Get a RFC Code via a RFC

Hi, I'd like to make a documentator of RFC, with a special format for my company. I'm using the RFCs: RFC_FUNCTION_SEARCH, RFC_GET_FUNCTION_INTERFACE.
But I have to get 2 things important for the project:
- The code of a RFC
- The information of (CreatedBy, CreateDate, ModifyBy, ModifyDate)
Can any body say me, how can I get this information?
Thanks!!!!

    I need to get my verification code via mobile number but use a different number and can't get it, how do I update my new number so that I can get the text message verification code?

    Verification code for two-step verification? If so, you can register a new new number to receive the code via text message by going to https://appleid.apple.com/account/home and click on "Manage Your Apple ID" and then on "Password and Security" and then "Add or Remove Trusted Devices." You will need a verification code in order to log in so if you currently only have one and it is no longer available you will need to use your Recovery Key. • Is it neccesary certificate&ACL data to use functions in R3 via the RFC?

    Hi.
    I create sap r3 471 ides version.
    And try to connect via the iway(third party product to call function via the RFC).
    I referenced some block, and they says if I want to call functions in sap r3 471 via the RFC, I should check create remote function enabled option.
    But i'm confusing is functions in r3 can be called from third party via the RFC directly? and have no other configuration?
    If there needs to more configuration, which configuration need I check?
    Which role need I add, and how to add?
    When I try to connect r3, it says ID and password not correct, but I can connect to R3 with SAP GUI 6.20 well.
    And I use Tcode STRUSTSSO2, found certificate, ACL are blank.
    If certificate and ACL are not neccesary,could you help me to solve this problem?
    If the certificate and ACL are neccesary, which parameter need I configure to call functions in sap r3 4.71 ides via the RFC?
    Thanks.

    Victor,
    I created a remote-enabled function module (z_customer_create) which calls SD_CUSTOMER_MAINTAIN_ALL.  The 'z' function module was published as a web service and is working well.  We did have a few hurdles but there are many forum posts for  FM SD_CUSTOMER_MAINTAIN_ALL that will help should you run into trouble.

  • Java - Axis2: How to get an error code / error message from the Javascript via SOAP

    Hi
    In our Java applicsation we call a Javascript in a Indesign CS Server using the following code:
    --- SNIP BEGIN ---
    // calls the remote service on the indesign server
    try {
    // create service
    ServiceStub oIndsgnSrvStub = new
    ServiceStub(sIndesignServer);
    // create service parameter

    oIndsgnSrvRSParams = new ServiceStub.RunScriptParameters();
    // create arguments with source- and target-file for parameter
    ServiceStub.IDSPScriptArg[] oIndsgnSrvSArgs = new ServiceStub.IDSPScriptArg[2];
    oIndsgnSrvSArgs[0] = new
    ServiceStub.IDSPScriptArg();
    oIndsgnSrvSArgs[0].setName("xml-input");

    // define service parameter
    oIndsgnSrvRSParams.setScriptArgs(oIndsgnSrvSArgs);
    oIndsgnSrvRSParams.setScriptFile(sScriptFile);
    oIndsgnSrvRSParams.setScriptLanguage("javascript");
    oIndsgnSrvRSParams.setScriptText("");
    // create runscript
    ServiceStub.RunScript oIndsgnSrvRS = new ServiceStub.RunScript();
    // set parameter
    oIndsgnSrvRS.setRunScriptParameters(oIndsgnSrvRSParams);
    //$$$ there should be an answer returned by the InddSrvr
    // execute SOAP call
    ServiceStub.RunScriptResult oIndsgnSrvRes = oIndsgnSrvStub.RunScript(oIndsgnSrvRS);
    if(oIndsgnSrvRes.getErrorNumber() == 0) {

    bOK = true;
    } else {
    oServerProdJob.setProdState(CBP_Constant.REMOTEPRODUCTIONSTATE_FAILURE);
    bOK = false;
    //$$$ should be set, if there is something returned by inddsrvr
    //oServerProdJob.setErrorMsg(sErrorMsg);
    } catch(Exception e) {
    sError += e.getMessage() + "\n";
    bOK = false;
    --- SNIP END -----
    The problem is that we don't get the error code and/or the error message from the Javascript in oIndsgnSrvRes. The error code is always 0 if I set an Integer value as return in the Javascript. If I set a String, there is an Exception in the Java application.
    Here is the Java script we use:
    --- SNIP BEGIN ---
    main();
    main()
    var sError = "";
    var sXMLInput = "";
    var sLayoutPath = "";
    // get the SDKCodeSnippetRunner object
    var cbpAdapter = app.cbpCbpadapterObject
    if (cbpAdapter) {
    sXMLInput=app.scriptArgs.get("xml-input");
    sLayoutOutputFile=app.scriptArgs.get("output-file");
    sError = cbpAdapter.doProcess(sXMLInput, sLayoutOutputFile);
    return sError; // This give an Exception; if I return an Integer the ScriptResult is always 0
    --- SNIP END -----
    If I try this with the test application from Adobe I get the error code correctly. But in the Java application, using SOAP, I can't get the error code.
    What could be wrong?
    Any ideas?
    Thanks a lot for the support.
    Kind regards

