CDR get_file_list

I have been trying to write some routines to generate and download CDR. I'm just not getting it. Obviously, I am over simplifying this. Any guidance would be appreciated.
All of the services are running and I can retrieve the wsdl at:
https://myccm:8443/CDRonDemandService/services/CDRonDemand?wsdl
for the get_file_list operation, am submitting the follwing very simple envelope:
<SOAP-ENV:Envelope>
<SOAP-ENV:Body>
<axl:get_file_list />
</SOAP-ENV:Body>
</SOAP-ENV:Envelope>
The response error message get is:
<faultcode>soapenv:Server.generalException</faultcode>
<faultstring>No target service to authorize for!</faultstring>
I have the SOAPAction set for:
http://schemas.cisco.com/ast/soap/action/#CDRonDemand#get_file_list

first of all check that you setup the FTP connection correctly in the callManager so the it downloads the CDR files into your server. and make sure that you can download the CDRs automatically from the UCM when you perform a call. after that you can use the CDROnDemand to download the CDRs

  • CDROneDemand's get_file_list function

    Hello,
I am working on a CDR application and am wondering if someone happens to know why the get_file_list function can only pull records for a 60 minute period?  I would like to render a list of all CDR files on a single page, but I feel compelled to ask about this restriction.  Does anyone know?

    Hi Shikamarunara,
Freezing & snowy here today ...BRRRRRRRRRR!
    This may impact the 60 minute files;
    Configuring CDR Enterprise Parameters
Configure these CDR parameters on the Enterprise Parameters Configuration window in the Cisco Unified CallManager Administration. To access Enterprise Parameters Configuration windows, open Cisco Unified CallManager Administration and choose System -> Enterprise Parameters.
    •CDR Parameters
–CDR File Time Interval—This  parameter specifies the time interval for collecting CDR data. For  example, if this value is set to 1, each file will contain 1 minute of  CDR data (CDRs and CMRs, if enabled). The external billing server and CAR database will not receive the data in each file until the interval expires (or sometime later, depending on the CAR Loader schedule setting). Consider how quickly you want access to the CDR data when you decide what interval to set for this parameter. Setting  this parameter to 60 means that each file will contain 60 minutes worth  of data, but that data will not be available until the 60-minute period  has elapsed, and the records are written to the CAR database. The CDR files are sent to the configured billing server(s). The default value specifies 1.  The minimum value specifies 1, and the maximum value specifies 1440.  The unit of measure for this required field represents a minute.
–Cluster ID—This  parameter provides a unique identifier for the cluster. Because the  parameter gets used in CDRs, collections of CDRs from multiple clusters  can be traced to the sources. The default value specifies  StandAloneCluster. The maximum length comprises 50 characters and  provides a valid cluster ID that comprises any of the following  characters: A-Z, a-z, 0-9, . -.
    •CCM Web Services Parameters
–Allowed CDRonDemand get_file Queries Per Minute—This  parameter specifies the maximum number of CDRonDemand get_file queries  that are allowed per minute for the system. For this required field the  default value specifies 10. The minimum value equals 1 and the maximum  value equals 20.
–Allowed CDRonDemand get_file_list Queries Per Minute—This  parameter specifies the maximum number of CDRonDemand get_file_list  queries that are allowed per minute for the system. For this required  field the default value specifies 20. The minimum value equals 1 and the  maximum value equals 40.
    Cheers!

  • The difference between a .dmg file & a .cdr file (using Disk Utility) ?

