When I choose something to download the box comes up for me to enter my card details to pay when I want to use my credit up. I was helped with the syncing problem but really need this main problem to be sorted. Thank you

Launch the Console application in any of the following ways:
☞ Enter the first few letters of its name into a Spotlight search. Select it in the results (it should be at the top.)
☞ In the Finder, select Go ▹ Utilities from the menu bar, or press the key combination shift-command-U. The application is in the folder that opens.
☞ Open LaunchPad. Click Utilities, then Console in the icon grid.
Make sure the title of the Console window is All Messages. If it isn't, select All Messages from the SYSTEM LOG QUERIES menu on the left. If you don't see that menu, select
View ▹ Show Log List
from the menu bar.
Click the Clear Display icon in the toolbar. Then try the action that you're having trouble with again. Select any messages that appear in the Console window. Copy them to the Clipboard by pressing the key combination command-C. Paste into a reply to this message (command-V).

Try the Store tab in iTunes and Check for Downloads.
If that doesn't work go to the main itunes store screen in itunes and on teh right side under quick links see if you have a purchased secrion - do the tracks appear there for download?

Still have not had help with Adobe player 11 question

I downloaded the adobe player 11 and it said it was installed. I restarted my computer and went to youtube to watch some videos. When I tried to play video it says I still need to download player 11. I know it had downloaded on my computer. Why is it not recognizing it and why is it not automatically running the program when needed? I did not have any problems with previous adobe players I have had installed on my computer.

Do yourself a favor and work now to move away from RP in all forms. Attempting to stay w/RP is just delaying the inevitable, seriously, and there are other formats. Real is not your friend.

Since it has always been very basic to backup your computer and all it's data, Apple provides no way for you to transfer music from your iPhone back to your computer. As you know, you can re-download all iTunes purchases, but music that you ripped yourself you'll have to just re-rip again.
You can try and find 3rd party applications that might help you. I'm sure you'll pay, however.
Let this be a very important lesson learned.

Let's try a repair install of iTunes.
Restart the PC first.
If you're using Vista or 7, now head into your Uninstall a program control panel, select "iTunes" and then click "Repair".
If you're using XP, head into your Add or Remove Programs control panel, select "iTunes", and click "Change". Select "Repair" and click "Next" as per the following screenshot:

Try closing the App Store app (and iTunes if open) via the iPad's multitasking bar and see if it works when you re-open it : double-click the home button to open the taskbar, and then swipe or drag the App Store app's screen from there up and off the top of the screen to close it, and click the home button to close the taskbar.
You could also do a soft-reset (i.e. a reboot) : press and hold both the sleep and home buttons for about 10 to 15 seconds (ignore the red slider), after which the Apple logo should appear.
And try logging out and in via the Featured tab in the App Store app and see if that makes any difference.
