CC Complete: Resub | bugs & questions

I just changed my password after the debacle a few months ago and changed my payment info after needing a new VISA and being late with payments...
After rejoining CC Complete...
1) It updated a few apps without asking me, like Photoshop CC.
I had a warning some time ago from a dependable source for an extension or plugin I'm using to NOT update it for now, so "thanks"...
Maybe it takes a few hours/days for the CC app to update again....? But...
2) The (updated) CC Cloud / App Manager does not recognise I have Lightroom 5 (5.0) already installed and is showing INSTALL instead of UPDATE for 5.3.
Don't tell me I have to uninstall ALL programs and reinstall, please?
If you recommend that, do tell me...
It doesn't seem so at the moment, but maybe I have to for Lightroom?
I'm gonna start with the manual update and see what gives...
Thank you

Solved 2 of my questions.

By installing LR 5.3, CC now recognizes the install
But at the same time I now noticed PS CS6 was also updated BEHIND MY BACK

    Hi there,
    After submission of the form, can the respondents make changes to their answers and submit the form again without completing every single question?
    Thanks for your help

    Hi Paline,
    Unfortunately this cannot be done.However, being the author of the form you can make the required changes in the response file.

  • Complete a Flash Question widget

    Using the "Question" widget I can develop scored interactions in Flash and embed them in Captivate, and it's really neat. There's just one thing that seems to be completely missing in the documentation or the code comments of the template.
    There is this function:
    function answersIncomplete(mustAnswerAll:Boolean):Boolean {
    return false;
    Which is fine. You set true if you want to make sure the user completes the interaction, but what's missing is this: how do you tell captivate when the user has completed the interaction? Somewhere in my AS2 code I need to call a function or set a variable after the user does what I've asked them to do so the submit buttone will evaluate their input. Does anybody understand what I'm asking and know how to do it?

    Thanks, I finally put the pieces together. So it's clear to anyone else who stumbles across this, I'll paste it in.
    This is the default code:
    function answersIncomplete(mustAnswerAll:Boolean):Boolean {
         return true; ///false; //to force the user to answer completely
    I understood this to just set whether or not the user needs to complete all the questions, but you can also use it to verify they have done so. I assigned the value of their decision to the variable my_answer, and changed the Boolean to a conditional:
    function answersIncomplete(mustAnswerAll:Boolean):Boolean {
          return (my_answer == undefined);
    It works! The user has to make a decision to continue, and is allowed to once they do.
    Thanks,
    - Kurtis

  • SQL Plus Bug/Question: 'COMPUTE' command does not work in script.(BUG?!)

    Good Day to ALL!
    I have a script of SQLPlus that creates a report. I have 8/9 numeric columns which are 'SUM'ed up thru 'COMPUTE' command. It works for all BUT 2 columns. If I put these two columns, compute does not take affect. If I remove these two columns ( just cut) 'COMPUTE' works fine!!! These two coulumns use DB Function. But I have other column that also use DB Function. These two columns has some extra additions. Any thing wrong with the script/column defn.
    Thanks - Pradip (Pradip Biswas @Singapore) Could you pl. reply to [email protected]
    Here is bit of script. Sorry about the length of the cut and paste.

    Hi Barry and All: This indeed is a bug in SQLPLUS ! Version 9.2.0.1.0 as well.
    Thanks for asking the version no of SQLLPLUs. I was working thru Oracle Apps 11i.10 (concurrent program). So I did not get any message from SQLPLUS.
    I tested independently in SQLPLUS and got the message! Thanks Oracle!!!
    The Bug is in the name of COLUMN NAME or ALIAS Name. I renamed the columns from ON_HAND_QTY and ON_HAND_VALUE to CLOSE_QTY and CLOSE_QTY_VALUE. It worked!! The string 'ON' in the column/alias name is taken as 'ON' keyword/clause for 'compute' statement for SQLPLUS.
    Here is the message from SQLPLUS
    " SP2-0084: COMPUTE ON keyword specified already"
    See these two line and compare
    --compute SUM label 'Total $S: ' of SALARY ON_SALARY  on report;
    compute SUM label 'Total $S: ' of SALARY on report;
    Thanks - Pradip