    Hi,
In particular, I created both from a DVD using Disk Utility.
When I chose "read only" a .dmg was created.
When I chose "DVD/CD Master" a .cdr was created.
They are exactly the same size.
    Is there any difference ?
    Thanks in advance.
    Pat De Marco

    HI Pat,
From Wikipedia: A file with the extension .dmg (an abbreviation for disk image) uses a disk image format commonly found on Mac OS X. The format allows secure password protection as well as file compression and hence serves both security and file distribution functions. Its most common function is the distribution of software over the Internet. When opened, DMG files are "mounted" as a drive within the Finder.
    From: Wikipedia .cdr and ISO
    ISO image
    Filename extension .iso
    Uniform Type Identifier public.iso-image
    Type of format Disk image
    Standard(s) ISO 9660
An ISO image is an archive file (a.k.a. disk image) of an optical disc using a conventional ISO (International Organization for Standardization) format that is supported by many software vendors. ISO image files typically have a file extension of .ISO but Mac OS X ISO images often have the extension .CDR. The name "ISO" is taken from the ISO 9660 file system used with CD-ROM media, but an ISO image can also contain UDF file system because UDF is backward-compatible to ISO 9660.

  • CDR by Outbound Dialed Number

    Hello,
Is it possible to run a report on an outbound dialed number? I have been tasked to find how many times a number has been called. I normally did this with query analyzer with an if statement in older versions of CM but this is on UCM 8.
    Any help is greatly appreciated.
Thank you to all in advance.

    What version are you on?
Mine shows "By User/Phone Number/SIP URL" for the first option.
You can try using the "By User Extension" option but it may not work.
You can use the CDR->Export CDR function to just export that date range to an Excel sheet and do your filtering there.
The SQL queries would be another option as well.

  • Forwared calls using Remote Destination is not getting captured in CDR

    Hi
    Our senario is as below,
A CUG call is made from an extention ( eg 6992 ) to another extention ( eg 6102 ). In 6102 the call is forwared to a mobile number of the user when the user is not avialable at the seat. To make this possible we have created remote destination number and remote destination profile. The call forwarding is happening and the senario is working fine. The issue is, the destination number ( ie.mobile number ) is not getting displayed in the Call Detailed Report. The report was taken and checked on extention basis and on gateway basis, but the destination number was not displayed in CDR. In the CDR both the CUG extentions are displayed, but cannot find the PSTN number which is forwared.
I have observed the below options in CUCM 8 Service Parameters, but not available on CUCM 7. The options are attached in a doc. Is this a limitation on CUCM 7 or is there options that we need to enable for availing this facility. Please guide me on this case.

    Hi,
you must set the following Parameter in the "Service Parameter" List to "true"
"Show Line Group Member DN in finalCalledPartyNumber CDR field"

There are many software avaialble but recommendation/suggestion i can see this.
Cisco uses the following servers for internal testing. You may use one  of the servers, but you must contact the vendor for support:

  • Playing a .CDR file from Hard Drive

Hi, I have copied a DVD to my hard drive using Disk Utility. I did this as a back up should the DVD become damaged or lost. I can make a DVD out of it so all is well. I however wish to be able to watch the DVD directly from the Hard Drive ie from the .CDR file.
Is this possible? Advice welcomed. Alternative approaches welcomed if the above is not feasible.
    Thanks in advance.
    Phil

Use to be able to mount .ISO images. If you copied it to a DVD image in Disk Utility, not just a file, mount it and see. It needs to be read-only image.
I think you need to use a program. I would see what "play DVD images" turns up on Google.

The Mac SuperDrive built into your Mac is the Optical drive.
    1. Insert your Windows DVD in Optical drive. Disconnect any external storage.
    2. Insert a USB2 Flash drive. This will be used to hold the BC drivers.
    3. Start BCA. Check the options to download software and Install Windows. You do not need to download Windows. The BCA will download the BC drivers to the USB.
    4. Partition your drive.
    5. You can see the Windows installer screens at https://help.apple.com/bootcamp/mac/5.0/help/#/bcmp173b3bf2.