  • To get sample C code of function mudules in SAP BW

    Hello,
    In SAP R/3 4.6C , I got sample C programs of function modules in transaction SE37 via Utilities -> RFC Interface -> Generate and Download.
    Now I would like to get sample C programs of function modules in SAP BW 3.0B.
    But there is not the menu 'Utilities -> RFC Interface' in transaction SE37.
    How can I get sample C programs?
    Regards,
    Kenichiro Abe

    Hello,
    unfortunately the RFC generator is no longer supported and included in the new SAP products. Therefore the only possibility is, to log on to an older SAP system and check, if the module is also available there. Then generate the source code and change it, if necessary, so that it's also compatible with the new SAP release.

  • RFC to XML-RFC Parsing issue in RFC Adapter as Sender

    Hi all,
    I tried to use RFC adapter as a sender. The scenario I am trying to achieve is R3 -> RFC Adapter Sender --> BPM --> RFC Adapter Receiver --> SAP Auto-ID system.
    The reason to use two RFC adapter and BPM is to log the request message if the RFC call fails. Everything works as expected, except the RFC Adapter Sender.
    The RFC I am calling has an input table. The input data I use works fine if I call it via SE37 or remotely from another SAP system. However, if I call it via RFC adapter, when XI parses the data into RFC-XML format, the input data is all messed up.

    The calling system is a 4.6C non-unicode system, and the destination system is a unicode system (this does not matter since the first part of the integration is between R3 and XI). There is no config found on R3 side to specify non-unicode because it is a rather old system. In XI RFC Adapter config, I checked non-unicode checkbox (I also tested it with this unchecked, but still the same issue).
    Have any of you seen this problem and how you resolve it?
    Thanks a lot for your help!

    Hart

    Hi Hart
    long time no seen - hope you remember me
    >The reason to use two RFC adapter and BPM is to log the request message if the RFC call fails
    there is an easy way (guess max 3-4 hours) to solve all of your issues
    and get rid of a BPM
    use IDOC - XI - ABAP Proxy
    then you will have IDOC and ABAP Proxy that always log the message on both ends (and you can restart ABAP proxies easily in AII - and every AII supports ABAP proxies) + you get rid of a BPM as it's not necessary as far as I understand (as it's asyn communication right?)
    maybe you can go this way and IDOCs always work...
    good luck,

  • How to use payload from standard RFC MessageType in a RFC Lookup function

    Hello
    We have a DB sender to call an BAPI. The DB receiver gets the BAPI response.
    It is an easy scenario with one mapping.
    But the RFC Mapping Lookup is very awful. You have to rebuild all open and close tags to get the RFC payload. A lot of concat functions are a must. The error search in such a mapping is not easy and seems like EAI developing 1990 (Hand am Arm).
    Ok, it is better as a BPM, but it is not well for first level support person and release changes and trouble shooting.
    How can I use a XML payload from first mapping in my RFC Mapping lookup (second mapping)? There must be a way with two mappings and an easy RFC lookup.
    Currently (one mapping):
    DB sender format -> ( RFC lookup self-made RFC XML structure) DB receiver format
    My dream (two mappings):
    DB sender format -> RFC SAP XI standard Format ->(RFC lookup by using Payload from first mapping) DB receiver format
    I hope someone can help me with an example.
    Daniel

    Hi Daniel,
    If i understood correctly, urs is a 'Asynch' scenario JDBC to JDBC with a RFC lookup in Mapping.
    If its so, then i think wat u r expecting can be done. In Interface Mapping, u can add more than one message mappings.
    So first do a Mapping for DB sender format - RFC input standard format,
    then another one for RFC sender Format - RFC receiver format, (look up code goes in this mapping).
    Then third one from RFC receiver format to DB receiver format.
    The order n which u add in Interface Mapping is also important. This is a suggestion, i havent tried this, but still i think u can give it a try.

  • Http to RFC or SOAP to RFC (synchronous)

    Hi,
    I need to connect PHP with RFC via XI/PI
    Request will be send from php developed web pages to R/3 (RFC) to get data back to web page.
    I think to resolve this scenario 1u2019ve two options
    1: SOAP to RFC (synchronous)
    2: HTTP to RFC (synchronous)
    Can you please suggest me the scenario?
    Thanks for you time
    Regards,
    Farrukh Ghani

    Hi Ghani,
    The two options you mentioned we can use,but it depends on how PHP web site going to  send data,if it is going to send webserive then use SOAP adapter,you are expecting response ,the RFC wil work as synchronous.
    If it is not  Web Service other option is HTTP,receiver would be RFC only.
    How to configure SOAP->XI>RFC or HTTP->XI-->RFC scenarios,simple search in sdn will give many blogs,search in sdn,
    if you unable to find right one let me know..