  • Zsh modutils completion (solved & bug report)

    Hi,
    Since last zsh update, I can't get 'modinfo' & 'modprobe' completion, only 'rmmod' & 'modprobe -r' are working actually (easy with '/proc/modules'). It seems that a new caching algorithm was implemented in the last version but I don't understand it . Diff with zsh 4.3.11 _modutils :

    Wow, thanks it works, but there's a problem, modules appears with *.ko suffix so
    modules=( $modules_dir/$kver/(*~(source|build))/**/*.(o|ko|ko.gz)(.:t:r:r) )
    is even better .
    taken from http://zsh.sourceforge.net/Guide/zshguide05.html :
    print ${p:t:r}
    will work for both arrays and scalars: the :t takes only the tail of the filename, stripping the directories, and the :r removes the suffix. These two operators could have slightly unexpected effects in versions of zsh before 4.0.1, removing `suffixes' which contained directory paths, for example (though this is what the pattern forms taken separately do, too).

  • Group By Completion Insight Bug

    1. Open a connection and type the following:
    select d.dummy, count(d.dummy) from dual d group by d.dummy;
    2. Now modify the select list as follows:
    select d.dummy, count(d.dummy), count(d.dummy) sum from dual d group by d.dummy;
    3. Completion insight changes the code to:
    select d.dummy, count(d.dummy), count(d.dummy) from dual d group by d.dummy, count;
    ORA-00904: "COUNT": invalid identifier

    Hi Vadim,
    I agree with you about the order of the SQL clauses. They must have been pretty keen on it 'making sense' in English. Meh! ;)
    Autocomplete is cool, but as someone who can touch type (albeit at only ~70 wpm!), I usually find waiting for it to kick in a bit tiresome given that I can finish "select * from" in not much more than a second. I don't turn it off because it hardly ever gets a chance to fire.
    I do use autocomplete in some other tools; in VB, it gives you a canonical map of the object model you are working with (often there seem to be things missing in SQL Developer). In TextMate, on the other hand, it isn't so 'smart', but its wicked fast, which it does by simply relying on text in the current file. Both work well. I do understand there is a different set of challenges in a DBMS client, though.
    Incidentally, when I just tried selecting two tables simultaneously, the tool generated invalid SQL:
    select * from V_TN_SPAN_GRPS _, V_TNS_WITH_DEFAULT_CONTRACTS S
    (i.e. it supplied an underscore as the alias for the first view.)
    Also, Ctrl+Space doesn't work for me (I'm on a Mac). Actually, there appear to be several default keymappings that don't work on a Mac. Here is my version info...

  • Code completion and Javadoc question in JDeveloper

    Hey guys,
    I think this is a very n00b question, but I cannot for the life of me figure this one out. I was wondering when the code completion window shows up to assist me in selecting the correct method, I was wondering if there was a way for it do display the Javadoc for that method as well in the same window. That way I dont have to keep going to the browser to refer the JDK 5 API on the web.
    Thanks.
    Surya

    Not in the same window, but pressing ctrl+D while standing on an object will pop up the quick javadoc.

  • [bug/question] UIPickerView

    I am playing around with UIPickerView/UIPickerTable... and I noticed something strange:
    Even though I already set the multiple selection to NO
    [[ pickerView setAllowsMultipleSelection: NO ]];
    In some cases, I can still select more than 1 row. Let's say I've selected row #1. Now I scroll down the picker until I can no longer see #1. Now the picker displays #2 -> #4, and if I select #4 or #5 etc... then it can be selected!
    Screenshot (here I scrolled up a bit to show that both row #1 and #4 are selected:
    http://i73.photobucket.com/albums/i215/vieestchien/photo.jpg
    Is this a bug or is there anything I did wrong? If it is indeed a bug, where can I report it?
    Another question: to programmatically select a row, what method can I use? I tried the following:
    [[ pickerView selectRow: 5 inColumn: 0 animated: YES ]]
    The picker is indeed scrolled to row 5, but that row is not selected (no checked icon, no highlight).