  • DVD/CD drive read/writes DVD, reads CD, but suddenly fails to recognize CDr

I'm having a problem that I just don't understand, and I can't seem to find any information on, so I'm hoping somebody out there has some thoughts.
I have a powerbook 17 with the DVD/CD listed below (from system profiler).
This drive has always worked perfectly, but now I find that I can:
    - play DVDs
    - burn DVDs
    - play/read CD
but when I insert a CDr to burn, the icon never shows up on the desktop. Running disk utility lists it as a CD (read only) -- I'm not sure if disk utility is valid in this context or not, but I had to start it so that I could get at the CD to eject it.
At first I thought it might be the media I was using, but I tried two different kinds -- both failed, then I found some blanks of the brand and type that I've been using forever...failure.
So, can this be a hardware error? If so, how can a hardware drive error only affect recognizing writeable CDs? If this is the case, I'd like to learn something! =:-)
The only thing that's changed on this system is that I regularly run software updtate...everything's up to date. This is OSX 10.3.9.
    Thanks,

  • Disk Utility won't burn a .cdr image to DVD – why and what do I do?

I've burned DVDs before and I've had success with my MB Pro.  I know the steps and use this support article as a refresher each time to assure I'm following all the steps.  Yesterday and today I've tried to burn 2 different .cdr images made with Disk Utility to blank DVDs without success.  It starts to copy and within less than 2 minutes, I get the message:
"Unable to burn 'xxx.cdr' (The disc can't be burned; it might be incompatible with this disc drive.  Please try a different brand of disc, or try burning at a slower speed.)"
I tried 3 different blank DVDs (they are DVD+Rs 16x|4.7GB), 2 different brands (TDK & Sony) but no success.
What's going on and what do I do to troubleshoot and resolve this problem?
    Thanks!

Neither TDK nor Sony are considered reliable or quality media. Most of us here use Verbatim DVD-R and burn at only 2x or 4x.

  • Boot from floppy and install arch from flash stick - NO CDR - USB 1.1

MY PREVIOUS POST BELOW BECAME A HARD DRIVE INSTALL POST WHICH HAS HELPED THOUGH ISN'T ON SUBJECT CURRENTLY AND I STILL NEED SOLUTION  - Now at day 3 :-) - sorry!
I have old laptop with a very broken CDR... so just a floppy and a hard drive and 2 USB 1.1 ports.
[Need commands and which floppy is best]
    The USB install WIKI
    http://wiki.archlinux.org/index.php/Ins … _USB_stick
says to write the .img file to flash stick...
    --- that I can do!
    Though trying a similar process:
I've had no luck with a hard drive install (also on wiki) as I believe that once I write the .img file to the hard drive it WILL boot though can't create mount points as the drive's in use!
    Anyways...
IF I have the flash stick with the .img file on it as per the wiki instructions
what commands would I use and what boot floppy would work for:
    - booting from floppy
    - mounting? the flash stick with arch core on it
    - then installing from there to single hard drive partition.
thing is I'm just barely ok with using
    dd   fdisk and mke2fs
So: I need to know what command to mount USB stick... then HOW do I get arch installer on the img file to boot up??
Any guru tips really needed ....thank you!

    nice Kirurgs
doesn't boot from usb... and CDR very broken... good though as I've learned a lot....
dell inspiron 2500 1 ghz pentium III
method 1) used puppy after booting off wakepup2 floppy ....very handy that wakepup flopppy though be advised there's several versions of wakpup2 and try the second boot option on the aug or sept 2008 version it WILL find your USB device even if like me I had an old 128 meg one.  also, Crash, a guy at the puppy forums has a 3 floppy set that's specific to whatever puppy version you're running... try that as a last resort
UN-NECESSARY BLATHER COMMENT: The way those puppys are created weird me out., the more I looked around, Yes, I've read a wee bit about Aufs, and what goes into the whole persistent thing.... seems like lotsa almost impossible  to ever 'really' know stuff is going on it there.... Consider the source of that comment of course... I have huge blank spots in my knowledge and skill and am actually only a relentless year one linux'r... [not counting 6 years of hum and haw] though I'd wanna build my own live arch usb with tips from here before I ever tried to REALLY figure out what goes into creating puppy. I'm saying that at one or two points I thought.. hmnmm... perhaps puppy on this old laptop.... though concluded that ARCH for ALL things is really the only option. puppy's a great boot and hunt around thing though (for me, and in my current opinion).
method 2) eldamar and eldamar's guide which started me towards success .. which I basically now just do the dd command to an empty partition after booting from puppy .... THEN thrown in a supergrub floppy .... have it 'bring alive' the partition I've just dd'd the arch .img to.... and reboot.... oh, and from puppy I can create partitions as well.. gparted I think.
method 3) untested also can use plop floppy  it's a boot loader... you may be able to get slitaz distro to create one for you through the 'bootfloppybox' terminal command... not sure if it uses the old floppy linux version of PloP or the win version or what.... dunnno dunno!!! gotta go! :--)
crazy busy so writing to say... pretty much all fine! :--)
for me this move was 3-4 days of lots of WONDERFUL bad luck... with everything from puppy hell, my partial-dumbness and back..
thing is.... I'm real good at it now.... hehehehe
    gotta love problems!