  • Third Party (RFC) -- XI -- R/3 (RFC)

    Dear all,
    We are going to connect a non-SAP system with RFC to XI.
    The problem is that the thrid party system sends its RFC calls to the ABAP-stack instead of to the RFC-sender-adapter. Of course the function modules do not exist in XI but only in the target R/3.
    I tested the scenario with the help of another system (R/3), here the RFC-calls work properly and get successfully through Integration Engine and I get the answer back from the target system.
    Does somebody know why the third party system sends its RFC-calls to the ABAP-stack? In RFC sender channel I enabled "Advanced mode" and disabled "Verify sender system".
    Thanks a lot and best regards,
    philipp

    Hi,
    this is part of my source code for the RFC call in the external program. Where do I have to maintain the program ID? The RFC call must go to Adapter Engine and not to ABAP stack (that's what it does at the moment).
    Thanks a lot,

    hi
    For rfc sender adapter we hv to do some settings .Please chk whether this settings are well configured or not.
    a) RFC destination
    b) RFC channel in the XI directory
    This weblog is a response to a few question about the basic configuration of the RFC sender adapter
    that were posted on the XI forum (and also on my e-mail)
    So here we go, basically we have to configure 2 things:
    a) RFC destination
    b) RFC channel in the XI directory
    RFC destination:
    1. To create the RFC go to TCODE: SM59
    2. Create new destination of type T (TCP/IP)
    3. Make sure you select Registered Server Program option before writing your program ID
    4. Write you program ID (remember it's case-sensitive)
    5. In the gateway host and gateway service write the values of your "Application system" - business system (not the XI server)
    7. No configuration in the J2EE administrator nessecary
    Now we can proceed to RFC channel configuration:
    1. Enter your Application Server
    2. Your Application Server Service
    3. Enter your Program ID from the RFC destination
    And we're done:)
    Now you can test the RFC destination in SM59 to see if it works.
    Please chk this following link.

  • RFC Receiver Adapter and RFC Destination -- Help

    Hi,
    I would like to configure the RFC Receiver Adapter for the invokation of a RFC on SAP System (Name: ALPHA) using a RFC destination provided by another system named BETA.
    I have set External Server as server type.
    My first question is: I have to quote an application server gateway and a gateway service. Is this information related to a service on ALPHA or BETA?
    My second question is:
    It is also necessary to provide a Programm-ID. The destination on BETA is a R/3 connection and doesn't have a programm id. Where do I get this from?
    And my last question is:
    Is at all possible to use the RFC destination on BETA?
    Any help is really appreciated...
    Kind regards,
    Heiko

    Hi Heiko,
    I don't fully understand your need but:)
    since both of your systems are SAP systems
    why are you trying to use external server?
    can't you just call RFC on BETA
    and inside this RFC on beta call RFC on ALPHA?
    in a sync or async way?
    can you tell a little more about your requirement ?
    Regards,
    michal

  • How can I get the PUK code for my SIM card?

    I had to do a factory reset this morning on my DROID RAZR. As I was going through this afternoon setting everything up again, I saw that I could set a password for my SIM card. I thought it was asking me to create a password, not enter a default one. So needless to say, I locked myself out of my phone, and I need the PUK code. I cannot call, this is my only phone, and I cannot go to a local store today or tomorrow. I also cannot go the next two days without my phone. I've tried doing a chat, but because it's only sales that communicate through the chat, they were less than helpful and told me I can only fix this by going to a store, which I can't do.
    So, can I chat with anyone to get my PUK code today via internet?

    Why is this working for everyone, but me? When I follow these instructions (and many others that I've found in this community -- which has been helpful with other matters thus far) There is no PUK or SIM information. I have an (ESN) and my phone number. that's it. Help! I'm in a rabbit hole!
    Many thanks for any support you can provide!

    Hi! Rams,
    I think the issue is related to Authentification Issue..Even though u did correctly please check once the below
    1) Check any Typo Erros are there while configuring or giving names in Lookups.
    2) please check Authorizations like ID and PWD and Sufficient Roles
    3) Also please check did u given paramters correctly while doing RFC look up I mean paramers , Binding parameters and RFC channel name and adapter type or Simple type it must be an  adapter
    4) In ID part while configuring Interface determinaition you need to give your RFC look Up name there also..Hence check whether u given or not if yes correctly or not
    5) Also remember one thing if your scenario is correct mostly you can know the result in mapping itself it seems while testing Message mapping and Interface mappings give your RFC look up paramters in the parameters tab present in TEST tab and later in Document tab give Input...and execute it works if it doesn;t works and if there is an issue with RFC you can get there only..ok
    Also go through the below document::
    [https://www.sdn.sap.com/irj/scn/go/portal/prtroot/docs/library/uuid/20befc9a-aa72-2b10-ae9b-b0988791d457]
    I hope this will give u brief idea...
    Also check with basis while taking SAP_ALL authorization so that first u ill came to know whether issue is related to authentification or RFC module itself remote enabled and also do SXI_CACHE also ocne to refresh ESR and ID objects..
