your iCloud data will still be in iCloud).  Next, go back to https://appleid.apple.com and change your primary email address and iCloud ID name back to the way it was.  Now you can go to Settings>iCloud and sign in with your current iCloud ID and password.

    To anyone who can help,
         I set up an iTunes on my computer so I could buy songs from a bigger screen. Which exactly what I intended to do. I enter in my hard earned 50 dollar gift card ready to start jamming to much needed new songs, when it says not only do I need my password but also to answer the security questions. Dang. This account was set up by my sister a long time ago, it's now used by everyone, I don't know the security question answers. I was so excited to start rocking out to my new songs that I just start guessing instead of waiting a day to talk to my now moved out, sister. Wrong guess after wrong guess and I get locked out. No big deal, I will just reset the questions through the email, but remember how this account was set up by my sister? She used her email as the account ID. Well, I ask her to open the email account and sort this whole mess out for me, which is when I am informed she stopped using that email a long time ago and can't log in anymore. So, I think maybe the safety email will have the information I need but there is no email from iTunes in that account either. I am at a loss of what to do. I love iTunes, and use it a lot, but that doesn't mean that I can afford to pay 29 dollars to get this sorted out. I could really use some help, life is so dull without my music!!

    Hi, I am desperate!  Someone has hacked and taken over my skype account!  I had to create a new account just to make this post!  I can't get into my other account at all as he has changed it to his details and email address, so I can't just login and change the password. Can anyone please shed any light on how I can stop him and take back control of my account asap.  he is hacking into all my contacts and asking for money and probably getting their username and passwords too.  i have sent in a ticket but that could take forever.  HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!     Hi. I just bought my iPad 2 and started setting up the mail. Everything went fine, until i noticed tjat i couldnt send emails. When i went back to mail, contact, calender it throws me back to the start menu.? I Can get into All other account settings? I udgraded and All?

    Here are the basic things that you can try.
    Quit the Settings app and restart. Go to the home screen first by tapping the home button. Quit/close open apps by double tapping the home button and the task bar will appear with all of you recent/open apps displayed at the bottom. Tap and hold down on any app icon until it begins to wiggle. Tap the minus sign in the upper left corner to close the apps. Restart the iPad. Restart the iPad by holding down on the sleep button until the red slider appears and then slide to shut off. To power up hold the sleep button until the Apple logo appears and let go of the button.
    Reset the iPad by holding down on the sleep and home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 seconds until the Apple Logo appears - ignore the red slider - let go of the buttons.

    To resolve this issue, from the Safari menu, choose Preferences > Privacy. Then, choose an option other than Always for blocking cookies.

    I'm having a very similar problem.
    I'm based in the U.K. and am trying to publish an iBook through the iTunes bookstore. I have made my book in iBooks author 2.0. My iTunes is up to date.
    When I try and publish the iBook I have passed and ticked the Pre Publish Check; and the Create Account, but when I try and download iTunes Producer through iTunes Connect I'm told "Your Apple ID does not have permission to access iTunes Content."
    When I try and re-set my iTunes Store account I'm told "The iTunes Store Account has already applied to distribute content on the iBookstore." Of course it has I just did that.
    If I try and sign in to iTunes Connect through the Publishing pane I'm told "Your ID or Password was entered incorrectly." Even though I've just used it to sign into iTunes (and here), so my password and Apple ID work fine elsewhere.
    Is my access to the iTunes Connect being delayed while my submission is processed, i.e. the processing of my tax and account details? Or am I stuck in a loop?
    If this is still processing (I started this 20 hours ago) I assume that I have to submit the book itself when I can download iTunes Producer at a later date, as I haven't submitted the book yet?
    I emailed the problem to iTunes Store and was refered to [email protected], only for them to say they don't read or reply to emails sent to that address??????
    I'm not sure which part of the process I've reached - if any. I feel I'm in limbo. I have an iBook ready to go - but where is Apple?
    Any help would be most welcome.

    The received emails should show in two locations:
    1. In the All Inboxes tab of Mail.
    2. The Inbox for each mail account,
    If your emails are not showing in these locations try quitting the mail app and then reset your iPhone.
    Go to the Home screen and double click the Home button. That will reveal the row of recently used apps at the bottom of the screen. Tap and hold on the app in question until it wiggles and displays a minus sign. Tap the minus sign to actually quit the app. Then tap anywhere on the screen above that bottom row to return the screen to normal.
    To reset your device. Press and hold the Home and Sleep buttons simultaneously ignoring the red slider should one appear until the Apple logo appears. Let go of the buttons and let the device restart. See if that fixes your problem.

    I moved during the summer. I changed to highspeedand & when I set my computer up it told me that my email address was already in use so I had to change it(????) I changed from jkady to [email protected] I tried to change it on firefox but it would not except the new name and I could not get into my old account.I need all my addresses and would like to cancel the old account but I can not get into it. This is very frustrating!!!!! I need my addresses!!!!!!!!

    I logged in changed the primary E-Mail address to a different one, vertified it then tried to log in it said either to send an E-Mail to veritify again or to do my security questions, so I choose to do the security questions and put in my Birthday like it asked and it said that it was wrong and I had to authenticate it to get in, why is it so hard to just set up a Apple ID really though!
    So I tried the E-Mail to and it has not sent me an E-Mail then I tried to log in again and it has locked me out of my account so I try to recover my password and it gave me the same options to get my password back and both options are doing the same as before, it says I don't know my on birth date or it is wrong or needs authenticate it, then the E-Mail doesn't come through!
    This is just stupid now.

    You need to ask Apple to reset your security questions; ways of contacting them include clicking here and picking a method for your country, phoning AppleCare and asking for the Account Security team, and filling out and submitting this form.