  • Unable to create "filename.cdr". (Input/output error)

I am trying to create an ISO from a CD. I've tried using Disk Utility, with all different settings, and Terminal. Additionally, I attempted to make the ISO using an array of third party CD-rippers on a PC. Every platform and method has yielded this error message:
Unable to create "filename.cdr". (Input/output error) after several seconds of processing.
I am stuck. The only thing I can think of is that the CD is read-only, though I don't know how to modify my approach in response to this. Can it still be done with a read-only disk? If so, any help in this would be appreciated.
Beyond that, the disk's format is ISO 9660 (Rockridge). I don't know of any other details to provide, but gladly will if anyone can come up with any.

    Use Toast:

or this (dd and/or compile cdrtools):

  • Get_file_list to list content of UNIX directory

    Hi all
I am trying to list the files in a UNIX directory using the get_file_list action. Not getting anything back, but action is not reporting error.
In the folder configuration box i have used all combinations of \ and / but none do anything. I can list files on our Mii server using
server\share but this is a windows machine.
I think i have a couple of options
    1. get FTP set up on UNIX server and use the FTP_get_file_list action and move files to Mii server for processing.
    2. get something like SAMBA set up on UNIX to allow windows style file sharing.
    Any other ideas out there?

    Hi Les,
Set the "Get_File_List_0" with the following parameters:
    Folder: "web://PROJECT"
Mask: "*" for list all files
    http://wbhelp.sap.com/manufacturing/xmii_120/en/44/7108DF9EA03ABEE10000000A155369/content.htm (for more details)
    Or use a XMLQuery
    server://XMII/Catalog?Mode=ListFolders&Folder=[Param.1]&Content-type=text/xml
    [Param.1] = PROJECT
    Hope this help.

  • GET_FILE_LIST action:Folder & Mask are the mandatory inputs for this action

    hi all,
Iam using GET_FILE_LIST action to retrieve few files from a folder stored in WEB directory. Folder & Mask are the mandatory inputs for this action to read the files. To get any xml files we can use the Mask value as ".xml". Is there a way or any mask value which would get all the files from the folder and then using a condition or switch I can create a desired sequence based on file type.
    Thanks,
    Gilmour

    Hi Gilmour,
Try with mask value  *  ("asterisk")
    or
    ("asterisk.asterisk")

  • Error in cdr file

    hi,
Today, when I was working with a file in Corel and wanted him to withdraw, I got the error "
    Out of memory"
Then I tried to do the same with other Corel files and got the same error.
I think that the problem is not in memory, because it also happens with other smaller files, and my computer has a memory of 8GB.
I tried to work with this file on another computer and there are the same problems too.
I also repair Corel with installation tool, but no luck.
    Can you help me?
    Thank you very much.

I also suggest emptying the windows %temp% folder, and check that you have plenty of free space on the drive that provides virtual memory.
Also you have either used a corrupted font in your job or have it installed on your system. You can confirm by converting entire text in the file to curves and then try collecting for output.
You can go to this forum here to discuss the problem with
    Corel Drow http://www.filerepairforum.com/forum/cad-tools/cad-tools-aa/coreldraw/479-problems-with-cdr-files
Also, there is still a good option to take advantage of any recovery program. I can advise
    CDR Open File Tool http://www.cdr.openfiletool.com/