    There is a jdbc base bug 3975915 and a workaround suggested (turn off escape processing at a statement level).

  • Buyer completion WF  - Some questions

    Hi,
    We are SRM_SERVER 550, Sp07 and want to implement the buyer completion WF
    The specific requirements and questions are:
    1. Buyer completion should get triggered for 100% of the carts. There is no specific condition for checking buyer completion here since all carts need to go to buyer before moving to the other approvers (which is goverened by other WFs)
    2. Buyer completion WF should not resubmit the work item to requester for acceptance. Is there any way to achieve this in standard buyer completion WF?
    3. In buyer completion WF - How does system behave - Does it send the cart to all the purchasers in the Purchasing group? We have situations when each line item may have a different purchaser/Purchasing Group, in that case we want the completion WF to forward each line item to a different purchaser. How can this work?
    4. Our approval workflows (after buyer completion WF) will be line item level WFs. How will system behave with buyer completion+other WF's(line item WF's)?
    To me, the only option we have is to move the buyer completion step as the first step of the n step line item approval WF for SC. But I am just trying to find out if there is any possibility of using the standard buyer completion WF.
    Can someone please clarify my doubts (above). Any suggestions are welcome!
    Thanks & regards,
    Srivatsan

    anybody? :o)

  • Complete Your Season question re Game of Thrones

    I've bought two episodes of Game of Thrones Season 1 through iTunes and would like to take advantage of the Complete Your Season offer.
    But whilst I can see the series I want listed under Complete Your Season and I can see that two of the episodes have been downloaded, it is not showing a reduced price?
    Anyone have any ideas about this?  Thank you (from an Apple newbie).

    Hello sephiroth61787-
    Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We were able to get our business teams involved and get the release date corrected.

  • Progress PDA Bug - Question for NI

    Hi,
    Any idea when this problem will be fixed (below)? I was hoping it would be in this quarter's Developer Suite update but the PDA module is still at version 8.6.

    Hi Simon,
    I have created a corrective action request with R&D, #125795. I will let you know once I hear back from them.

    Dear Simon,
    On behalf on national Instruments I apologise for this troublesome bug's inclusion in LabVIEW 8.6, and we thank you for bringing it to our attention.
    The corrective action request (CAR) my colleague made on your behalf has been accepted by R&D. This quarter's Dev Suite was what we call a "minor software release" - 8.6.1 being a revision of the 8.6's architecture. The issue has been forecast to be fixed in the next major LabVIEW release. Unfortunately, as we have yet to set official release dates, I am unable to speculate on when this will be available to you.
    I apologise I can not help you further. However, I assure you that the R&D team in the States are working on resolving the issue.
    Best wishes and kind regards,

  • HT5622 I would like to keep iCloud but I cannot complete my ID questions because being far from home for a month I do not know my account number with

    I would like to keep ecloud but when they ask me my account number I cannot answer being away from home for a month. Do I really need to give account number? Can I give it later when I go back home?

    iCloud does not have an account number - it's identified by the Apple ID. Where are you being asked for this? Have you received an email telling you that your account will be suspended if you don't click a link and enter some personal information? If so DO NOT follow the link and DO NOT enter any information - it's a scam designed to get information that can be used to steal from you. Apple does not threaten to close down your account.
    If you've had such an email, look closely at the 'From' address - if it's not from apple.com it's a fake - often these emails are from 'aple.com' or 'appple.com' or some domain with 'apple' as a sub-domain. If you hover over the link (don't click it) you are likely to see that the domain is not apple at all.
    If you are in doubt, copy the email and post it here but remove your own address.
